Great place friendly staff have everything I need

They have a wide selection of beauty products and I love going there for my hair dye. The staff there are very knowledgeable about the products and are always happy to help. Im cheap so I wish the prices were cheaper but the products are all correct if not close to their listed price.

Extremely rude and prejudice!! I would give a negative star if I could. I followed all of their “protocols” during Covid-19 that were asked. Immediately, as I entered the building; oddly the doors were locked behind me. I was harassed and followed the entire time I shopped as if I had intentions on stealing. When I approached the register, I began to get my payment ready, one of the cashiers stated “sorry, we’re not accepting cash today”. I didn’t have and issue with using my card, but it seemed as though they were bothered by my presence. After my purchase, one of the cashiers told the other, “ oh, you can unlock the doors now”! Never have I ever been so offended in my life! If these are the type of people you have representing your company, I’ll never shop here with this company again. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior.

Great store almost all of the workers are licensed. They let you know what your worst and best case scenario is for when Your doing your own hair. They know what theyre talking about. And if youre not willing to take the proper steps to achieve what you want they let you know what other options you have. And its nice because once you leave its no longer in there hands so you cant blame them. I just love them!

The employee with the dark lipstick and dark pink/purple ombré hair wasn’t too friendly.

The one that use to be on 23 mi, New Baltimore, the people there was very friendly too. But their closed, I miss that store.

Didnt have the right color hair dye I wanted but I still loved the flamingo color

Came into the store to return items I bought the following day only to have an untrained employee follow me around the store with a massive attitude problem. Every question I asked she had to run to the manager and ask her and then run back to me and tell me the answer which is fine I remember what it like starting a new job somewhere. But don’t get mad and smack your lips when someone asks a question. Unfortunately this is very common for young 20 something year olds to act as is if no one has taught them manners. You should not be working with the general public if you do not know how to act in front of them. The worst thing about all this making me want to write this post was when I was cashing out asked the sales girl if they had more of a certain product that was on sale at the counter and the manager was standing and there listening and then scolded me about returning items first and then proceed to shop when that’s the first thing I said when I walked in when the employee asked what I was looking for. And then again with the dirty look and lip smacking I then felt stupid like I was asking to many questionsor I did something wrong. Train your employees properly with someone who has better managing skills. They lost money for the company because I was going to buy a few more thingsand shop there from time to time.So next time you go there and you have a rude employee up your ass that doesn’t care don’t ask to many questions. The should post that on their door instead of a return policy.

People who work here are very nice and helpful

Nice store but the workers arent very knowledgeable in coloring hair. Ive been misguided by both the main workers in the store. Went in yesterday and the color I wanted wasnt in stock when I asked about it I was told of I mixed two colors it would be close to the one I wanted. The color I was going for was silver. The result I got is green.

The lady with the black and purple hair is extremely rude. She helped the cashier and rang it up wrong and then gives me an attitude. This is the store I always come to and Im about to switch stores. Or if she is working I will walk out and come back another day.
