Johnie helped deliver the oxygen equipment for my two year old son who has cerebral palsy. He was very nice to my son and myself. He explained everything very well. I was very pleased. Thank you for helping us and being so kind. Especially after us having a very rough week.

Awesome staff. Very informative, prompt and friendly

I got a knee walker from them and the brake handle broken on it and I called to get a replacement and they said they dont replace the product. So how am I suppose to use it now if I dont have breaks its really dangerous and Inconsiderate of them not to replace the product I got from them. Its sad this is how they do business.

The businesss billing department is not attached to this store, However the women who run this place were able to get everything straight. They welcomed us in the store and were so easy to talk to, it felt like we knew them our whole lives. So wonderful, and so refreshing . Cant say enough about the New Bern NC store .

I am in Blounts Creek on vacation and my grandfather forgot his hose & mask to his CPAP. At first calling them was aggravating. However going to speak with them in person was an absolute pleasure. The young lady was very nice and assisted us.

Both on delivery and pickup of equipment employee M Owens was wonderful. He was Knowledgeable and patient when demonstrating how to use the equipment. He was very compassionate and thoughtful. You do not see many service employees that take pride in the company they work for and value the customer. Thanks M Owens

I was visiting New Bern from out of town and had forgotten my cpap mask at home. After a quick search, I found Family Medical Supply. I spoke with a young lady named Erica who was extremely helpful with any questions that I had and very knowledgeable about products and their application. Erica was a pleasure to work with and attended to all of my needs. What a great facility with great staff. Highly recommended.

My son had to get a CPAP machine and although he was not interested in it at all the associate, Erica Karl, that helped us was very kind and friendly to him. She was very professional and knowledgable of the product and answered any questions that I had. She thoroughly explained the product to me and the importance of keeping it maintained. We will be back for all his future needs.

We needed a Biliblanket for our newborn on a Sunday afternoon - stat. Mike and Lee went above and beyond to get one for us to use that night. The New Bern location didn’t have one, so in the middle of dinner time, Lee dropped everything to travel to Jacksonville to get one for us. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service here.

New Bern Family Medical Supply has great staff that go above and beyond to help their customers. Leigh Ann and Chris were so helpful with getting my wheelchair. Their overwhelming help made my quality of life improve dramatically. Thank you guys so much!!! AND btw I love my wheelchair!!!

Came into the store Friday and was greeted by Johnny and Carol. They were more than willing to help us find things we needed for my aunt (she just had a stroke) they were not pushy and wanted to make sure we were educated on what we were buying. We are so grateful for the time the ladies spent with us. We also will be switching our cpap supplies to Family... they have masks to choose from and dont mind taking the time to fit you properly.
