The lady at the register was extremely nice and patient. She looked liked she was the only worker there. She had people asking her questions on her left side, a line of customers cashing out in front of her and she still kept her eye on door to the right. Great multitasking! She had a little girl waiting for help and never lost her cool when little girl kept asking her questions. She even took time to ask if I wanted to sign up for points and walked me thru the whole process and explained it all and I never felt rushed. The store is adorable. My kids have been there and told me about it so I had to go. Was my 1st visit but not my last 😎

Miniso is a fun place to stop and enjoy all the interesting items they have for sale. The staff is always very helpful and friendly with customer service. The Great thing about this location is that it is in a mall, and there’s plenty of other things to go see after stopping at Miniso

Great place to buy kids superhero items

I was inside the store for just 15 minutes and it was hot in there. I dont know if their AC is low or the lights in their store are too strong but my goodness I had to get out quickly. But either way I bought a cute and pink spiderman bag they had. 💜💛💚❤💙

I was recently in the area and stumbled across this shop while searching for a gift for my sister and brother in law. Wasn’t too sure about shopping because no associates really welcomed me but Dan changed that. He was really friendly and knew where everything was. The pricing was fit for all the products and I got gifts for both of them. If you ever consider coming to this store I recommend it. I love feeling that welcomed.

My first ever experience was in Shibuya Tokyo! But this was my first time going to this store in the States! Everyone greeted me, and all the coworkers were so helpful to find the things that I needed. A guy named Dan help guide me to the things needed in the store. Very pleasant and professional, I really appreciate his honesty and knowledge of the products in the store as it’s a new location! I’m so happy that it’s convenient from where I live and hope to see Dan grow from this company. Very greatly appreciated for awesome customer service!

I recently visited and will only leave a 5 Star Review for an associate named Dan being so helpful and friendly. I felt really welcomed and he was very informative on the pricing and helping pick out a little gift for my girlfriend. I even went to the extent of buying something for myself. I’ll definitely come back just for him, not a bad experience at all.

I purchased an item in your Chula Vista, California location (Westfield Bonita Mall). I purchased a baby stroller clip and upon exiting the store and using the item, the clip breaks not even 30 seconds later. All I did was squeeze the clip onto the wheel chair and the spring broke and the clip no longer locks. I went straight back in and calmly asked for an exchange. NOT a refund. I asked to simply get a new one since Minsok is “committed providing you with quality products.” After 15 mins, the associate comes out to explain to me that its not possible to return it as it is out of the package. Obviously, I needed to take it out of the package in order to use the product. But, I did my due diligence to bring the product back to the store within the minute to show what poor quality the item was. I frequent this store; and on this purchase, i spent more than $50 there. Now because they denied a measly $4, my family won’t be returning. This is sad. Your customer service must be fixed.

Would be 5 but y’all closed at 8:45 when it says y’all close at 9, I legit planned out to come back to your store to buy something real quick but y’all closed. At least have that you guys close at 8:45 not 9

Id like to point out that management is a complete joke, Manager Jose unable to answer or provide any information as to why products are Mispriced and refused to honor Special I asked about, if the employees are a reflection of the company then I must say Im not impressed at all especially by the Ridiculous Management who has no authority to Correct or Accomedate for the stores insubordinance when there is an Error. Employee who rang me up had no clue as what to do as well in the said situation and given thats its a store marketed for cheap wholesale for Mass Profit Im not Surprised they would hire the Lowest Workers available.Also, they most likely lack conviction due to the fact they couldnt provide me with any Corporate or Higher Management info, probably thinking they can get away with it and not have to correct it at all.Thats a reflection of my opinion and Review of the Shop as a Business not the product.

Theres an employee at this miniso location named dan and he was the nicest person ive met at any of the stores ive been to. He helped me find whatever i needed and did it in a very positive manner.

I had walked into the store on Tuesday, asked a man in a red shirt if he could help me find something I was looking for. His response was rude and he was no help at all to me. Had to go ask another employee for help instead. The first guy I talked to had horrible customer service. Will not be coming back as long as he is there.
