Customers should be made aware that when they purchase anything at this place and it turns out that their equipment is defective, that this store will NOT reimburse the so called “delivery” charge currently $40.00 for them to go back and pick up their malfunctioned equipment. That has to be fraudulent!

Nightmare! Can’t hold them to their word. They make appointments then no show. They sell broken appliances and then don’t return calls.

I purchased a refrigerator a couple weeks later had mice in the house, lived in the house for over 25 years never had a mouse problem, had to have come from the refrigerator, took some time and money but mice are gone, was told by a friend that there was a rat/mouse problem at that store, but took it for granted that they would make sure the appliance would be critter free as I wasn’t there during delivery. If you purchase anything from them make sure you check to see if it’s clean and rat/mouse free before it’s brought into the house. Refrigerator is working fine but I’ll buy new next time.

Made an appointment to get my washer fixed. they told me they be there by a certain time, guy called saying he was on his way and never showed up made me loose a half day of work. This is bad business

I live in Florida and have 2 rentals properties in New Bedford. I have always trusted them for my tenants appliances repairs and replacement. They honor their warranties and provide great service . Corrie Refrigeration makes it easy on me to have properties so far away . I wouldnt use anyone else

Ive been buying my appliances from corries since 2008 and never have problems with them - washer, gas dryer, fridge, and gas range. the fridge was a steal in 2012 - kenmore 25 cu ft french door for $375. my washer died due to flooding (7/4/2013) and was replaced with a new one from a big box store only because corries didnt have what i needed. i will shop at corries again soon - donating range to my sister and i need to downsize the fridge.

I will never buy from here again bought a stove for a tenant & the oven doesnt even work called corries they told me id have to pay $75 for them to come check it very rude stay away!!! Paid over $300 for a stove that doesnt work!
