The guys that work here are awesome. The women have attitude. One of them wouldn’t even give me my change...tried to make me stretch to reach it after trying to get past their plexi glass barrier...asked if they have any half and half in the back as the dispenser for 2/2 has been out for weeks... she answers “I don’t know”. 6/1/21 0850AM on both occurrences
The cashier was very helpful and friendly.
Love the location the staff is excellent
So sad!! After filled up my 711 gulp, getting kick out of the store. 👎 ⛔ refill the guy said. DIDNT even want to charge me,😔😞😪
They have survaliance 24/7
Outdoor Entrance is neglected.Cashier allowed the register alarms to ring at an excessive hearing level during my trip to the Amazon Self retrievable box. This store needs to care about how it presents 711 brand.
Kills me to see the homeless there and they are so good at making people feel like they are in need. Always just one person behind the register and at least one homeless at the door.
Horrible experience never coming back! Worker named lyn was very rude. She had us waiting when we were ready to pay for a long time and instead made us move to check out another customer who was buying beer and cut us. She made us move our things so that the others could pay which was very unacceptable
This is the best 7/11 in South San Diego. Far away enough from the high school that its not ever too crowded. Its always conviently located between the 805, the 5, and the 54 freeway. This is the best spot to go if your on your way to the beach, traveling out to downtown SD or to TJ. Safe, clean, and great customer service. It is also the newest 7/11 stores in the area.
At 845 am went in for some coffee, there was no regular coffee, no vanilla creamer.when I mentioned it to the 2 ladies behind the counter gossiping they didn’t seem too concerned...No one was in the store so it couldn’t have been because they were busy....... smh 💁🏼♀️
My go to spot for quick and easy shopping!
Every time I have been to this 7-Eleven there tons of homeless people outside and inside asking for money. Once we came in to purchase some hot dogs and there was a very fowl smelling homless man standing over the condiments just scooping them out and eating them as they spilled onto the floor and his clothes. I alerted management to which the girl said that she had allowed that homeless man do that cuz he had no money and was broke. On another occassion a very high loiterer outside of the store tried to intimidate 7-Eleven patrons into giving him money. I again notified the female cashier to which she replied If you dont want to help him just dont she did nothing.I hope that this store can correct some of these problems.
