They are fast and friendly but yesterday was not so friendly. I seen a set of seat covers. That I was going to get, that was on sale but then the guy rung them up and told me $45 their was no way I would get them. He then told me that he could come down to $25. I told him no thanks.

So I went there thinking I need a new timing belt or chain whatever its called I also knew I had transmission I thought I needed a whole new transmission because of them running a test on my truck for free I now know I just need to replace two spark plugs and a sensor in a couple weeks Ill let you know how it turns out when I get money to buy the parts

The guys at Auto Zone are ALWAYS helpful. Installed my high and low beam lights, for free, in 20+ degree cold. Always professional and courteous.

They seem to always be busy- but are also always friendly and happy to help. And for non-automotive people, they dont make you feel like an idiot

Patrick the store manager is incompetent. 20 minutes spent in the store to pick up oil change items! Better yet was when I placed $200 in equipment on the counter for purchase. Patrick repeatedly keyed my rewards number incorrectly as I said it to him from a whopping two feet away. Yes Patrick, when I say 7 you should key in a 1.... I finally gave up and made it clear with my tone how frustrated I was. I told him forget it, let me pay and go. A 6 year old could have used the old school book on the wall to get us what we needed faster than these two idiots with a computer. Thank you for giving me a great reason to never do business with this location again.

Patrick Burk was very knowledgeable on two vehicles of mine and was of great help in coming up with a list of items for repairs. Thankfully they caught a control valve issue mechanics had even missed after numerous visits.

We went in just to purchase a steering wheel cover. Found what we wanted and stood at the register for about 15 mins waiting for someone to come wait on us but they never did...there were only two guys working, one was looking up and helping customers with finding parts and the other one was just walking around and wouldnt help anyone so after standing there waiting at the register for 15 mins without being waited on we decided to leave go somewhere else to make our our purchase.

Given wrong part. They looked up a different engine than i told them.

For the exception of maybe two employees, Auto Zone fails in comparison, especially in knowledge, to the many parts stores that are in the area. They also have a high fail rating on their parts. Itll work in a pinch, but if given a option, go elsewhere.

Called asked if they had a part I was told they had it. I told the gentleman I was on my way. I drove 30 mins because this was the only location that had it. When I get there I waited in line for 15 mins while they helped everyone but me. I was still trying to be polite and nice I asked for the part told him I had called he says we actually dont have the part I can order it and have it here in the morning. Wasted trip.

The employees here always seem to be very friendly but knowledge is very limited when it comes to anything automotive. Youre most likely better off with Bumper to Bumper or even OReillys if you need anything more complicated than floor mats

Staff is unknowledgeable and didnt have the tool I needed or knew what it was, flare wrench btw went to check out and other customer in front of me was ignored Patrick didnt even say hello to me when I walked In or when he was checking me out at the register I will definitely be making a trip to the OReilly next time!

Chris B was awesome. Helpful and professional. Chris Nowe, however, helped me find what I needed, but refused to ring me up. All other associates were busy, so I had to stand around for 10 mins to be cashed out. I asked and was told he was not a busy manager and was a regular employee. How dare he refuse to do good job and push me off into the already busy other employees in his same level! Bad show, Chris N., Bad show.

I went there because my alternator was having issues so I could get a voltage regulator what I got was a guy trying to scam me and another guy who succeeded in scamming me because he sold me a bracket. Im tired of this place and its incompetent employees. The only person that helped me there was a guy named William who told me that the part that I needed wasnt even in their system and that the part that was ordered for me was not the right part.
