This location is very helpful & a great place to bring your vehicle. I’ve never been to a Big O before but I urgently needed all new tires after discovering a lump in the rear right as well as dry rotting on all the others during a 60k mileage tune up. I was able to squeeze in a last minute appointment for 8am this morning for 4 new tires installed as well as an alignment. I brought my 2017 Subaru Legacy in with good year tires that have been on it since it was brand new (currently at 62k miles now). The good year tires that were on my vehicle were noisy and I didn’t notice that until I started driving on these new tires and they are so quiet and much better for my legacy! I was also offered an alignment protection plan because I am a doordasher and Indiana roads are terrible lol so I gladly paid the extra $100 for the year long plan. They also brought to my attention that my wheel lock key was missing (another mechanic the day before must’ve misplaced it during the tuneup) but they were able to do the tire change anyway! 10/10 would recommend this location and I will definitely be bringing my legacy here more often!

Got serviced here for the first time today after being a customer at another Big O for a long time. Don working the front desk was helpful and very nice. Everyone else seemed helpful and honest. Ill definitely be coming here again

I live in Indianapolis and was in New Albany for a business meeting yesterday when my tire was suddenly nearly flat. I put air in the tire, but it quickly deflated again - I had a large screw in the tire. I was just a few blocks from Big O Tires and stopped in without an appointment and braced myself for a long and arduous process based on a full parking lot. I was absolutely delighted that despite a waiting room with several other patrons waiting for their service to be completed (there are several work bays) I was immediately helped. They removed the 3 inch screw, plugged / patched my tire, waited several minutes to recheck that the fix was working, and I was safely off on my way back to Indy. I truly appreciated that Frank took the time to show me what he found, how he fixed it, and explained that he wanted to double check it before I left to make sure it was all good. I could not have been more satisfied with the entire process. I experienced great customer service by people taking pride in the quality of their work.

My low tire pressure indicator light came on while I was driving about 5 weeks ago. Presuming I just needed some air added to a tire, I stopped at Big-O to have them check the pressure and add air where needed. Frank came out right away to check my tire pressure. He added air where needed, but was concerned about how low the pressure was in that one tire. After a visual inspection didnt see anything in my tire, Frank took the time to take it into a bay to take a closer look at the tire. Sure enough, he found a small metal piece in the tire, which certainly wouldve caused major problems if left. Frank fixed the problem quickly and was able to save my tire. A huge thank you to Frank and Big-O for taking excellent care of me!!

Our camper tires baked on the hot asphalt while in storage. We called Big O on a Friday at 5pm and it was a holiday weekend. We expected them to say we had to wait until the following week to get our tires replaced which would ruin our camping trip. They told us they had the tires that we needed and could replace all 4 tires that evening. It has become rare to find businesses going above and beyond for customers but Big O did and they have our business for life, now.

From the minute I called this guy on the phone his name is Michael in a minute I left this building I had grade a top quality Professional Service for the inspiration Im going ahead and buying an extended warranty..... the bathroom for super clean it was pain that nice and pretty it did not stink everybody smiled and everybody I talk to you in there as far as customers had nothing but great stuff to say so I put $650 worth of tires on my truck and I will be back oh yeah

Not very professional and the job they done was not even done properly took it to Sellersburg big o found piece of plastic in side of the tire that was mounted one tire was not even balanced no weights on right front wheel will never take my truck back to that store in new albany Indiana again

They do a great job on oil changes and they get you in and out real fast with the oil changes but rotating tires or getting new tires it takes a little bit longer

Never has let me down! The company its self no matter where I have moved to, Big O, is my go to! Waiting time can be a little long and tires pricey every blue moon, that doesnt beat the homey hospitality though. Thats what keeps me coming back, and spreading the word.

They were nice enough people.But they didnt even offer or ask to replace my valve stems.Brand new tires and I go to my car the next day and it is almost flat. Ive been having to put air in it everyday now.Its just not what you should have to deal with after putting new tires on.Now I have to spend more time going and getting someone to replace it when it couldve just been done in one shot.

Poor Quality Control here. Understand theyre busy, but the basics still have to be checked for safety and/or damage. Bought four new tires to be installed here yesterday and they overinflated all of them. Both passenger side tires were nearly double recommended at 66 & 62 PSI (should be 35) and the max pressure rated for the tire is 51. Who knows how this might negatively impact the life of the tire. Both drivers side tires were 41 PSI; not near as bad, but still over recommended. I wont return to this location and would caution others to check their quality before you leave. Note- I did check with an air gauge; the digital readout on the dash was dead on.

Dont bother going anywhere else. These guys hustle and Don King is a straight shooter. Fair prices, but the service is the best. They really care about keeping customers for life.

As long as Your spending a pretty good amount of money with them, they are fine. You could be in and out in 15-20 minutes. If you are having them just rotate your tires or having them balance a tire you may have bought from them Previously............Well if they are busy, Plan On Spending Your DAY with Them!!

Waited 3 hours for a tire rotation. When I asked how much longer i was informed there were 3 more in front of me. Needless to say I will just pay for someone else to rotate them.

Got 4 new tires put on plus some other stuff done. When I left my low tire light was on so I went back in and they told me it needed to be driven to reset the light. A week later and it was still on. Was not happy at first because I felt like they just tried to get me out of there because they were closing when I picked my truck up. But I did get a call from Big Don and he was super nice and understanding. They figured out I had a cracked TPMS and replaced it with no charge. Still the low tire light was on... It took longer than I wanted but he made sure it was totally fixed before I left but at least they did that and took care of it for me. He kept me updated on everything as I waited which I appreciate as well. Thanks Big Don!

I went to Big O, worried and stressing about the work I needed for my car. I had already gotten estimates from 3 other places. Big O, was able to give me the best prices. I didn’t even tell them what the estimates were that I had already gotten. Big O also need more work than previous estimates give for a totally cheaper price. Big O Saved me money and fixed my car in a timely fashion.Tom went above and beyond to work with me on the credit application. Big O is the best in town. The guys there are very fast and efficient. Don helped me out big time when I needed a tire really bad I had originally went to Tire Discounters because Big O was busy buy they would not replace my tire without a front in alianment that I did not need. I went over to Big O and they replaced it for me in no time. Tom helped me out when my children had to do something for school. I would not go anywhere else for anything. Good job Big O team I will definitely be back.

Great customer service. It was my first trip in as I was new to town. They did an oil change and installed reasonably priced tires on the rear of my vehicle. Everyone at the store that I dealt with were very customer service oriented. The next week the manager of the store called to thank me for coming in as well and welcomed me to town. Just walk through the door, and within 10 seconds one of the tire techs is helping you. These guys are genuine and professional. You will never be sold something you dont need. You may find cheaper tires, but you wont find better service, during AND after the sale. The free fresh coffee is a nice touch too.

I originally had an appointment for 9:30am at Ken Towerys to have 4 new tires put on my car. After waiting about 15 minutes the manager told me it would be a while before they got to my car. I said, Why make appointments if you cant get to my car at the appointed time?. So I called Big O to see if they could do the job and they said come on in! My car was up on the rack in 10 minutes and tires installed in 40 minutes! This store operates like an Indy Pit Crew. Fast, courteous, professional, and thorough. Id been getting Low tire pressure warnings on my drivers side rear for the past year (didnt mention this to the technician by the way). When I checked out with the technician he asked, Any of your tires been showing low pressure?. When I told him about the drivers side rear warnings he said, Yes, we detected a bad valve and replaced with a new one.. Wow! Lastly, as a new customer I received a gift certificate for a free oil change! Also received a follow-up phone call. What a professional operation. You have a very satisfied and new customer. Well done!

I have used big o many times. On this visit I needed tires. I went online and requested an apt. I was contacted almost immediately by Michael. We discussed options for tires. I was running late and called and they still honored my apt. I was greeted by Mike we decided on a tire. They called when they were done. When I checked out it was easy and fast. I dont recall name of guy at counter but he was kind and courteous to me and my husband. I will continue to come back.

I showed up at Big O at 1:00 P.M. to get tires checked and rotated as well as an oil change. The service person told me it would be about an hour and a half wait. Well, after about 45 minutes my name was called and the service was finished. Great service as usual.

My wife called me as she was leaving work earlier this week and said she had a low pressure warning on one of her tires. Thankfully there was a gas station near her workplace so she was able to fill the tire for safe driving. I told her rather than bringing the car home for me to check to go directly to the Big O store on State Street and have them check it out. Inspection revealed a screw in the tire, so it was promptly repaired. When she tried to hand her credit card to the clerk for payment she was told there was no charge. There is a reason why we have used this Big O since we moved to this area in 1997. The customer service is absolutely the best around and we are always treated well and given great deals on our tire and maintenance needs. I/we appreciate your dedication to customer relations.

My wife bought tires from Big O Tires on State Street. And she got a nail in her tire. Took the tire off her car and run it down there since the tire was flat. Got down there before they closed. They worked me in even after their regular business hours was done. They told me as long as our costumers are here before we close we will work until our costumers are completely satisfied. Well I left with the tire fixed and on my way. Big Thank you to the guys at Big O. Will go back.

It is not necessary to meet me at my car or offer me a credit card application. In fact, both of those would not be welcoming to me. The customer service at this Big O on State Street in New Albany, Indiana is above bar. Every employee was attentive, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

I bought 4 new tires and requested and alignment too. When I picked up my car, in a shorter time than anticipated, they told me my alignment was perfect and that I would not be charged for that service. Where else would that happen?
