Yesterday, I had a bit of an emergency while driving in heavy traffic on I-5 South. My eyeglasses decided get unhinged, breaking its left temple arm. Couldn’t have gotten home in the next half an hour had it not been for my mask I was wearing which stabilized my broken eyeglasses. After a quick call (hands-free, of course), I got an appointment with LensCrafters that very same time. Thank God! I was grateful for the amazing customer service provided by Omar at Plaza Bonita LensCrafters. Special thanks as well to Ella for accommodating my first call and to Christina for staying behind to assemble my new pair of eyeglasses. I got my replacement in no time!

Dr Dena and her tech Jessica were freaking AMAZING - Best eye service Ive ever had. On top of that I received my glasses same day (unheard of) AND the prescription was unparalleled - best Ive ever seen in my life. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

They treat you like a queen. They are after your convenience. And they wont stop until they satisfy you. Not to mention their price is very reasonable.

From a customer service standpoint, they are great! If you don’t have insurance, it’s a little pricey to pay out of pocket. But my sister had insurance and everything was covered: eye exam, frames, and lenses. She originally had gradient lenses and wanted full tint and they were able to do it same day, no charge (probably due to her insurance). So if you have insurance they accept (check what is covered), I do recommend giving them a shot!

I came to this landscrafters as a child and now I am bringing my own child 30 years later the the customer service was top notch the I exam was extremely professional with my 11 year old and everyone made us feel like part of the family.

My overall experience went quite well, Lily had great customer service and was knowledgeable about her job. She answered all my questions confidently and made the overall transaction simple and easy. Would recommend having Lily help you with all your eyeglass needs. Also would like to make an honorable mention and say that Dr. Shahani was pleasant as well, was able to break down things to a laymen like myself. Those two ladies are fantastic at their jobs.

My little one had a great first time experience and Rachelle made it a lot better for her but explaining in detail what they were going to do to her and by always having a smile at all times.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at this very LensCrafters i came in blind as hell and left in less than an hour with my prescription glasses. the staff was so helpful. Omar was especially helpful in helping me find the right lenses that not only looked good but fit great as well. I cant say enough about how pleased i am with the service i received here today.

They didn’t do a good job in explaining why my lens had bubbles after 6 months of using. Now, I don’t use it outside. They could have change the lens or did something to remove the bubbles but they said it was passed the warranty. I just waited another year to do another prescription and do my new eyeglasses in another place. Not lens crafters.

Not too happy with the customer service. When I first ordered my glasses with progressive lenses, I was not told of the drawbacks. The progressive interfered with my vision, it was worst when driving with them. I had them reordered without the progressive but i never got a call to let me know when they had arrived.

I came in for an eye exam, no appointment and Lily was able to get me going with the eye exam. She was great, awesome customer service! The optometrist was always great. I walked out with my prescription that same day, I know this location is always busy, I was glad I was able to get in and out in about an hour.Definitely recommend!

I started out a little upset cause the Doctor was running a little late, however they completely made up for it. Quick and efficient! Very friendly and professional. To top of all off my glasses were made in 10 minutes and we’re prefect!

Never had contacts before today, they updated my glasses prescription and taught me (for quite a while) how to insert and remove my new contact lenses. Friendly staff and awesome service. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall great customer service! It was fast and got my glasses that same day but it is kinda expensive. They do offer a lot of budget frames if youre wondering. Also have some awesome brands like Versace, Polo, Ray Bans and others. They also had a student discount at the time (August 1, 2016). Great experience if Im being honest. Will go back.

Customer Service was bad because I had setup an appointment for 1:00 PM Friday and when it was about 1:00 they had told me to wait 2 extra hours. So I had canceled my appointment.DONT COME TO THIS LENSCRAFTERS THEY WONT TREAT YOU GOOD

The quality of their lenses are terrible, they easily scratch and I had to renew two lenses in less than 6 months, never going again.

It baffles me that this place has such a high rating. Their service is absolutely horrible and their eye doctor is a joke. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. I had to fill out their new patient forms and yet when I got there, they wasted a half hour trying to get my insurance info. Then, to top it off, the “assistant” had the audacity to tell me that the doctor decided to go to lunch and that I’d have to wait. AND, since they were booked the rest of the day, they “might” be able to squeeze me in as a walk-in. I will never go back and will not recommend them to anyone I know. Ever.
