Called ahead explained what issues I had. Fairly simple. The tech said he didnt have a simple headlight or turn indicator lamp. Which is exactly why I diverted my trip. A complete waste of 2 hours and an extra 4 miles or so. No restroom or waiting area. Very disappointed

Trucks were adequate.But the attitude I got from the individual who served me left a little too be desired.

Even though they have motivation posters all over the walls impressing excellence this is the 4th time Ive been in at 7am and theres 1 person working the counter checking in customers, answering the phone and dealing with inspections as I watch 2-3 people walk around in and out the service department looking at the line out the door. Ill be looking for another branch.
