Horrible, worst Thorntons location in area. Flies flying all around food, donuts, employees just standing around and talking. Wouldnt eat free food from this location, they need to bulldoze this location... with staff inside... waste of space

Cashier was very nice. This place is ALWAYS clean.

I come in every morning for my coffee and cigarettes. This morning they had at least 4 ppl working and no coffee? Half the time I come in the coffee is stale like it sat all night, like someone just reset the timer. Happens again Ill never be back.

I can remember when service was top notch here at this store on state st..Always had coffee, friendly service. I dont think anyone here enjoys and/ or values their job. Will spend my money elsewhere in the future. By the way,, defeats the purpose to pay at the pump if you have to go in and get a gas receipt. Reoccurring issues at this store

Depends on who is working . The difference is daylight to dark. Been a few times, early in the AM, i will walk off. Nobody noticable in store.. surprised people dont show up to walk merchandise out and on those days no food ready I could understand if it was a rare occasion, but isnt. Cant blame the particular employees . People will only do the things they can get away with. Poorly managed either they dont know that there is a problem, or they just dont address it.Not worth seeing who is working to decide if I want to go in. Otherwise, it would be a nice store.

6 am. Trying to get a beverage before work. 2 girls working inside to busy talking and dont see me standing at the counter for a couple mins and im the only customer in there. Now that im sitting in my car without a beverage there is now 5 other people in the store all in line with noonw being helped. Ill never be back to this location.

Location is usually clean and workers friendly. Ive had one issue here where I was charged for something I did not purchase and it wasnt brought to my attention until I recieved my e-receipt in email(I believe the attendant did so knowingly because the product was a tobacco 18+ product. I should have been IDd, it was a very slow traffic day for them, I was the ONLY person in line, and she accidentally threw away my reciept and couldnt give it to me) and while I didnt appreciate the Managers lack of concern on the issue I was indeed refunded.This happened a few months ago and the attendant that did my transaction is still employed. I avoid her register and have had good service otherwise.

I was getting a drink when I noticed they had coffee sitting in a coffee filter. Not yet put in the coffee maker, just sitting on the counter as if they were going to fix it later. It kind of disgusted me being that flys & other bugs enter the store as you open the door. I would not get my coffee from there again. 😐

Everyone who works at this Thorntons hates their job...rude a** people need to realize CUSTOMER SERVICE, is YOUR JOB.

Their air pump has been out of order forever. The out of order sign is so old its shriveled up and falling apart.
