I purchased two ATVs for me and my son. We planned a trip with several friends. Three days before the trip one of the ATVs started acting up. I brought it to Woods Cycle and begged them to look at it. They did and they ended up repairing it in time to make the trip. This was incredible service and I was grateful for taking the ATV in on emergency. Karah is awesome to work with and I thank Ryan for allowing the techs to work on it. We had no issues on the trip and are thankful Woods Cycle Country saved the day for us!!!!

My favorite place to buy Yamaha products and gear. The staff is friendly and out of this world! Ive dealt with all of them from buying bikes, helping me and my insurance through a totaled bike and various parts along the way. There are Yamaha and other dealerships closer.

I would give you zero stars if I could. This place is joke I spent over 25,000 buying a brand new 2021 Can Am Commander that has been in their shop almost as long as its been in my garage, it came home missing all but two of the bolts in the front brush guard, it was missing all of the bolts for the both passenger and driver side on the lower inner fender wells, some of the service advisors seem more interest in expressing their selves than the business that writes their paycheck, Hey if you wanna look like a clown go work at the circus. Woods will not get one more dime from me

The Experience at Woods Cycle Country in New Braunfels was nothing short of exceptional. I found the perfect Indian Roadmaster Dark Horse at Woods in New Braunfels and was willing to drive the 5 and a half hours to get the bike because of how impressed I was with their professional and courteous service. The dealership was very clean and everyone was dressed professionally. Literally everyone I interacted with knew my name and treated my wife and I as if we were the only customers there and they were busy. Jess and Reid made the experience worth the drive and Im certain, even with the 300 mile trip Ill buy my next motorcycle there because the experience was worth it!

I bought a z400 form them last year, it was a great experience. I wanted a smaller bike for the county roads and was able to test drive both the z400 and the z650, in the end the z400 fit the bill and the sales transaction was short and easy. After the sale you’re not done, if you choose, they have ride-ins, giveaways, and other events you can participate in too! I highly recommend Woods Cycle as not only a place to shop, but if you want to do some low pressure browsing too!! 5+ stars if i could!

Had a fantastic experience buying a used motorcycle from Woods Cycle Country. It is a family owned and operated business, and they have created a culture where the staff and even customers get to share in that family experience. From the initial call, Tyler did a great job of answering my questions, even going above and beyond to send me pics and follow up. He led the sales process with excellence and made introductions to Nick in parts and Roland in service, who also provided excellent customer service and obviously love what they do. Wish I lived closer so I could have my bike serviced there.

My husband and I went to Woods Cycle Country looking for a Kawasaki Mule or equivalent. Everyone was super friendly and genuinely interested in making our experience great. Our sales guy, Kelly, was very knowledgeable of all the different choices and their respective add-ons. He never pushed any sales and let us know when something was not worth our money.There is currently a shortage of vehicles available and sometimes a long wait time. We were told it could take up to 90 days to receive our vehicle. We got lucky and received ours in less than two weeks. Kelly stayed in communication the entire time. He also made arrangements for our vehicle to be delivered, and coordinated around our needs.We financed the vehicle, and that process was very easy as well. We applied online and only had to sign paperwork at the dealer. Phillip was very friendly too, and made the process fun.Overall, we have purchased many vehicles and toys over the years, and this was the best experience we have ever had, through all aspects of the transaction.Thanks to all at Woods Cycle Country!

Excellent experience. I called all around for weeks looking for a particular Mule. Called Kelly on a Sunday morning and he had one in a crate, but said they could get it ready that day. 4 hours later I pull up and it is out front waiting for me. Paperwork all done and everything. Ill start by saying this was the first time Ive ever purchased anything from a dealership. I have to say I picked the best place to do it. I have been visiting Woods since I was a kid and had always wanted to buy a bike from them. I was interested in a used bike but it was unfortunately already sold. Kelly told me they had the same bike but new that had just been delivered the day before. It was still in my price range and was able to pick it up today and couldnt be happier. I had my new Mule serviced for the 50 hour service. It was $590. That is a lot for the first service especially to check several items. The Mule was having a small issue which the service department said was the throttle body and it was replaced. I do not think it was actually replaced bc the problem is worse now. I will not be taking my new Mule back to Woods.

Theres a reason Im a repeat customer: These guys take excellent care of me. Ive bought multiple personal watercraft from Mike Bloodworth, who is awesome in every way. Its been obvious from the beginning that Mike is interested in helping me find the right product. All the information and none of the pressure. I tell him what I want, he does the research, and he comes back to me with deals that meet my needs. Hes introduced me to the guys in the service department, whove familiarized me with the PWCs break-in routine, servicing needs, cost estimates, etc., again without any sales pressure -- just honest information. The whole experience was just pure fun.

If I lived here, I would NEVER go anywhere else. Mr Roland Cortez was an amazing help, Ive never seen such courtesy in my life. I was a rider in need, 3 hours away from home, and he helped me immensely. Everybody I talked to here was so, so nice. Im glad I went to Woods. I quite literally owe my life to them. This is the place to shop for toys. Far more polite and knowledgeable than those people at Kawasaki Universal City. I slid into Woods 10 minutes before they closed. They went out of their way to make sure everything was complete before I left. Everyone stayed an hour and a half past closing to make sure every one of my questions were answered. I get that they were making a sale, but not all of them are on commission and it was a class act from every single person.

BEST SERVICE EVER!I literally cannot describe how great this place is. I am soooooo new to motorcycles and felt VERY intimidated to go somewhere and look for new gear. These guys came highly recommended so we decided to start here. All the employees were helpful but Claudio was beyond exceptional. Being newbies, he explained EVERYTHING (safety, sizing,etc) we needed to know regarding all the gear and went through ALL the options, not just the most expensive. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. We can’t thank them enough and the level of service Claudio provided was above and beyond!!!!!!!

Great and friendly Customer Service. My husband and I just recently moved to Texas and we had to have both our motorcycles inspected to be able to get Texas plates. My bike needed a new front tire to pass the inspection. Mr. Cortez went above and beyond to get my tire replaced and mounted on the same day even though they had a very busy schedule and normally dont service our brand of motorcycles. Woods Cycle Country will be our go to Motorcycle Dealer for all our Moto needs. Another plus they give Military Discount.

Couldnt find the bike I wanted in Austin, but woods cycle country had it. I worked with Kelly. He was friendly and knowledgable. I showed up late in the day, but the staff was kind enough to get my purchase complete despite it being after business hours. Glad I made the trip down, I would recommend doing your business here.

My credit isnt good and I know this but the sales guy that called me was super confrontational and super rude. Proceeded to try and make me sound dumb before he knew I work in financing. I’m new to the New Braunfels area and recently purchased a used 2018 Polaris General. It had a noise coming from the rear left wheel and I spoke with Ryan the service manager and he not only helped me try to fix it on my own, but walked me through the entire vehicle as if I had purchased it from him. After trying to fix the issue on my own, Ryan helped me setup an appointment for service. The technician called me, went over options for an axel replacement and order the necessary parts. Karah was my contact in the service department and was 100% amazing throughout all of our text and in person interactions. I could not recommend this dealership more. After looking around all of south texas for a YFZ 450 and no luck, I decided to call Woods Cycle Country. Lucky me, the had the last one in blue which is exactly what I wanted. Upon arriving I was greeted by a man who opened the door for us and a warm welcome by their receptionist.She offered us water and called a sales person to help us out.we stopped by to check out a z125 in person since I was also looking for a Honda Grom. Brian helped us out by answering questions providing us with some numbers as well as giving us some recommendations. We are in the market for it just need to get our motorcycle license first. We needed to replace our 2002 Kawasaki Mule 550 so headed to Woods Cycle Country arriving about 3.30 PM on New Years Eve! We left very happy about 3 hours later. We were greeted by Ryan who walked us through the whole buying process. Nothing was too much trouble, we test drove a New Mule SX and he drafted a quote that was so reasonable it was easy for us to accept.While the contract was being arranged he took us to the parts dept. for a couple of accessories and then the service dept. Finally contract signing.Ryan followed through making sure our new Mule was delivered on time.Bottom line: 5 stars to all at Woods Cycle Country who were friendly, efficient and professional and especially to Ryan who walked with us every step of the way.

In the year of Covid and low inventory Polaris was offering great financing on a new Ranger Crew. I called every dealer within 250 miles of Houston searching, a few dealers called me back and offered alternatives or the wrong model. BUT, Kelly L at Woods Cycle assured me that he had exactly what I was looking for. I drove 3 1/2 hours on his word to buy my new Ranger. Best buying experience ever. Didnt even have to go to the showroom. I called and gave them my parameters for a Polaris and had it in a week. Yep, a week! Kelly was outstanding. Prompt responses to all my (many) questions. Polite, courteous, respectful. I was treated like a king...kinda liked it! Just took delivery of a 2019 Polaris Ranger after having bought 2 bikes previously at woods cycle. Always an easy, transparent and clear cut experience. Service is quick and priced reasonable as well. Always our families first choice for new toys. Rob is our go to sales rep from day one and he will always make sure you get the best available deal and best service.

We purchased a Can Am Defender Max HD8 and couldnt be happier not only with this sweet vehicle but all of the staff we dealt with during the sales process. Ryan, our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable on the different machines we looked at. Unlike car salesmen, we never felt pressured and he took his time to ensure all of our questions were answered. Ryan is a great guy and very professional and courteous. Likewise, the finance representative. Philip was super courteous and thorough in explaining the different finance options. At the end of the process, we met with Travis the service advisor who gave us detailed information on the vehicles maintenance requirements and other tips for its care. One thing we noticed was how happy all of the employees were which is a tribute to the ownership.

Worked with Kelly on getting a Yamaha Bolt R-Spec. Dude was hella consistent with information and kept me up to date on everything. 10-10 would buy from him again. Definitely knows his stuff and treated us spectacularly. So good to us we gladly rode up to him to get the bike.
