Purchased and had 4 tires installed. They got me in before my appointment which was awesome! My only issue was that a gentleman who was trying to get my tire off continuously beat on the back of my tire rim with a tool only to realize that the older gentleman who had already continuously beat on my tire rim as well, did not loosen one of the tire bolts. Other than that, everything was good!

Normally I change my own oil but I went to WM to have them change my beaters oil. Provided them 6 quarts of my own oil and filter. The service ladies were polite and prompt. Teenagers wont know how to work on cars. The tech onsite managed to round out my drain bolt by using an impact wrench. I guess you get what you pay for.

I wasnt able to come in and get what I would love to get because there was no riding carts yall need more riding carts. For the elderly and there was a man outside park next to me waiting for one as well while his son went to go look so when he left I left cuz his son came back out and said there was none you dont have enough of electrical riding courts and when you do have them some of them aint even charged up.

I got an oil change here and I was in and out extremely fast. Great job and a great price. If you need an oil change, I recommend them.

Had to take car back after tire rotation. One front tire had to be rebalanced. The Auto Mgr. quickly listened to my concern and directed my car to an open bay. He personally directed the recheck, rebalance, and test drive. Apologized for the return trip, insured me if I had any further questions or concerns to stop by and they would take care of it promptly.

I get my oil changes here for my car and they are reasonable and fast

Ordered four tires and made an afternoon appointment. Appointment was cancelled via email one hour before appointment time. Called to ask why my appointment was cancelled, I was found 3 of 4 tires were in stock and the last tire would arrive the next day. Next day happens and my appointment gets pushed to three days later. I made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon and would not be able to have my tires installed until Wednesday morning. Considering one of these tires was dangerously low and leaking air, the situation is not great. When asked if they could install the three tires they had there reserved for me and then last tire installed, I was told that all the appointment times were taken and they could not cancel other peoples appointments. Which is funny because they cancelled my appointment! They did not offer to try to work us in. I was not offered any discount for my frustration or extended wait time or cancelled appointment. In the end, I was forced to cancel the whole thing. Waste of time and effort. Extremely disappointed with this place because we have had positive experiences there before. Will never spend any money here again. Avoid this place!

Shopping for a replacement car battery, which I picked and paid for on line after which I called Walmart to see if I needed an appointment. I was told it was on a first come, first serve basis and that they would swap out the old battery for the new one with no personal contact. After arriving and waiting my turn in line, I was greeted by an employee who, although polite, only had half her face covered with a mask and appeared clueless about procedure. I was then given a tag to put on my keys and told to leave them in the ignition. I was then told I would have to pull up to the service bay door and exit my vehicle. Reluctantly I pulled up to the door prepared to step out of the car for reasons which still escape me as the whole point of all this was to stay in my car and avoid any person to person contact. After a few minutes the employee again stepped up to my vehicle and informed me I would have to go inside the store, pick up the battery, bring it out to my car, and they would then install it for me! Fighting back the urge to say or do something that I would undoubtedly regret at some future point in time, I just told her to cancel the order and forget the whole thing. Aside from needing a new battery, the whole point of all this was to not go into the store and avoid person to person contact. Needless to say, I wont be going back to Walmart for any kind of automotive issues in the future and would not recommend their service to anyone else as well.

Auto center staff is very friendly. They took the time to explain to me what was going on with my tires and answered any questions I had regarding them. Nichole was super kind and did a wonderful job explaining detailed concepts to me so I understood exactly what was going on. Tammy inside was also extremely kind and straight forward with me. I will definitely be coming back.

My experience was not as bad as previous reviews. I went around 1:30 PM on a Thursday, and they weren’t extremely busy. I had a very pleasant conversation with the worker who wrote up the ticket for my car. They were compassionate and understanding of my situation, which was a tire going flat. Got scheduled for a flat repair and proceeded to wait. It took about an hour and a half for the flat to be fixed, which felt like a really long time. But the quality of work done and price was great - only $10! One other disappointment is that I had to ask what the problem was instead of someone telling me upfront it was a small nail in the tire or etc.Overall, be prepared to wait and be patient. If you’re friendly and nice to the staff, they’ll be friendly and nice right back.

Rated #1 because 0 is not an option .I have a set of tire I purchased at Walmart. Paid the 40 or 50 extra bucks for the road hazard warranty. I was told the warranty was awesome because Walmart is everywhere and you wont be stuck. Had a blowout around 4 P.M. in Louisville. Checked the New Albany store website. Said they were open until 6. Headed that way. Arrived at 5:10 P.M. lights out and doors locked. Walked around store to go inside. Employees were at the cash registers just not in the garage. They said they closed early because they were understaffed. If I had know this I would have tried Clarksville or even Corydon. Car now has to sit until next weekend when I can be off in time to hit another Walmart

Fast oil change

After three attempts in three weeks to get an oil change, I had to give up. Each visit was first thing in the morning on a weekday when they opened at 7 am. Each time I was told that they are short-staffed and it would take about an hour and a half to open and set everything up. This happened once my last oil change in November, but the gentleman offered me a 10% discount to come back in a couple hours. These recent attempts I wasn’t even greeted. I had to walk around to find someone or, most recently, was blatantly ignored until I parked and approached the worker as he was walking away.Maybe a short-term solution could be to change hours of operation to open at 9 am if they can’t retain workers.

This place is a joke. Came in at 4 pm and stayed until 6, simply for an oil change. Had to leave to make it to work on time. Came back the next morning and sat for two more hours (there were no other customers at 7 am). Watched workers pile in and out goofing off and horse playing while my car sat out in the lot. Waste of time and money.

So difficult to deal with. They couldnt take my wheel of because they were scared they would break the lug bolt. After a squirt of pb blaster and some torque from elbow grease and a breaker bar the lug came right off at home. The kids who work their seem clueless about their own products and the old guy who works in there is always grumpy. I also bought some tires online and had them sent there and they forgot to scan one in so it looked like it was stuck in shipping for weeks until i went in and made them look for it and of course it was there all along. They always seem like they dont want to help you either. Anytime iv come in they tell me well its gonna a couple hours like they want to you to just go somewhere else. They forget to call you when your car or wheel is ready. Iv had nothing but problems from them and yet i continued to give them chances...never, ever again. Big o is damn near the same price and way easier to deal with. Just save yourself the effort and avoid this place like the plague.

Guys there were super chill and knew what they were doing. Ive had my tires changed and oil changed here, both times were good experiences.

What lifesavers Robert and Mary in the Auto Department just were to me. I accidentally locked my keys in my mini van and needed a phone to call AAA. They both were so kind and helpful getting the phone, the address and other additional information that I needed that I didnt have time to feel embarrassed over my thoughtless action. If I hadnt already bought a new battery from a Walmart in Monroe, GA on RoadTrip2017-A, July, I wouldve wanted to buy one right then and there! Great people with hearts of gold!! I whole-heartedly recommend this business.

Only leaving 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option! Absolutely terrible and non existent customer service! We needed air put in one tire and they want us to make an appointment for an hour and a half later. This is after Tiffany wasted 40 minutes of our time. ZERO COMMONSENSE... ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY a joke of a place !2 employees working at a place that stays open till 7 .Arrived at 5 with 2 cars in garage .1 in wait.No assistance, walked inside and manager finally came out to assist .10 minutes later he decided to inform every car there they wouldn’t take any customers ?????Said “ they couldn’t get work done they already had let alone new work!!!!!!!Why the hell stay open than to 7, and where the hell are your workers ?????Place is a joke and unprofessional!If they handle things this bad than people be advised and AVOID!!!!!!!!

Have a set of tires that are maybe 6 months old one of which was going flat every couple days I went out spraying with soapy water to find a nail in middle of tread was the culprit. I took it to Wal mart they said it wasnt repairable with me saying no and walking away from them trying to sell me a new tire. a guy quickly came outside to meet me and said we cant fix that but big o or somebody else can we are not allowed to. This was twice I have had this happen and dont know what has happened to the service but before it was bought by valvoline it was good then after Wal mart bought it back its been a joke.

Right now the pits are under construction. It may take a little longer to get things done right now, but they are very hard working and dedicated that the estimated times are usually beaten.

Went to the store purchase tires two of the tires kept going flat they replaced him under the warranty that they had they were really super about getting everything done and the mechanics there are really great the customer service is really awesome you just have to have some patience when it comes to waiting to get your car repaired are your tires repaired but other than that its really super super nice

Stay away from this place, I was just told that I had no choice but to use synthetic motor oil. Even though I have been using regular conventional motor oil that this service center has been putting in my car for over 3 years, and I told them that but they are still saying I have no choice but to use synthetic oil which cost 25 dollars more than the conventional oil, I laughed and said no thank you stay away from this place theyre a true joke.

Try to always ask for Shane, hes the only guy I trust to put tires on my cars
