Food, drink and people are great. Bathroom wasnt clean this visit, a non customer left their adult diaper. I let them know about it. The other bathroom was forbidden for customer use. Since AB 1732 passed, SB has been using that to block public access to their bathrooms. Employees said it was for them only. See photo.

The most memorable experience for my 11 year old daughter! She woke up this morning and it is her birthday today she wanted her favorite place Starbucks!!!!!! So I took her and told Zoe our order and told her it’s my girls birthday they covered my order!!! Zoe and her team made my daughter smile from ear to ear 🥰🥰🥰

It is my one of the favorite place for COFFEE. Whenever I was feeling stressed I often came here. The location and the staff members are so nice.

On our day off had to start our day right with Starbucks coffee. I know my Venti Almond milk triple shot extra hot latte always comes out perfect here. Today we took Coco and Babbies with us too. I asked it they had treats for dogs and they said YES!!! I was EXCITED!! They both got a little cup of whip cream which you can see they LOVED. Thanks Starbucks for being my Stars.

Usually this Starbucks location on H St and Broadway in Chula Vista is pretty good. However, the past couple of times has been pretty bad. They closed the whole Starbucks at 7:55p on a Friday night due to a family emergency. I went there yesterday around the same time and they were closed for in store service even though their app said they were open til 10p. I was told they were short staffed even though I could see 4 employees inside.

The staff was exceptional, making sure we had what we needed. They noticed we had our dogs (drive through) with us as well and offered them each a whipped cream cup especially for dogs. Thank you for being professional and courteous.

We placed our mobile order at 3001 Highland Ave. only to find the entrance locked at 8:45 P.M. (they close at 10:00, & the Starbucks app had assured us that in-store pickup was available). While discovering that the door was locked, 3 cars got ahead of us in the drive-through. The service was SLOW (our mobile order was supposed to be ready at 8:51, which was about the time we arrived at the store; when we got to the window at almost 9:15, they were still working on our order of 3 drinks). At the order station, I complained that they should display a large DRIVE THRU ONLY SIGN at their entrance to avoid confusion. At the window, the staff were snotty. And now it appears that I cant access my Starbucks app! This is atrociously poor customer service!!

I have no complaints about this Starbucks since they did the order correctly and the employees are great. My only issue is that someone keeps harassing me in National City and I keep hearing Pangit all the time. The harassment and stalking needs to stop in this city.

They were nice and all but I payed extra to get extra crunch topping on my Caramel Ribbon CRUNCH Frapp and got none in it instead, second time this happens.

I find it funny how this Starbucks doesn’t even offer a hot version of the Vanilla Bean Frappuccino or let you take home a Puppuccino for your canine companion unless you have them in the car with you like is that not an option, I’ve never once had a problem with this Starbucks until now, they need to offer more suitable options.

This is the best Starbucks in the area! The drinks are almost always well made, and I can trust this store to make it right if something goes wrong. Micheal who works around lunch time gets to know his customers and is always friendly. I order the same espresso drink on a fairly regular basis, and the espresso from this store is far better than from others in the area.

They know how to make white chocolate moca.

This is by far has been my favorite store to visit while in vacation! The staff is great and Joi has been so welcoming and awesome!

Ive almost witnessed a fight in this store. I wish some of the bartistas would lose the attitude while some just simply need guidance, otherwise I recommend the store in Bonita.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Today the employee was not only rude but the management was AWFUL. They had the drive through open and I was in a rush. When I get to the window the employee tells me I have to get out of the car to pay. If you need the customers to come inside to pay, just close down the drive through. Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I will never be coming back.

I was waiting to order on the screen for 5 minutes. No one answered. So we went up to the window and said they didn’t see us at the screen and told us we had to go back around. The manager totally disregarded my concern and was very rude. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve come here three times and they always get the orders wrong. Usually I let it slide but this time I went back to get it right. When I told the barista that she got the order wrong she began to blame me for getting the order wrong. Definitely the rudest barista I have ever talked to. Would recommend to check if they got your order wrong since they apparently don’t get paid for that.

Jeez. I completely ordered to put mocha drizzle and no whip on my frappe but they completely ruined my drink. They didnt put a drizzle and my drink had whipped all over it. I might be so picky, but thats what im paying for. I only take a sip and throw it after. It tasted differently 🤑🤑🤑

I have no complaints about their products which are premium about their ability to handle an American Customer about the freshness their prices their lines everything is perfect. Starbucks apparently is held to a higher standard a lot of places always clean their establishments are always ready to help you always informative always coming out with something new and delicious they always have the latest and glassware cup where car cup walking cup seasonal cup I love Starbucks and everything about it. Know they have cookies Breakfast sandwiches things to eat in the afternoon they spread out fast like you can go there and have breakfast lunch Wi-Fi and privacy in public. As well as desert Starbucks is five star. Adding on to my five star review April 20 happy four 20 people I go to Starbucks most every morning nowadays. I have hot coffee cold coffee decaffeinated coffee food I tried most everything they make Starbucks is still going strong! Five stars! Most of the time I go to the Starbucks on eighth Street in Chula Vista. Sometimes I go to the one on Plaza! At least five mornings a week

Was in san Diego just for Starbucks but it was honestly worth it. ( we already were visiting San Diego though ) brought some friends and we hung out from 8 am to 10 am and had a great time. The music they play Is also pretty good but for some reason is only at that one Starbucks all the way in San Diego

I really love the coffee at Starbucks so did my wife the only complaint is as it did take some time to get our coffee but other than that it was fantastic I really enjoyed their coffee and I think you will too

The older lady behind the counter was rude when I asked for half and half because there wasn’t any at the counter. She said rudely, next time I need to tell the cashier I would like some because they charge for it. Since when does Starbucks charge for half and half?

I enjoyed this Starbucks, ample seating customer services was fast friendly and polite. Exactly what you expect. Seating was plentiful and a good design layout of the facility as a whole didn’t feel cramped as you usually do at general locations. I ordered a sandwich and baked bbq chips. Only gripe might be bathroom could use a mid day mop but other than this this a great location!Keep up the great work gents!

I received excellent service at about 6:50 am on a Monday morning! I had a fairly unique request (I was buying a pound of whole bean and wanted only a small portion ground) and the two polite and professional young ladies that served me were extraordinarily kind and willing to go out of their way to help me - even though they were very busy at the time.I was very impressed with the service I received! Those two young ladies were a class act.

I was not there on a good day. Hopefully it was just that day. Just check your drive thru order. Make sure you received the right items, correct flavors of baked items, and if you were to get scones warm, they should not be cold. A lot of money for something that you enjoy, order should be as you expected, especially as repeated to you by barista.

The drive thru is a mess I believe they should re do the way the drive thru is set up they put on the side handicap parking while line of starbucks is behind them 😡 I had this older lady scream at me that was bad I am sorry I love star bucks but it seems that lately ceos dont care how they build it...horrible I believe I will start going to to local coffee places

Idk if it’s just me or it also happen to anyone in this branch in Highland, Natl City. i always order ol and pick it up in the store in any sizes i always put an extra toppings or salt and ofc it cost an extra $ and it’s always available in the app. and everytime i arrive at the drive thru my order is ready(and im always thankful and glad about that) and when they handed me my order they always tell me, ‘sorry we dont have that toppings or salt’ y is thaaat???? i always go to this place bc it’s convenient for me on my way to work:(

Its convenient when I drop car off at Evans tires I hang out over here although its not very busy however sometimes they forget what they added in your order or part of the order was never started. Luckly Im not the type to get angry over things like that but people make mistakes even I do.

Staff is genuinely nice. I hadnt been to a Starbucks in a while and the lady that took my order helped me decide to try something new. I had fajita flavored Hippeas and a Toasted Coconut Cold Brew and I was not disappointed.

I came in the morning and all I had was $100 Bill. I was provided the wrong changed and was given $5 and $1. When I came back to the store after work they said I was correct and gave me $20 back. I then ask if I can change all the small bills to bigger bills and their supervisor said no and didnt even apologize for their mistake. Worst customer service never going here again.

Asked for a cold brew with 2 pumps of flavor, they gave me a drink with almost no cold brew and all syrup, didn’t notice the color seemed off until I drove away. Wasted $4 had to throw it away.

Absolutely horrible, they can never get an order right even when its comes to the simplest orders. They always happen to be out of stuff, which seems like their staff is just lazy or doesnt know how to make a certain drink. New employees all the time with doesnt help. Just absolutely one of the worst Starbucks Ive been to. They just suck!!!!! Would not recommend it to anyone. Absolute garbage of a Starbucks.

If I could give this a 0 I would, it took them 20 minutes to make 1 drink. There were only 6 cars and 5 people working. Thats ridiculous and to top it off as we were getting our drink they made a mistake and had to fix it which took another 6 minutes. Will never come back!!
