No Paint sticks? I was told at the Chesterfield Michigan store that I could not have any paint sticks due to the wood shortage. How can you sell your major product (which requires stirring) without giving your customers a way to get that done? They make stirring sticks from other materials (plastic, etc) but the team did not offer me any other options. It was my problem. I had to go to Lowes and ask them for a few sticks. Go figure. Very poor customer care and service.

This place sucks sold me old paint with Globs of skimmed paint then when I called them they told me just stir it like that will do some magic and make half dried paint go away OK but that doesnt fix the Globs of paint that are on my ceiling $112 for 2 gallons of paint I wont be using waste of time and money

Awesome service from Brianna! Have to paint the wood on the outside of my house. I found a paint can left from previous owners, took it up there, and I had my new paint in minutes! Great price as well!

Great service, superior paint, the best colors. Sherwin Williams has the best shades of colors. Ive shopped other stores & they never have the shades Im looking for. Theyre close but I dont want to settle for close. Color is important to me.

I had Autumn come out to my house to help me pick paint colors for the whole house. This service is affordable and was extremely helpful to me. Autumn picked colors that hadn’t crossed my mind and I absolutely LOVE them! She listened when I said I don’t like yellow and don’t want trendy. I like classic. She did an amazing job!

The staff here has been excellent, new home construction and much indeciveness on my part. They mixed so many samples for us and gave us great direction on colors in the various areas. We are so happy with the final pallets of color through our home.Thank you to all here.

Absolutely horrible service. Was told I couldnt get a certain sample size. Not my normal SW so I thought they would be just as knowledgeable. Very hard to get anyone to help. Dont ask a question because they cant answer it. I even had my painter go in there for extra paint because he ran out and he couldnt believe how bad it was. I will not go back in here to this one. It doesnt even deserve 1 star.

The best place to get paint in the last 9 years getting paint for work they have educated me and gave me a lot of inside information how to paint what products to use and Ive learned a lot unfortunately my work is no longer allowing me to go there and now I have to go to Motor City Paint Im 24 and Van Dyke an hour away from where I work so what a lot of wasted time Im going to have to deal with stedy running up that your own Williams and be painting within the hour instead Ill be on the road wasting time
