Their service is excellent and the prices for repairs was quite reasonable, I was very happy and will return again if my car needs service.

Mr. Clemons was upfront with his service on my brakes. He could have told me I needed more parts for the repair to make it cost more, but he said if it was his car he would only replace the parts he did.He also fit me in to his schedule and worked one hour past closing to finish the job because I needed my car to get to my second job.His pricing is reasonable, and he has great customer service.He deserves every bit of a 5 star rating.

Great service, and very knowledgeable. Told me all the possible problems and fixes ahead of time. Also told me a few tricks to save some money. Cant beat that in my opinion.

Regarding the previous reviews where someone wanted a bill of sale, it could be they didnt live in Indiana and needed it. As everyone knows, a lot of people who live in Kentucky may be in Indiana.It sounds like to me the seller wasnt very cooperative that he could have gotten more info on the car from the owner and passed it on but chose not to. Makes you wonder if he was hiding something. An older car would have had more than routine maintenance if driven for years. It would have had repairs made also and people want to know that. Thats why many people prefer not to buy from a dealer but from an individual so they can get more info. I empathize with the person who wanted more info on a car but couldnt get it.

To the guy/girl about buying a car. You dont need a damn bill of sale in the state of Indiana it is not required. It does make it easier when getting it registered if you bought it far far below blue book value. To show you didnt just write a number on the purchase price line. Been buying cars fixing and selling all my life. Hate how people like you give an honest business a bad wrap because of your inexperienced ill informed information. SmhI am in no way shape or form associated with this business I just cant stand people who slandered hard working people because you know nothing.😞

There was a 15 year old black car for sale on this lot that one of the men who works there (the shorter man with dark hair) was selling -- he said for his son-in-law who lives out-of-state. When I asked if I could have his son-in-laws phone number to talk to him about the history of the car, he said he was a doctor and couldnt be reached -- and would only say its had routine maintenance and nothing more. When I asked how would the person who bought it get a bill of sale (since the owner is out-of-state), he said (and insisted) that a bill of sale is not needed - unless (he said) theres a lien on the car. I told him thats not so, but he rudely and disrespectfully argued with me -- insisting a bill of sale is not needed. I cant believe a man his age (maybe in his 50s) would say this. I took my car to him a while back when the brake lights wouldnt go off and it wasnt the brake switch, and he had no idea what else it could be and kept saying he didnt know. Its obvious hes not as knowledgeable as other mechanics, to not have a clue what else could be wrong. I wouldnt take my car here for repairs after my experience with this person.
