Once again, Philpott Toyota showed me that it is the place to go to buy my vehicles and have them serviced! We bought our 2017 Sienna van here four years ago and been delighted with it and the service we have received from the dealership ever since.Everyone at the dealership has been treating my wife and me well every time we went in, so I felt confident going back to find a replacement for my 2001 Honda Accord. I was greeted warmly by the receptionists, Jan and April, when I returned, and the general manager, Daren Granger, a good friend, took some quality time out of his busy schedule to greet me as well.Erin Riley had treated us so well in 2016 and 2017 when we were buying our van, that I sought her out once again for this purchase. She didn’t disappoint me! While I comparison shopped and thoroughly researched, she worked with me patiently until I decided that my new 2021 Toyota Camry LE with its optional additional safety features was our best choice and value for our money.Throughout the whole process she kept me well-informed with periodic text messages— and occasional phone calls as needed—treating me with dignity and respect every step of the way. I’ve had 2 low tires every other day since I bought the car and I found out after we left that the ac vent above the radio is broke on a certified pre owned (pretty sure that’s part of the 160 point inspection but I can’t get a call back to check). It’s been 3 weeks and I have been told I’d receive a call back on 4 different occasions.

I tried to set a service appointment using the online system. I was directed to chat with a representative. I admit, I have no idea whether the rep was with Philpott, Toyota National or a third party. But after 30 minutes of trying get an appointment chatting with the rep my lunch break ended and I had to return to work I ask that the rep to email me with my appointment time or I would go in person to the dealership and set the appointment. I never received and email or a reply. I did go to the dealership to make an appointment. The service rep met me promptly inquiring of the reason for my visit. He said they could perform the service immediately there was a tech awaiting an assignment. I was not contacted again until the service was completed about 45 minutes later. An update during would have been appreciated since I was again on my lunch break from work. I asked about the date of my next service and was informed but only after I asked. The cashier came to get me to sign the paperwork, the service rep did not go over any of the work performed or ask me if I had and questions. That communication would have been a nice touch. It was also a missed opportunity to go ahead and schedule my next service appointment with Philpott. I think overall my service was good, it was just lacking that extra effort and personal touch that could have made it great.

Anytime I come to the service department everyone is so nice and I am always greeted with a smile. I usually take the shuttle with Marlon he is always so friendly. We have great conversations while taking me to work. Marla, Britany, and Amber the service manger are always a pleasure to work with. Recently my car needed a repair and Amber and the team went over and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I can not thank her enough for her professionalism even when I was frustrated about the situation. She kept me up-to-date from beginning to end. The service was fast and orderly. At first I took my 2018 Camry to Toyota dealerships because my services were free. I continue because I know my car is in the best place and they truly care about their customers.

I scheduled my service for a simple oil change. They checked all of my fluids and filters as part of the service and even sent me pictures of the filters which I thought was a cool thing, that way I could see the issue and approve/disapprove with some actual information and not just heresay.

Brought my car in for an airbag recall. Took over a month for all of the parts to come in. After picking up my car, within the week, started having intermittent issues starting my car. I called the representative who handled everything with the recall, he said he would have to call me back. He let me know they could trouble shoot the issue if I brought it back down, but I would be on my own to cover rental, also if the start up issue wasn’t anything they worked on it would be 125$ just for the diagnostics. As of now the car won’t even start, so bringing it back isn’t as simple of an option. At least the air bags issue is fixed, but now I can’t even drive my car.

I’ve bought two vehicles from this dealership and more specifically from a salesman named Arturo! We bought a used Highlander end of 2017 with a clean carfax and impeccable service before and after the sale. Fast forward almost 4 years…we are attempting to sell Highlander and something wonky shows up on carfax dated to before we bought the car. We went round and round with carfax so we decided to ask Arturo at phillpot Toyota for some guidance and or help with documentation. Without hesitation a wealth of documentation was provided me within hours that should help clear up the problem with carfax and allow us to sell the car without any hassle! Car salesman sometimes get a bad rap but I have nothing but great things to say about Phillpot Toyota and more specifically Arturo!

The experience was not good. I have only been there twice and both times was not a good experience. I took it recently for a routine service and they told me it should only take a couple of hours and someone would call me when it was ready. Well never got a call so I went around 4:30 that afternoon and the girl could not find my ticket. She had to ask several people before finding it. I told her nobody called and she said sorry about that. They had to order a part for my sunglasses holder that actually broke only after 6 months of owning the vehicle. Anyway that said it should be in tomorrow and someone will call you. Well nobody called the next day. So the following day I called and they said it still had no come in they said maybe Thursday and again they would call. Well there again nobody called. I called to check on it a few days later and did schedule a appointment to have it fixed. I will bring it Saturday May 1st not looking forward to the experience. I had dealt with Acura for the last 10 years and I really miss the service I got there. I hope it gets better I might find a different Toyota service department if not.

I was scheduled 1:30 PM for car maintenance and was told by the service center operator that vehicle maintenance would only take 15 minutes. i patiently waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes but nothing happened. when i followed-up my vehicle, thats the time they checked my car for maintenance. they completed the maintenance around 3:20 PM to be exact. Imagine from 1:30 PM waiting and finished 3:20 PM. this is not good because i cancelled my meeting appointment from 3:00 PM that day. Thus, my advice, NEVER promise or mentioned the time that your maintenance guy can fix/finish the car issue because it is obvious that your client will expect about the time to be done for maintenance.

This isnt our first purchase through Philpott, and they always pull through with a great deal and fast car buying experience. I had Ronnie as my salesman for my new Rav 4. Initially, I was looking for a similar car up if DFW, but their prices were ridiculous. Called up Philpott and they gave me below what I was offering the initial toyota dealership along with some extra perks. Also to mention, the car was not in the lot yet and I was expecting it to arrive the following week or so. Ronnie pulled his magic and got it in by the end of the week! Amazing experience and signing papers to leaving was less than 30 minutes. Thanks for the great experience, expect more of us in the future!

Im a Houston resident, but grew up in Mid-County, and I would rather drive back to my hometown then try dealing with a Houston Toyota dealership any day. On May 11, I took my RAV4 in for an oil change, tire rotation, 27 point inspection, a vehicle inspection, and to replace the re-called fuel pump. I had also asked for a car wash. Everything seemed to be done, although it took almost 4 hours, but they neglected to wash my Rav4. The service has always been great but they forgot to wash my vehicle. Not a major thing, but it kept me from giving them a 5.

I brought my truck in to Philpott Toyota today to get a recall service done, and their shuttle driver was unexpectedly not at work. The service manager graciously went out of her way to bring me home an even pick me back up when my truck was ready, even though she was not obliged to do so. It’s all rip-off. Paid 700 to fix. Could not drive even out of parking lot. Asked to replace battery inspite of having a battery replaced 11 months ago. I paid 300 to replace new battery. Now my cars speedometer don’t work. Having check engine sign. They want me to pay 125 for diagnostics. It’s all unethical and wrong and I will not recommend this place to anyone for repairs. I am very saddened by the way this big showrooms ripoff the customers. Not happy at all. I would give minus points. Not even one star. Dark spot on the name of Toyota.

I regularly have Philpott Toyota perform routine service on my Tundra. The service reps are top notch and always greet me by name. I would love to give Philpott 5 Stars but they seem to have a shortage of service techs or unable to manage appointment schedules. Today was a prime example, I had an appointment for an oil change scheduled at 9:45. I arrived at 9:30 and was checked in. The service rep advised it would take about an hour to complete my service. My Tundra didn’t even enter the shop for over an hour. My service was completed at 12:30. Three hours for a routine oil change with a scheduled appointment is way out of line. Trouble is, this wasn’t the first time. I am hoping for some improvement.I returned today for another oil change and the service was exceptional and my wait time was only about 30 minutes.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they closed down before Dylans on 9th. I made an APPOINTMENT for my recall that they said would take an hour, as I’m sitting inside waiting after 2 hours and ask what the hold up is come to find out they never did my paperwork on my vehicle therefor it wasn’t even touched, so I rescheduled for the next day and left because I had things to do. The next morning I come in at 9, the same guy promises me it WILL be done in a timely manner, yeah SIX HOURS LATER. I’m in the process of moving and have needed to get things done and that entire day held me back from moving. On top of that? The 2 days I was in there the women’s soap in the bathroom was not restocked, me nor any of the employees working those days never washed their hands as I watched them walk out and touch everything in that dealership. Honestly the place is ran like a bar: unprofessional. Not even sure how they’re still open now that I’m reading reviews

Everyone in the service department was very friendly and helpful. There was a mistake on my final bill that I didnt notice until after I left but I called back and it was corrected immediately. Approving recommended services was super easy to do on my phone and they contacted me multiple times to update me on the status of my vehicle. This was my first oil change and tire rotation I had to pay for since my free service ran out. On my previous services, even though I didnt have to pay for them, shows $65. On this service when I scheduled the service online, it showed the bill will be $85. I figured the price has gone up but its a Toyota dealership so I decided to take it there anyways. Well, when I picked up my truck they charged my $129. $129 for an oil change and tire rotation is a bit too much I think, even for a dealership. Looks like its time to take my truck to Wal-Mart.

Had an appointment at 10:45 to replace a damaged tire with 3100 miles on it. It was pushing 1:00 when we got vehicle back. Since we had an appointment, and this was essentially a 20 minute job (I had purchased the tire earlier, and Parts had verified that it was in), our plan was to wait on the vehicle. So we waited. I took my Toyota in to get the 20,000 mile maintenance . It took 3 hours to do a job that should have taken about 30 minutes. I have never witnessed service this poor. I asked what the hold up was after 2 hours and they hadn’t even started on it yet.I have to get a recall done and don’t know how long it will take as slow as they are.

Professional, friendly staff. Clean environment. Purchased my Highlander there in 2019 and have brought it to them for scheduled oil and maintenance. With Covid-19 they are taking measures to protect customers and staff by wearing masks and gloves, they sanitized the door handle before opening the door, sanitized the inside of my car and made sure the ac was off before getting in it to bring it to the back. They sanitized it once again before giving it back to me. It has always been a pleasant and easy experience with them. They saw there was a recall and ordered the part and had it taken care of before Toyota even contacted me with instructions on getting the recall taken care of.

Fantastic people to deal with. After having a terrible experience with Toyota of Alvin, I called Philpott and told them what I was willing to pay. Casey Harris, the salesman, spoke with his manager and agreed to my price (which was deemed unreasonable by Toyota of Alvin, identical truck) with absolutely no haggling. I informed them that I could not make it there by closing, so he agreed to stay late to get the deal done. I drove over, signed papers and processed payment and was gone in less than 30 minutes. I noticed the oil change sticker on my windshield after driving off from the dealership. They noted the wrong mileage on my truck and were off by approximately 4,000 miles. According to the sticker I should have my next oil change in approximately 1,300 miles, or February 21, 2021. Not sure where that date came from since my oil change was on August 24. Every time I go there it feels like Im being taken advantage of on something, whether the its the small print as I was once told by one of their employees, or something else. Wont go back.

Not really happy with philpott. I placed an order on a car that they promised that they were going to get me about 4 weeks ago and I received a phone call about 3 days ago saying they couldnt get it. It was really disappointing because I could of gotten the same car at silsbee for a discount but I decided to go with my local dealer to support them. So to fix the problem they got the same car coming in but a trim below the one I wanted for pretty much the same price and I saw the same car in beaumont for about 900 dollars cheaper. Management didnt even come out to apologize, but the salesperson was very apologetic about the whole situation. So at this point, I really dont know if I should come back to do business with them or go elsewhere.

Went for a 5k maintenance for a new toyota avalon which i happen to purchase there as well. An ok customer service, i ask them to repair a crack on my windshield and they unable to repair it that fine. went in at 11am come out at 12:33pm. quite a long wait not the worst, had to ask them to bring the car to me(guess they didnt feel like it?), also my tire was low on pressure and was not aired. mediocre review and star for a mediocre service. was contemplating 2 or 3 star.

I brought my truck in for the 5000 mile service. Service was performed as required except for the tire pressures. The paperwork automatically puts in 35 psi but the tech did not check or adjust them. Originally thought that they did not even rotate the tires. However, it took around 20 miles before the truck registered the rotated tires new locations. This should be told to the customer to avoid any misunderstandings or confusion. However, everyone I dealt with was very friendly.

Our sales rep Justin Marks was top notch and got us everything we wanted. Phenomenal work and remarkable. But that isn’t what our issue is. It wasn’t until only two days after we bought a car that we are now being harassed by the finance department, Chris, demanding stuff he said we didn’t need for two weeks straight. We were told specifically not to worry about everything they were taking care of it. Now every singe day there’s another issue with our purchase and when we send them something it’s not good enough and they need something else. I will never recommend anyone wasting their time with this joke of an establishment and for dear lord go to Kinsel Toyota.

While in the waiting area a young lady came in and asked if anyone needed any thing and pointed out the coffee machine, An elderly lady said she did and the younger one helped her fix it.By then my car was ready. I came in to have some minor electrical work done on my Tundra. There were quite a few folks in line for service. There were more issues than I originally thought, and my schedule did not leave me enough time to complete all of the necessary work. Brittany Gonzales was very helpful and informative and knew of my time constraints. She was able to coordinate multiple technicians working together to complete the work in the short time frame I had to get it done. I was extremely satisfied with the work, as well as the great customer service from Brittany. Great team and great service keep us coming back.

I have had a great experience with Philpott Toyota. I live about 35 minutes away, but it is worth the drive for great service. They are easy to work with, and have all the amenities I was looking for. The dealership is modern and clean. Their service quality is top notch. I wouldn’t use any other dealership locally for service. I Highly recommend them.

I had a taillight plastic replaced and you charged $394 for it. That is a ridiculous price for that service. I will come back for my free 20000 check up but will not use you for any repairs outside of warranty. You ripped me off.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for service writer to ask how they could assist me. Once that was taken care of the service was performed efficiently and with minimal cost. Only problem encountered was a non working coffee machine in the waiting area.
