Very efficient in and out.. rotated my tires, even though I purchased them elsewhere. It was inexpensive and efficient overall good experience... The young guy that helped me was very personable and must have read my mind he was direct and to the point, which I find very good. about a half an hour and it was less than 30 bucks, also I waited in the customer lounge area and watched one and a half quarters of the OSU/ Maryland game... Overall pleasant and efficient. Nice experience for having called them in the morning and had it over and done with by 3:00 p.m. 👍

In the area from out of state for the weekend. Picked up debris and had a flat. Donut tire wouldnt last the trip home. With very few options available, they were able to get me in and fixed right and stay on weekend schedule. Recommend!

Absolutely Terrible service. I brought my 2019 F-150 there for routine maintenance for a 2:00 pm appt, they said my vehicle would be ready by 2:30 and when I arrived at 2:40 they told me they couldn’t help me because “something came up”

I needed a tire repaired quickly and even though they were busy they repaired my tire and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Kudos.

Calling a few weeks later for a simple oil change and being informed “we are to busy” even though I was flexible with days/ time frame (able to leave the car all day). Firestone Complete Auto is a great place. I brought my car in for new tires and the guy who helped me was very kind. He didnt try to push a certain brand of tires on me that would cost me tons of money. I lucked out and came at a time when they had a promotion going on for $100 off a set of 4 tires. He let me know about this promotion when I made the appointment. Plus they also found that I had a hole in my brake line and instead of changing the whole thing, they found a way to patch it up. Some places will take advantage of women when it comes to their vehicles, but not Firestone Complete Auto. The gentleman who helped me was very empathetic and was honest with me about the work they did and the prices. Plus, their warranty on the tires is awesome, and they fix any flats for free. I highly recommend them for tires.

Been here 3 times now because its local and convenient. Tried telling me I needed a specific service I had recently twice. I found their prices high. They could use some coaching on good customer service and let their employees know they should really display that they actually like their job in front of their customers.

What incredible Service!! I frantically called them from the highway knowing my tire was about to blow and they got me in immediately! Did extra work to break the locked hubs and mount 4 new tires and sent me on my way! And so very kind of them to let me keep my clients dog with me in the waiting room. So happy with the price!! It could have been a horrible experience but they made it wonderful! Ill be back!!

Excellent customer service got a flat tire on our way camping didnt get there til 5 minutes after they closed on Friday night and werent done until 2 hours after close (got 4 new tires ). Neither of employees seemed at all annoyed that they had to stay late and were very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend to anyone! Best customer service I have seen in along time!

I bought a new car that had locking lug nuts on each wheel. The dealer forgot to include the key to remove the lug nuts! Firestone was able to remove the locked lug nuts so I could switch to my winter tires. I dropped it off Sunday night and they were booked until Wednesday but were able to work it into their schedule during the day Monday. Great service and very fair price for the job. Id go back here in a second.

Had multiple vehicles there multiple times when I have a problem. I know a little about cars and I usually know generally whats wrong with the vehicle but twice now Ive gone in and they cannot recreate the noise or problem Im having. Having to take two cars somewhere else to get them fixed now. Staffis friendly but mechanics are less then adequate.

Went to get my rear end alignment checked because someone hit and ran on my vehicle fixed the broken part and sent it to get checked by Firestone said the rear end was fine the front end had lose parts so before they fully align it to get those fixed I said thats fine figured something was loose in the front end. Then asked again if my rear end was good to go they said yes I said id fix the parts and bring it down for a alignment when I got a little bit of money together I just blew a tire because my rear tire the one that got it that I told them to check was crooked not impressed and Ive gone thru Firestone for a lot of stuff and brought many customers there when it was expert tire but guess when the signs change so does the quality as well

I am very disappointed in your service. I brought my BMW into your Neenah store for 2 damaged rims on a Sat a few weeks ago. Expressly to replace 1 and to inspect the other as the wheel felt like it was wobbling. I was told the back rim was fine and so was the suspension. But was given a list of thousands of dollars of repairs needed for the suspension on the opposite side of the damage, before an alignment could be done. I was weary as my mechanic had just inspected my suspension a few weeks before and didnt see these things. I picked up my car and immediately called back to question the back tire wobbling, but was told for the 3rd time it was fine. Mon morning I took my car into my regular mechanic, who was amazed my car even made it there! The back rim was so bent all he had to do is lift it up and turn the wheel.Update I just found out when Firestone replaced my rim they put the tire on inside out. I also found out that Firestone and Tires Plus are the same company. Corporate contacted me concerning my complaints and are working with me. Ive bought my tires from Tires Plus on WI Ave in Appleton for years. They are replacing the tire and working with me. Thank goodness for Tires Plus in Appleton and the corporate office. Hopefully they can get the Firestone in Neenah up to par!

Dealer told me I needed a whole new TPMS because it was leaking. Took the wheel to Firestone and it turns out it was just a replaceable part of the sensor. Fixed for free under my warranty because I bought the tires there. Saved me $225!

Came in for a tire repair which was a 50/50 chance due to the fact that the screw had an entry and a exit hole and was sideways in the tire .Due to driving an all wheel vehicle, tread wear on the tire and the tire not repairable I needed to purchase 4 new ones out of safety reasons, sure I could have only bought 2 and signed a waiver, but the service guy gave me a great deal du to the fact I had road hazard package and the mileage on the tires was low but the tread wasnt great anymore.I got 4 new tires that did not break the bank for a great price.Been using these guys for tires ever since they opened up in Neenah always had a good experience with them.Do yourself a favor and always purchase the road hazard package, it does save money trust me.

Good price couldnt do a rear end alignment left unsatisfied when my new tire got a nail in it in there parking lot and I had to pay for a patch in it because I dident get the tires there

I was able to get my car in on Monday afternoon with no appointment and they totally fixed everything that was wrong with my car including a wheel bearing going out and complete brake job.

I ran over a nail and needed a patch, the place was short staffed, but they did their best to accommodate me. I left very happy. Great customer service.

Part of the Firestone group, this store is notorious for UPSELLING products and services you absolutely do not need. First off I have a used car that is not that old and has really never given me any trouble at all...In other words, its not a junker. I just got ripped off for a $150 battery $329 alternator, belts $20 that were not required,,and some other minor charges,. It was partly my fault for authorizing their gibberish over the phone. They went by what I THOUGHT might have been the problem, and by the way Im not a mechanic. They totally did not correctly diagnose beforehand a fix that would simply have been an inexpensive battery charge, (of my THEN current good battery, do this this cold VORTEX weve had).The only other concern brought to them was a sound that sounded to me like a belt. So what did they do???...they changed the serpentine belt...when 3 weeks before it was checked out by another certified mechanic (elsewhere), as still in good condition.Left today with SAME squeak sound that was re diagnosed by another one of their mechanics who NOW said it wasnt a belt problem at all. The sound was coming under the wheel well. Nice huh?To top it off they disengaged my automatic car starter which lost the memory for the FOB to work and refused to reprogram it just because the FOB was aftermarket....SERIOUSLY???. It worked fine when I brought it in! PLUS the manager was attempting to charge me another $45 diagnostic fee,,,that is until I got on the phone and called the Corporate office who set him straight.Even though Expert Tire is open on weekends...PLEASE wait until Monday or find someone you trust who will help you in the meantime.Ive spoken with others, friends, relatives and minor acquaintances who have had similar horror stories with THIS incompetent store and a service writer, whose name begins with J..who looks like he just graduated the 6th grade with a Certificate in Service Writer 1 !!!P.S. This review is no way should reflect anything negative of the hard working mechanics @ Expert.They just go by what they are told to do..Although from what Ive heard the stores employee turnover is high.

Their employees fixed my flat tire under warranty then helped themselves to my Playstation 4 out of my trunk and a bag of chips from my bags of groceries. Class act. Never again.
