We just needed a few parts to finish a shower remodel, we were trying not to purchase an entire trim kit. Juanita was very helpful and supplied is with the exact part numbers and names so we didnt have to buy a whole new kit. Everyone there was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and accommodating.

Parts department was able to help me find what I needed. They are knowledgeable with fantastic attitudes.

Great place and people

Called to order a pump, but they had the model in stock so I didnt have to wait. Picked up 15 minutes later, and it was $30 less than I had found anywhere else.

PLEASE READ: Showroom is very nice, if you buy anything from them and have any problem you will find out how horrible their customer service is. If you want to return something, they will come up with excuses after excuses why they will not return anything, even though they ordered the wrong thing. YES they ordered the wrong parts then told me I was stupid for ordering the wrong one????They do not care and will laugh behind your back, I suggest you shop anywhere else, yes anywhere. I am in process of filing a claim in court against them. Yes I am very unhappy and wish I had never meet them. If you buy from them, you could be next in line for such treatment. Wish I had paid on credit card, then I could do something from that end. But I paid cash. Thanks to Lee Supply for treating their customers this way. Funny thing is I tried to spend my money locally with a local company. Next time its Menards or Lowes for me. Thanks talking time to read this. David
