There is no way at a pick up for a prescription should it ever take so long. You got this prescription ready to go. There are set aside all you have to do is pay and leave. Why did I have to wait 30 minutes There was only 3 people in front of me. Absolutely unreal. If you got a prescription go somewhere else. I feel so bad for the 8 people in line behind me i hope they have hours to wait in line.
Waited 20 min in pharmacy drive through to hand them script. Waited again 25 min (6 cars deep) to pick up prescription. Asked pharmacist if she could grab me an over the counter med as well and she said no they were too busy and it is like 4 aisles over. I guess they would rather have people who are in covid quarantine come into the store instead of trying to be responsible. Rude and not accommodating. Won’t be back.
Went through the drive threwFor viruses test. You preformed the test. Recieved results with in 2 hours and no charge. 5 star for this appointment.
Possibly the most rude pharmacy Ive ever witnessed. Even tho they are very busy at times that doesnt mean drop the politeness. Wow. Go to the commercial street Walgreens... Its only 1 level better but that is something compared to this place

Area by pharmacy dirty...with dust and dirt all around baseboards. Makes you wonder what it looks like behind the counter. Staff acts like they hate the job and customers.
I went to pick up my prescription, as I got an email and a text saying it was ready. When I arrived it seemed as everything was good to go until the pharmacy tech named June, at the counter told me there’s a problem with my insurance. She was very rude and was yelling at me saying it was my fault when clearly it was an error. I shouted back as I don’t like getting screamed at as a customer and walked out. I got my error taken care of myself and will be going back to pick it up in 3 hours, and if she is still there I am going to request to speak to a manager about her as she has no business working there. It is not the first time I have had an encounter like this with this lady and am disgusted she still works there. Unless things change, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Review is for pharmacy only, the rest of the store was great. I don’t even know how to explain this easily, so I will sum it up quickly by saying that something fishy went on refilling my daughter’s ADHD medication and it took quite a lot of effort to get it fixed. After four days, multiple phone calls and waiting in the store for an hour we finally got the pharmacy to fix the issue. They never apologized or admitted they screwed up. They didn’t even offer solutions to the problem until I started to cry after becoming very frustrated, they just kept stating policy. I do not care what their protocol is or how a pharmacy works, I just want the correct medication for my child with the correct dosage. It terrifies me what could have happened to my kid. I’m glad I noticed the pills didn’t look right, but we will not be filling anymore prescriptions here. It’s not worth the risk of getting the wrong medication and dosage again.
As many previous reviews have stated the pharmacy service is horrible. Customers are treated rudely, billing errors will not be corrected. The pharmacist is rude and unprofessional. Walgreens needs to clean house at this pharmacy or at least train their staff on customer service. I wont be back but they clearly dont care.
The employees here are friendly, helpful, speedy, and good listeners. After having multiple problems with another non-Walgreens pharmacy, I switched and am very happy with this one. The only drawback is long lines at the counter sometimes, but that can be expected anywhere. The drive-thru is very convenient.
Went there to buy stick matches for our furnace. This SUPER happy to be working lady behind the counter ignored us like we weren’t standing there while she continued on a conversation about what must have been the secrets of the universe with a group of people because why else would she not be doing her actual job, right? We had do tap on the counter repeatedly to get her attention at which point she of course looked like she wanted to smack us. We asked for stick matches. She looked snarky at us and said they were ILLEGAL in Wisconsin. Ummmm what? She then fought with us over what we were even talking about and kept repeating matches are illegal.Long story short, we got stick matches from Walmart.Never returning there again. Thanks for the “service” hire less jerks.
The pharmacy at Walgreens has horrible customer service and are not willing to help you resolve a billing issue they caused. They take no accountability.

I go to Walgreens with a prescription from my doctor to get filled. There was an issue refilling it that took extra time and a phone call to sort out. OMG you would have thought i asked the tech to give me her kidney!!! Not only was she snotty, she acted like I was an inconvenience. One of the techs called in sick and she spent about 20 minutes calling other Walgreens stores to find a replacement. That was 20 minutes she could have spend figuring out my prescription issues. Im sure she was angry working on New Years Eve and all. Finally, I was able to get my meds and she rolled her eyes and said And try to get the right prescription amount from your doctor next time. She then walked away. Also, she never called my doctor as my doctor requested Walgreens to do. If she would have done that, I would have been in and out in 10 minutes. Its really sad because I chose walgreens over several other pharmacies in the area because of how kind and helpful their commercials say they are.
Pharmacy department could take a class on service! And if you dont plan at LEAST 30-40mins DONT USE THE DRIVE THROUGH!
After being a loyal customer of this pharmacy for more than a decade, I finally gave up on them last year and switched to a locally owned pharmacy. I have a number of prescriptions and there were constantly out of stock on one or more items, even though I got these same medications every month. They never told me they were out of stock on the items until I came to get them. Even when I called, they would tell me everything was ready, when it wasnt. What ended up happening was I ended up making a total of 3 to 4 trips a month to get all my medications picked up. The final straw was due to these delays in getting medications in, my refill dates were constantly changed. All I wanted was to be able to pick up my medications together once a month. I spoke with them about this multiple times and explained my concerns. They were dismissive and refused to do anything to help me reduce the number of trips I made to the pharmacy each month.
Always willing to help especially the pharmacy
Horrible. Targeted and followed around because I look younger. They asked me weird questions about the things I was looking at because they thought I was stealing! I will not be back again!

Very, Very Poor Customer Service. Was served at the Pharmacy at around 11:45am on 8/6/2018. Staff not at all receptive to the customers needs.
Terrible customer service....left the store and he started talking badly about us to the lady behind us in line..guess he didnt know she knew us!!
