We have an issue with our 2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid. The third row seats fold down flat allowing the rearward cavity to become a flat, open area for carrying luggage and other necessities during travel. The right side seat refuses to lay flat. A technician inspected the issue and called Toyota and it was determined that a strut which enables the user to more easily raise and lower the seat, is apparently not functioning properly. The issue is under investigation by Toyota.

Initially not enough oil put in but when taken the service manager went over and beyond to have oil and engine checked out completely. She also explained everything that had happened in a way we understood.
