When your website and physical location state your hours open on a Saturday be from 7:30am - 2:30pm you shouldn’t be surprised when customers show up at 12:00pm and be frustrated that they drove all that way because of false information you have provided about your open hours. This is a very inconvenient business practice and if there was someone else locally to bring my Ford I would definitely go there simply because if you can’t change the info on your web page or the sticker on your door then I can’t have full confidence that your employees know how to fix issues on a vehicle that are under warranty.Get it together Philpott
You would think that after having my car for 11 days & painting just the roof of the car that they would have washed the car before returning it to me. It had a greasy substance all over the hood. The paint job was really good & I would have given a 5 if the car had been washed.
Went for routine 40.000 miles maintenance. The service advisor Crystal was very good at explaining the recommended services. Since the service would take longer than anticipated a shuttle driver took me to IHOP so I could have breakfast while the work was completed. He and the cashier were very helpful and courteous as well.
Really appreciated my visit at Philpott Ford Service center. Short wait time. The three people who I talked to were great. Got a multi point vehicle inspection on both cars. I bet this kind of service helps you sell Ford vehicles.THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE,Jim Parker

Philpot collision center was very professional from me calling Tuesday to get an appointment for Wednesday at 10am and there was a big storm that knocked power from the facility and was still professional in replacing my passenger side mirror.From the front office to the shop were very certious and professional!!!

Dropped truck off on Thursday, Oct. 7. at 7:30 am. Was not told that parts had to be ordered until after I left. Parts were to be ordered. Brake pads did not come in due to backorder at supplier. I was told on Thursday that it would not be ready until the following Tuesday. I objected and Philpott had the calipers and rotors overnighted in. However, the pads did not come in. Thus the delay. My only issues are that I wasnt told of the ordering of parts until Thursday afternoon when I hadnt heard anything about my truck. I was without transportation until this morning, Oct. 12. I would rather have had my truck through the weekend and when the parts came in, I would take it back to Philpott. Was disappointed, as I have used Philpott service for over 30 years. I had no way to get around for 5 days. I must say that the service advisor was communicating to me the whole time. I realize the delay wasnt her fault. She was very accommodating. I would hope that if parts had to be ordered, I would have the option to take it back when parts were available. Truck was ready at 11:00am today. Alls well now.
Phillpot Ford Service is the best around. I have used others that were closer to my home but the service was always best at Phillpots. Phillpots service writers listen to my concerns and relay my concerns to mechanics so my car can be diagnosed and repaired correctly the first time. Other dealers have told me they could not repeat the problem. The only way to explain it is that Phillpots makes you feel heard and welcome. A lot of dealerships should take some of the sheets from Phillpots playbook and learn how to treat people. Crystal Castillo was my service writer. She is awesome. She kept me informed of what was happening with my car while I was in the waiting area. Thanks Crystal.

I have been trying to get my torque converter replaced since the beginning of November. I have called 4 times during this period to check in. The last time I called I went straight to management who had no idea what I was talking about. Was supposed to receive a call the next day it is now going on 2 weeks. I figured management would be better but apparently thats not the case. My transmission has been hard shifting and being our only vehicle I cant park it and wait it out! We have had several things done or looked at in the past here and its always been rough but this is the worst. I am also dealing with screen issues in my vehicle that has been happening on and off for the 3 years I have had it. I brought it in to be looked at and because they could not replicate it didnt get fixed. I now cant use GPS etc on this very expensive vehicle. My last Ford purchase for sure!
Will never bring my vehicle back to this place for any maintenance. I dropped my car for an oil change at 9:30 in the morning and didnt get it back until 3pm. Worst place ever Ill drive to a different Ford dealership than philpott.
