I had the best experience at Texas Bed Company. I worked with Kate English and in my opinion she is one of the best employees to deal with. She is easy to get along with and talk to and most importantly takes her time with you. I wouldn’t even think of working with anybody else. Anyone looking for a new mattress should definitely seek her out. Like I said, I had the best experience with Texas Bed Company and wouldn’t even think of going with anyone else.

Great customer service all the way around. The salesman, Ben, was very knowledgeable and didn’t seem bothered answering questions. There was a variety of mattresses to choose from, all offering the quality one would expect but different to suit the needs of the buyer. I found the best deal here compared to three other stores I had gone to. Free delivery, set up and haul away of my old mattress sealed the deal for me.

Outstanding service from Sleep Specialist, Kate. We came in late on a Saturday (just had intentions on looking around) - she immediately greeted us and asked questions to make the best recommendation! She encouraged us to try out many different styles and brands. Kate explained the warranty information and pricing in great detail. Needless to say, we choose a bed that day!! Delivery was set up for the following Monday - with no problems at all. We will definitely refer family and friends to Kate over at Texas Bed Company in Nederland!

We just purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame from Texas Bed Company in Nederland. This purchase was the most delightful experience my wife and I have had in purchasing a mattress. The staff was very personal and knowledgeable. Not the typical sales pitch, but they were very concern on meeting our needs and also giving us some guidance in our purchase.

I was helped immediately upon walking in the door. Chris explained that the medium soft would be good for me since Im a side sleeper. I was interested in an adjustable bed. He showed me several different options. He was very patient as I went back and forth between the models. Im a senior citizen, so I truly appreciate a young person being respectful and curtious. I am very glad I went to your store instead of another. Exceptional service.

Called at 10am this morning an spoke to Chris at the Nederland location. I Told him what I wanted -a twin set- an he said he’d have to get it from the warehouse but, it would be delivered to the store today. He told me all about the copper coils and edge support and I was sold. I went in around 4pm and it was waiting for me at the front door. He was polite and checked on the warranty-which was 10 years instead of the 5 years I was expecting. I’m an older lady and Chris was kind enough to load it up in my truck and use my tie downs to secure it for the trip home. I’ve used them in the past and will continue to recommend them. Texas Bed Co. in Nederland had a great selection. Chris was our salesperson. He was courteous and made sure to ask us what our sleeping needs were to make sure he could recommend the best mattress for us. The workers stayed in the warehouse we had to call someone to sell a mattress that was suppose to be on sale. But they said it was sold out. The same day so they wanted my senior citizens to pay more. They know they on a fixed income

I started with a text on their website. It was promptly responded to, even though it was after business hours. The salesman (Chris) was sure he had what I was looking for and told me he would get back to me the next morning. Lol, I didn’t give him a chance, I just walked in soon after they opened and sure enough he had what I wanted in stock the mattresses were reasonably priced, came with the box springs and delivered free. I am very happy and will gladly recommend Texas Bed Company to everyone!!

I’ve bought several beds of various sizes from Texas Bed Company in Nederland over the past decade. They are always very kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses. I recently bought a new mattress from Texas Bed Co. My salesman Chris was very helpful, answered all my questions, and worked with me to purchase the perfect mattress.

I always go to Texas Bed Company when shopping for matresses. The selection is great and the sales people are friendly and knowledgeable. They have made a customer for life out of me.

Shopped for a mattress and adjustable base on Friday and received a quote on paper from the salesman for a mattress and their old model Temper-Pedicure base that was the floor model, which was last year’s color of brown. I went in and paid in full for the deal, giving the quote to a different salesman because the original salesman was at a different location. The salesman that wrote up the deal asked if the base was a floor model and I pointed to the brown Temper-Pedic base sitting right next to us at the desk and I said, “Yes, this one.” Delivery was scheduled for today. The delivered base was an inferior white base, which I noticed immediately and stopped the delivery. After a call to the original salesman, who called the owners, they wanted to charge me an additional $300. The first salesman said there was a $100 difference between the two bases. The delivery guy said there was a $200 difference, but the owner comes back with $300. When I refused to pay, the owner suggested I should “split the difference” and pay another $150. Bait and Switch, shady sales practices... shoulda brought my son with me...January 15, 2019
