Hands down the worst customer service, worst everything I think of. I used cvs for 1 year and maybe a handful of times I called and they were polite. Every single time I called no matter who answered the phone they were always extremely rude. Then I switched to the place right across the street and so far they have been the most professional and polite every time they pick up the phone.
Terrible customer service. They never have anything ready. It takes them days sometimes to fill a prescription. They never have the same people working because it’s such a badly run establishment they can’t keep anyone. I’m always polite but treated like a burden every time I go there. Do not give them your business they are horrible.
I had major surgery yesterday and went to pick up my medications. They had a paper sign on the door that they were closed until 8AM on Saturday. My doctor managed to call 1 dose in to anther pharmacy but they closed before they filled it. I have spent the past 15 hours after major surgery with no medications for whatever reason you boarded up your doors yesterday. Also, apparently no CVS in my area stays open past 8PM so I could not even get it from someone who was open. Thanks for the great service.
Sent to this CVS location for the remainder of medical supplies another location could not keep in stock. The staff is beyond rude, with one female tech (long black hair, heavy set) becoming combative. If you ignore all the 1 star reviews, be sure to have your phone video running when you try to pick up your prescription. At least then youll have evidence to file a complaint with the New Albany Police when the staff becomes abusive. Total trailer trash.
Im giving a 5 star review because of my cashier Donovan. I was at the self checkout machine and it was having several problems. Donovan was the only cashier working, but he helped me with everything AND waited on several other customers that were in his line. The machine I was at had a coupon box that was full, wasnt accepting a valid coupon, didnt take 2 of my cereals down to sale price, then it printed out a blank piece of paper for my receipt. Donovan had to go to the back of the store just to print the receipt, then immediately waited on another customer. Donovan, if youre reading this, you deserve a raise!
I’ve had plenty of issues here the last 2 years or so…SHELBY helped me on the phone this morning and answered all my questions so friendly and was so patient with me and just didn’t try to rush and get me off the phone.

The lady at the pharmacy is extremely rude!! Arrived at 9:25 pm as they closed at 10pm. I only asked to add my insurance card but she said they’re ready to close meaning i just need to pay it all and don’t even talk to me again. Her attitude is heavily unacceptable! I bet anyone in the reviews has the same bad experience with this one lady. The upper management need to take their eyes on this employee. I can’t believe she even has a job in this industry! I highly don’t recommend this location!
Pharmacist showed no care for life sustaining medication she had a terrible attitude and also had made up policies to move the live along. Not to mention the hours on google and the website for this store are incorrect. Someone needs to help this store or needs to look into investigation of the treatment of customers. Especially ones who are cash paying customers. I can’t believe this woman has a job. Definitely reporting to the insurance companies and board for its licensing and complaints.
This is the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with in my life. Multiple times this has happened, they send me texts and say my script is ready but when I drive there, sit in a line for 20 plus minutes, for them to only tell me my script is on hold and come back in a couple of hours. I get things happen but this is now the rule for them and not the exception!!! I thought when we got caremark it would be great to be able to pick up 90 day maintenance drugs locally... boy am i extremely disappointed. The only time i ever leave comments and ratings is when the services is habitually awful!!! The only thing I can count on this store is they will always waste my time and disappoint!!😡🤬
Just got off the phone after waiting 11 minutes to speak to a tech, and they had the audacity to say “HURRY UP”. Comical to say the least. I do not recommend this pharmacy. I unfortunately have too many scripts being sent here to change pharmacies easily. 1 in 5 employees there are FANTASTIC. This is just directed at the rude older woman on the phone I spoke to. The younger girl I spoke to earlier today was fantastic!
The pharmacy techs r awful. Rude . Short with u. One tech was shaking his head like he was mad when elderly man asked about covid shot. .
They are a complete train wreck. Cannot fulfill even the most basic of tasks properly. They dont follow up on anything.....ever. Keep trying to switch me to a generic, despite being told repeatedly that I dont want it - I pay cash. TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE ME THE RX I WANT, PLEASE!!!!! Its simple....NOW, you cannot even call the store without hearing about the Fauvid vaccine ad nauseum.....no thanks, Im not a guinea pig. The Fauvid push is all anyone calling hears now. They stink at this. Ive been in contact with their corporate office - they dont care either. Guess its time to change pharmacies.

Was on hold for 25 mins and no one ever answered. Its always a hassle to talk to anyone at the pharmacy. Im going to be switching to another pharmacy. This place just sucks.
When I refilled my medicine it took them almost 3 weeks to fill it. They’re consistently out of common medicines. I’ve missed entire doses because of them. Regularly call to make sure my scripts are being filled, only to be hung up on.
The pharmacy is a joke never has the meds in stock and tries to give you some of your prescription then you cant get the rest of it. They are very rude I switched to a different pharmacy and wont go back in the store.
For some reason my coupons didnt come off. Also I bought a Starbucks bottled frappuccino and the safety seal had been popped so it was not drinkable.

Worst attitudes ever. Poor service. Took over 24 hours to transfer a script then at window they tell me it hadn’t been transferred so I tell them not too. Then I get to the other store where the script is 20 mins later and they’ve transferred it. I call to complain and explain the situation. The pharmacist tells me she’s not gonna argue with me excepts no fault and is super rude. I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK. EVER
Very rude guy that works at the pharmacy trying to see if there was blood pressure medication ready or any other ones ready.....he was very rude told me he didnt understand what I was asking.....and he hung up the phone on me very rude man, ridicules if he didnt understand then he should have put someone else on the phone or make sure he never answers the phones if he cant understand one simple question...Im just so mad right now....I wouldnt have gave them a star but I cant write a comment unless I give them a star...
I went to have a subscription transferred to this pharmacy on Thursday. All needed information was given. Arrived Friday, and no action had been taken. My script transfer fell through the cracks is what the Pharmacist told me. Information was confirmed with the Pharmacist and was told something should be known on Monday.I called Monday, and was told that there was no prescription being processed for me. No medication transfer information was known to her.My customer satisfaction had been a low priority. No paper trail was made to alert staff that any medication transfer was in process or that perhaps it was unable to be performed. Had nothing been done?Very disappointed.Will not seek your services in the future.
Open on most holidays unlike the other place, has a drive thru. Great customer service, even recommended good rx for cheaper meds.
Had the doctor call in my medicine into this cvs and I contacted them to make sure it was being filled they assured me that it would be ready within an hour however when I got there they said that they never received the order so to make a long story short and after they got rude with me it turns out they deleted my order from their computer by mistake so if you want your medicine on time and not deal with rude people I suggest you go elsewhere.

They didnt have my prescription available next day after I gave the script (only had ~half of pills needed and wouldnt fill out an incomplete prescription). Didnt call to notify. Later, this store sent me autodialer messages to ask me about 3 month prescriptions, which should probably be illegal. Dont use this store if possible.
Worst pharmacy I have ever used. 3 months in a row I have had prescriptions here and each time I have called legitimately a week after they were sent to the pharmacy, not a joke or exaggeration, and each time they have had it on hold and had to order it. Also 90% of the workers are extremely rude. Go somewhere else. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Employees are always so rude. They act like they don’t care at all to help you. Every time I come to this one they have the nastiest attitude. Go to the one on Blackiston mill road instead. They’re so much better!
Blake, the pharmacy tech, talked to me like a dog, just now. Told me my script was dirty and they couldnt fill it, when I asked for more information he shewed me away and told me that I should go now.I am shocked! There was no reason for this behavior. Beware of this CVS
This is the best and most caring staff that I have ever encountered. They treat each customer as a person, not just the next prescription in line.Professional, courteous, and caring. The best of the best.
I have been going to this Pharamacy ever since cvs bought out target pharmacy. I haven’t had any problems until recently. Now, my prescriptions are never filled the day I request them. When I go to the doctor for myself or kids it’ll take me going in hours later for them to pull it and fill it. Also twice my kids amoxicillin was not mixed. Got a bottle of powder. Luckily the second time that happened my husband checked before driving home in Lanesville. At first all these mistakes or being slow to fill I just assumed was low staff but the last two times I’ve seen at least five people working in there. Target cvs has two and I’ve never had this problem. I’m definitely switching back to targets cvs or I might just find a new Pharamacy. It’s ridiculous. Never transfer your prescriptions to this store!
Worse pharmacy. Always have to wait 20-30 min in drive threw, staff is beyond unfriendly/unhelpful and they are always out of stuff. By the time they get it in, the illness is over.

Bad news! Subjected to many inappropriate, insulting and embarassing questions and comments from Rx tech, and still could not get Rx filled (filled in 10 minutes across the street). This old customer will never be back! Count on it! This dump makes me really appreciate the polite and respectful Rx staff across the street at Walgreens! The one-star reviews tell the whole story, folks! There is a 24-hour Walgreens at Holmans Lane and 10th street in Jeff. Worth the drive to avoid this nasty CVS staff!
Their pharmacy has the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. Took my prescription on Tuesday only to be told they do not have my medication and will not have my medication and their is no other CVS pharmacy within a 20 mile radius that will have it. Wednesday I called the pharmacy manager and was told it just came in, went to fill it again only to wait 45 minutes. I will never go back there for anything. Hateful as can be!

I need to give a shout out to Emma at the pharmacy for jumping thru hoops to help ensure that I got my Rx this evening. I first came around noon today, while she was slammed with customers and phone calls and only one other staff member to help her. Even so, she did everything possible to help me start the process of filling my prescription. Its now 9:45 in the evening and she again went above and beyond to help me. I overheard that she started her hectic shift at 8am and almost 14 hours later, shes still amazing. Thanks Emma!!!!
This place drive thru is slow waited over 30 minutes and there was only 1car in frt of me I will change where I pick up meds and my family meds 2 thumbs down
Worst pharmacy eveeeeerrrr!!!!!Dr calls in Rx for my kid, they act like she’s never had Rx filled there, instead of calling me or dr they just dont fill it and I wait around for hours.Resists filling meds insurance doesn’t cover when though you tell them will pay out of pocket.Left my credit Card there on accident one time and they didn’t bother to call. This is just a couple of the instances we’ve had since our insensurance made cvs mandatory 2 years ago.
The night pharmacist was beyond helpful in an emergency situation. Her level of care, professionalism, and knowledge was amazing!
The lady working in the pharmacy was very friendly and helpful. Didnt take long at all for my script to be filled. It was one of the few places open early on a Sunday morning and the only one that accepted my insurance.
So apparently this pharmacy doesn’t know the difference between zoloft and lexipro, they filled a prescription i wasn’t even supposed to have anymore(lexipro, trying to get my zoloft script filled) and after putting me on hold 4 times, told me that they did give me zoloft, then argued with me that lexipro is the same thing as sertraline(zoloft), and if i want something different i have to call my doctor, while i’m holding the prescription my doctor gave me and the sheet for proof that they sent it to cvs on state street. pretty scary for a pharmacy to be that jacked up what other drugs are getting mixed up here?
I’ve never had a good experience here. I was so glad when I didn’t have to continue filling my prescriptions here and could start going to Walgreens again. The staff is always so rude and they’re always out of medications.
After the Pharmacist Jeremy left this place is horrible! The wait time in the drive thru has been beyond ridiculous, wait time is 20-30 mintues. No one seems to know what they are doing!
This place gives anybody your prescription as long as they know your birthday, huge security risk

Drive-thru is ALWAYS slow. If a pickup or drop off takes more than 3 minutes- refer people to the counter inside!
