Really nice people but sadly after I bought a truck from them I found out it needs cam phasers which will probably come out to around 2 grand if the timing is shot and I just bought the truck last week. Like I said they were really nice people but not the best with communicating I asked if there was any service history and my question was ignored. I then asked again for the service history and was told that I should ask those questions before taking out a loan (which I did) I know I bought a used truck so I was expecting something to go out just not 2 days after purchasing. Definitely a nice and trust worthy dealership I would just recommend taking the vehicles to your local mechanic before buying!

Purchased a vehicle from here for my son. My sons first vehicle. A few days after we bought it, it wouldnt start. Called the owner Jeff and told him. He came got the vehicle the same day. Returned it the next day. It was just the starter solenoid. (It has been running beautiful ever since.) He apologized. There was no need for him to apologize. I could not believe he came an hour North twice to keep a customer happy. Would definitely buy from here again. There are still good people in this world.

I bought a used 2011 Subaru Outback from Larry at Fairview Auto after they let me take it into my personal mechanic. There were some pretty major repairs that needed to be done eventually but nothing that was necessary at the time of purchase. Within 5 hours of buying the vehicle I had a flat tire. Unfortunately the flat tire was not repairable and I was told I needed 4 new tires. Larry was very understanding, empathetic, and willing to help with the cost of repairs. The people who work at Fairview are honest, genuine, and go above and beyond any Used car dealerships customer service Ive ever experienced. A sales experience made easy. I hate dealing with salesmen, with Fairview auto being the exception. I totaled my car and was in need of a car quickly.
