I called the night before and they said that they could work on my truck the next day. I dropped it off the next morning and they had it finished it by that evening. They have fair pricing and they didn’t try to sell me more than what I needed they mentioned some things that needed to be fixed to but didn’t fix it without calling me first. Very professional company 100% would recommend for someone looking to get repairs done.

Anthony was very professional and took his time in explaining to me all that needed to be done before the work was performed. I then was allowed to choose what I wanted to have done at that the specific time. Together we came up with a plan to do maintenance on the car as I could afford it. Autoselect was incredible. My check engine light came on and they were able to scan the code that day and find out it wasnt anything that would keep me from driving. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule a couple days later and got my car back up to where it needed to be. Awesome garage.... Scheduled an oil change for Monday morning. A few days over the weekend my enhine caution light came on. Auto select not only completed the oil change on Monday, but also repaired my car engine issue. Will return. Always good..

I swung by Auto Select when I was noticing for several days I was losing tire pressure in my Jaguar quickly. Although they were super busy, Terri squeezed me in so they could diagnose the problem. Turns out I had driven over a screw which destroyed the tire but the technician brought out the tire to show me and Terri ordered new back tires while I was there. They showed up in a matter of days and Terri got me in right away. All the guys working there were working hard in a thankless job and sweating profusely but were all very nice. There were TONS of thankyou cards on there bulletin board (which reminds me I need to send one!!). It is clear that all their customers leave satisfied and that is so refreshing ; especially as a widowed woman who prays that she will receive honesty and professionalism. They DEFINITELY met the mark and then some. I HIGHLY recommend Auto Select Neenah - thanks again guys!

First time I needed something done on my car after moving to the area and I decided to give this place a try because of the excellent reviews, and they dont lie! The people are great, the service is quick, and they really put a focus on the customer.I had some suspension work done and the car feels much better. The guys at Auto Select were great. I was told by another shop that I needed all new brakes and rotors. When I dropped off my vehicle I told them that is what I wanted done. They called me a little while later and said that my front brakes were fine and that they did not need to be replaced. My service was very quick and the price was reasonable. When I got home, I discovered that a large dent that was in my front bumper had been popped back into place. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Ive always gotten good service from this branch of Auto Select. Ive had work done on both of my vehicles there and I believe theyve treated me fairly. Their work has addressed the issues for which Ive brought my vehicles in for service and has never caused another issue. Communication is good, both when theyve analyzed my vehicle and are describing what they found and recommend and while work is in process. Their time estimates have been good as well. I plan on taking my car and truck back to them when work is needed and recommend them to others.

My 2002 F250 needed new exhaust manifolds as well as parts of the exhaust system repaired or replaced. Auto Select took the time to repair and reuse all savagable parts and replace the rest. Not only is the truck as quite as the day I drove away from the dealership, but it once again as acceleration power. Having dealt with different persons in the shop and on the phone I dont have all names, but thanks to everyone, with a shout out to Anthony and Terry.Finally, as for cost, I felt the overall price was very fair and wont hesitate to return for future work.

The truck needed a lot of work. They had it in and out within two days. I would recommend them. The only problem is that they dont have a lot of room for parking cars.

I have taken my car a few times to Auto Select Neenah and thought they were trustworthy. I was very wrong.This past week I brought my car in for mainly an a/c issue and airbag light. I also mentioned squeaky brakes.Anthony told me I needed both front and back brake work done totaling over $900. Even when I stated I got new brakes just a few years ago, Anthony maintained I absolutely needed brake work done. The amount of times he mentioned it made it clear it was urgent. This struck me odd and so I had other repairs done, but opted out of the brake repairs.I had a handy family member examine my brakes. We inspected every single one closely because we really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Every brake part is in good condition and does not need to be replaced anytime soon.It makes makes me ill to think about the work I had done with them and what might have also been made up. Their deceptive behavior makes me so sad. My handy family member went in person to talk to them. They were not unkind to him, but they also didn’t apologize.

AutoSelect in Neenah Wisconsin just gave us impeccable service. We brought our GMC Acadia in because it is an older model and several issues required repair work. I dropped the vehicle off two days before Christmas thinking it would not be ready for another week or two. But what a surprise, I was able to pick up the vehicle before Christmas!With a wrench in hand, this group of mechanics serviced our vehicle in the most convenient way, this is the best I have ever experienced for auto-care! We were informed right from the start of how much this repair would cost and the replacement parts were given a three year warranty. Auto Select has done a good job taking care of my vehicle. I’ve had a suite of repairs preformed here, and they were done at a decent price and with excellent quality. The customer service is some of the nicest I’ve dealt with in the auto repair industry, on the same level of professionalism as brand dealer body shops.

They worked on my car and replased a wheel baring on the car that they said needed to be fixed, then not even a 2 weeks later the lugnuts cam losse and the tire cam off and messed up the front quarter panel. When brought to their antention they pushed it to the side and said it wasnt their fault and that someone else lossend the tire.

The group at neenah auto select is outstanding! They where extremely informative and professional. They fixed my 79 trans am with little notice and got it done on time for my mom for her mothers day gift. Have no complaints and as a 10 year diesel automotive tech the level of standard I have is extremely high. I was a walk in costumer and looking for new Tires.The 3 tire places I had been to befor Auto Select were honestly, a joke compared to the service here. In just a cpl of min the counter guy, Terry had me set up with a same day appointment. He let me see his monitor, prices and comparisons on the stores meny options and selection.Not only did they replace my tires. They made sure my 5th tire was good to go too, for no charge.Price, service, and friendly customer first attitude made this as easy snd affordable as a tire swap should be.Thanks again TerryPS They are great tires and are as good as new yet. Even thou I have been driving on snow pack since getting home.

Anthony and the team at Auto Select in Neenah are consistently amazing! I’ve used there services a number of times now, and I keep going back because every experience exceeds my expectations. They listen to my needs and concerns, and go above and beyond without charging extra! Once, a tech showed me how to change the clock in my car after I couldn’t figure out the complicated computer system. Most recently, I had a bad gasket on my oil filter, and they cleaned up all of the oil and replaced the gasket, all without a charge. They’ve also done pick up and drop off services when I’ve needed the extra help! This team is awesome and I highly recommend Auto Select!

You guys are awesome. Austin was a real sweetheart to get me home and picking me up. I will recommend you guys to my friends9-24-2019. They were awesome! Was towed there the night before and even tho they were quite booked for the next few days they got me in and out the same day.1-31-2020. Billy took good care of my vehicle. I would want him to be my main mechanic.4-15-2020 dropped off my car for one issue. They called me later saying they werent too concerned about that, but they found 2 other issues that needed repair (of course they did). So what would have been a $300 fix turned into a $950 fix. Granted I wasnt aware of the other issues because I wasnt hearing anything coming from the rear end, but they did. I just wish they gave seniors a cheaper rate when fixing their vehicles.

I took my silverado in for a check engine light. After it was diagnosed by auto select for low fuel performance they told me it needed a fuel pump. They did the work i paid for it. I picked it up and before i left the parking lot the light was back on. They went ahead cleared the code and magically my light was once again on. They advised me to go to a GM dealership in which i went to Holiday in Fondulac. Holiday dug farther and learned that my ECM was the part failing and they replaced it. My emmisons warranty on my truck covered all costs for the new ECM. I continued to keep in contact with auto select to see if there was anyway that he could work with me on being refunded or even partially refunded for the job he did which in my eyes wasnt the issue since the truck kept showing the same code. Terry made it clear that he didnt want to refund me, but he also made it clear that he doesnt want me back in his shop or to be a customer of his anymore, and he also stated he doesnt want my VEHICLES back to him for any future repairs. I learned that going to the bigger dealerships for repair work is the best option were the work will get done CORRECTLY and you will be treated with respect.

I needed to get my car in last minute as I only had off that day. They were more than accommodating, got my car in I between apartments, was able to also get what I needed done, recommended work done and on top of it an oil change as well. Very reasonable prices and excellent customer service. They really take care of you. Would highly recommend them!!!!

I took my 2017 Traverse to Auto Select for a hopeful repair of a flat tire. The tire was beyond repair, but they were able to get a replacement within a few hours and they even had a loaner car for me so I could return home while the tire was replaced. Also got the oil changes while the car was there. Kind and courteous service!

Was visiting family and my brakes started grinding on the way there in a 10 hour car trip. They were able to get my truck in and out within 2 days on a holiday weekend during a global pandemic. I however forgot to mention before hand that I would need my old parts back before I got my vehicle back and was so happy they were able to just get it in and done I forgot to ask for them afterwards so I couldnt submit a warranty claim on the failed caliper. That is more my failure than theres.I dont give out 1 or 5 star reviews because most people dont read them. Most reviews I write are 3/5 stars because that is where most service lies (acceptable). Those that go above and beyond get 4, and the best get 5. That is more a gripe about the rating system as a whole, but figured it important enough to notate here because they did such a good job squeezing me in.On another note my service/parts came with a 3 year warranty, but Id have to come back to get it honored. Not bad if you are local, but requires a 10+ hour drive for me.

Vehicle broke down driving on 41 and was towed to Auto Select. We arent from the area and never heard of them before. The main computer went out and I didnt know if I wanted to fix a 2002 Taurus that had been nickel and diming me. Anthony explained what was wrong with the vehicle and what it was going to cost to fix it. The service and customer care was excellent. Auto Select of Neenah is simply awsome. I cant say enough good things about my experience yesterday. My boyfriend went to get in his Jeep, only the find his starter went. After bringing him to work, I decided to fix it myself, Id replaced the start in my own Jeep before. After buying the part and the tools for the job, I realized I didnt have the time or the means to get to the starter without taking out other parts I wasnt familiar with. I called up Fleet Farm in Appleton (where we usually go) they were pretty unhelpful and couldnt get us in for a couple days. Then I found Auto Select on Google and called them up. They said as soon as I could get the Jeep there, they had a spot for me. After the tow truck dropped it off, 1.75 hours later, they had me on my way. They even used the part I had already bought, and gave me back the old one so I could get my core charge back. The actual price was much lower than the estimate they gave me. Friendly, helpful, and prompt. I honestly would rather go here from now on.

Today my daughter and I had a flat on the Interstate. We were able to take the next exit off. We tried to put air in and found a puncture spot in the tire. So we had to change the tire. Upon getting all of the necessary equipment out of the trunk to change tire. We found the tire iron was the wrong size for the lugs. My daughter ran across the street and asked to buy a tire iron. Well they did not sell them, but if we could get the car here we will help us out.The very nice young man not only helped, he did it all! So very nice and professional. Great old fashion service!!We were in and out in under five minutes. Back on our way to the State Girls Championship Basketball game!We thank you so much!!!

The staff is really nice and helpful! I brought my car in to get fixed and when I got it back everything was good but then I started to have the same problems again. So, I brought it back in and it turn out the ignition coil popped out. This happened about two more times and then finally the guy changed out the ignition coil and used a different manufacturer. The default ignition coils that they put in to begin with was no fault of their own so I dont blame them.

This was my first time there. I was treated very well from my call to the end of my visit. They explained the repair to me and cared about me being happy. I will go back.
