Great staff & management....always makes great deals & the floor was stocked with great furniture & appliances!! We have been with them for over 4 months and love our experience with them.

Had them order me a brand new lap top computer and was told it would b in about 7 to 10 days! I ended up waiting over a month and still did not have my computer and everytime I called I kept getting a run around and getting lied to and that just is not good business! I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!

Refrigerator we got from u all after paying it off doesnt work at all you all are selling lemons. stuff seems to only work tell the time you pay it off then breaks down on you after you paid it off

Ordered something and was getting it delivered to Lexington but instead of them saying they couldn’t or calling to say it they waited until I called which is very unprofessional. Do not order something from this place the man I dealt with is very unprofessional and rude as hell. Worst furniture store.

They have gone thru about 4 different store managers in a year. Lindsey, Kevin, Jason and Amanda. Not only that, thier store policies change every time. My wife during all of this was able to make payments on my account or changes because i worked during normal store buisness hours with no problems. Now the new store manager, Josh, says it is against store policy for her to do that. Also i set up auto bill pay over the phone, never signed anything just a verbal agreement. Sometimes they would take my money a full day before it was due so i decided i would cancel it. Then they tell me i have to physically come to the store and sign something to cancel it. It is fustrating because they go thru managers so fast, once you get to know one another one comes along and changes things. So after I told them I would come in Friday to cancel my auto bill pay they decided to take money off my card a whole day early and an extra 40$ too. There have been so many times i would make a payment then have someone call me the next day asking for a payment. It is like they dont log it down, or its something with thier system. Time to look for my own appliances so i can return thiers.

I have never had so many complications with a furniture store before in my life . I thought rent a center was bad no one can beat how bad Bestway is. They sell you use furniture for a new price, furniture is messed up when you get it .They say they will repair the furniture (GOOD LUCK).... I would go to rent-a-center before I go back to Bestway. They also will screw you out of your payments . You pay them then they say you didnt make your payment and you give them your bank card they double charge you. THEY ARE THE WORST STORE TO GET FURNITURE FROM

Always wonderful customer service from all store personnel.Deliveries on time and courteous.

Rude employees! Especially Michael! Supposed to pick up a loveseat from my home between 1-3 . Never showed. Every time I called I got lied to. Finally after 8pm they said they would wait until the next day. I had to cancel my plans due to their lies. Never do business with them!! Go to rent a center!

HORRIBLE ..... They tell me im late and the day its due they are closed .....and they try to switch my payments around ....plus they are rude they put u on hold before they even aak you and they dont let u talk...customer is always right....to them were NOT
