I wanted to update this review to reflect that Chris went out of his way to make a shaky situation right. After an initial rough start where neither of us was at our best Chris made it very apparent that he was willing to be the better man and work to keep my business. I appreciate his effort, his honesty, and his tolerance of my less than acceptable behaviour.Its not often that a business is able to take a one star experience and turn it into a five, but they were able to do that with me and I am grateful for it. I have no doubts about the integrity of their business.

The torsion springs on my garage door broke last night. I called this morning - and they fixed it this morning! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. As long as they are in business, they will have my business. I wouldnt even think about calling anyone else!

AWESOME SERVICE! The cables on both door springs had snapped due to corrosion over the years. My garage door was stuck in the closed position. I called Advantage Overhead Door and they dispatched 2 technicians to my house 30 minutes after I made the phone call. They had the door repaired about 30 minutes after showing up. The price for their work was more than reasonable. I also want to add that they were working on probably the coldest day weve had so far this winter (-7° with windchill) and yet still got the job done with the utmost of expedience and efficiency. I actually recommended this company to my landlord for her other tenants. I would also high recommend them to anybody reading this review. Im going to close this review by once again saying AWESOME SERVICE!

I have been having trouble with my garage door not staying closed. When I would press the remote, it would close and immediately open back up. This had been going on for months. I consider myself a handy guy, as I tried everything to correct the issue, but to no avail. I had finally had enough, so I called Advantage Overhead Door.The technician arrived and he immediately knew the issue, it turned out that the door pull rope was too long and would sometimes trigger the safety sensors. He tied a few knots in it and all was good. I hope this doesn’t get him in trouble, but he declined to charge me even for a service call. This just speaks to his honesty as I was resigned to the fact that I might need a new opener and or door. Great ethical service company, I would highly recommend.

They were here when they said they would be, took them about 20 minutes to switch out a garage spring and super nice to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Had our spring break on our very old and large garage door. Chris came by that same morning to help my husband get the door open so we could get our cars out. He got us a very affordable quote for a new garage door that morning! Cant wait for the new door to be installed once it comes in.
