I needed to replace a window pane in a window that had a window unit air conditioner. The company sent two employees for the job in order to remove the window unit to replace the glass. I was very pleased with their professionalism, and they took the time to place the window unit back in the window for me. Not very companies would take the time to replace things, or move things in order to access them. I would definitely recommend The Glass Doctor of New Braunfels!!

The rear passenger window in my car was broke somehow and when I called around Glass Doctor was the cheapest quote i got and the soonest it could be replaced. The two male employees were very kind and helpful, explaining what they were doing and how long it was gonna take. I highly recommend this business

They are pushy and don’t stick to a schedule when it comes to replacing a windshield. Their work is subpar and our windshield started leaking during a recent rain storm literally not even a week after replacement. I called them to fix it and they were once again pushy and called me at least 4-5 times in one day to apparently fix it but never showed. Now I’m waiting for a call because apparently they needed to get a back-up windshield before they could fix the shoddy work they did the first time. Oh and let’s not forget to add how my car was super dangerous and I had to vacuum out broken glass before my kids could go in my vehicle. I do not recommend this company to anyone and will be filing a complaint as far up as I can go.

I arrived early for my appointment and was ushered to bring my car right in. He had my windshield sitting in front of his work area ready to go and starting installing it immediately. He was very quick and extremely polite during the install. Price was cheaper than any other service we checked and installation was very quick. Would recommend to anyone that needs glass replaced. Hopefully wont need again for a while..but if i do i will return to them.

Worked it all out on the phone and they were done in a couple hours. Very pleased with the results and the 12 month road hazard warranty and lifetime guarantee against leaks and stress cracks was a nice surprise.

I was able to get a pane of glass replaced for a large outdoor lighting fixture. They provided me with a new piece of glass that had a custom shape to it the day after I dropped it off. Also had a very reasonable price for the new glass.

Friendly and safe staff. Matt installed a nice frameless shower in our master. One week after using the shower, the glass looked like garbage. I paid extra for the protective coating so I tried to contact the Glass Doctor to review the setup and make sure the coating was applied correctly.Well that was 3 weeks ago and I still dont have an answer on why my glass looks stained. The one time the Glass Doctor called me back, they told me I would have to call the Warranty Company (Third Party) and discuss my options. When I called the Warranty Company, they had no evidence of my glass getting treated.Im out a few hundred dollars for this coating and the Customer Support from Glass Doctor has not helped in anyway (Absent).Poor communication and support after you get something installed. If you decide to use this company, make sure you are aware of these issues with their warranty and support.

I had originally contacted, accepted a bid and appointment with Seguin APEX Glass and Mirror Inc. They were a no call no show and only returned my call after a negative review was written by me on their Facebook page which they took down. Non apologetic and excuses for their dereliction of duty.A completely different experience with Glass Doctor New Braunfels! I was greeted on the phone very politely, given a bid range and a scheduled appointment. They contacted me an hour out and showed up exactly on time. The work was done extremely professional and the worker was very knowledgeable and polite. Great job Glass Doctor, you will have my recommendations!

Had to ascertain the glass code from the manufacturer myself although they did not make a fuss when the first glass they came out with did not match the other windows that were not being replaced. I will use them again as the glass fit very well and they even cleaned both sides of the glass.

I had a glass shelf that I took to Glass Doctor to be replaced. They measured it and made a replacement piece. When I tried to install it into my china cabinet, I discovered it was the wrong dimensions. Turns out, they did not have the correct thickness glass to replace my piece. Only after I called them did they explain that they were unable to make the piece to my specifications. I am disgusted that this company tried to deceive me and charged me for their making the wrong size piece rather than be honest about their capabilities. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Had appointment to drop my car off to get windshield replaced. Office was open and door was unlocked but no one was there. Waited a reasonable time and left. Dont want to leave my vehicle here if they leave the place unattended and unlocked during business hours.

I work for a general contracting company and we used this Glass Doctors services for 6 of our clients including my own property for broken glass and window replacements from the storm. Tiffany provided great customer service and kept myself and our customers well informed throughout the entire ordeal. Jeff the owner even took time to call and email me any pertinent information needed to complete the jobs. All the technicians I met were very professional, courteous, installed all windows or glass in a timely manner and left each job site well cleaned. Justin came out to replace the windshield on our FJ Cruiser. It required removing the moldings above & below the windshield. Justin was patient and professional. While replacing one of the wiper arms he dropped the nut and couldn’t locate it. He went to the Toyota dealer and returned after work, about 7:30 p.m., to complete the job. We were leaving early the next day to Arizona. I was very impressed with Justin’s commitment and professionalism.

We called and the men came out and decided what was needed to repair our window. They ordered the glass and told us when they could be out and promptly came at that time. We were very please with the work.We would be glad to call you again for ourselves or recommend you to someone else.

Not sure how they rated so high. Called to ask if they could help me with a broken glass door. Note: was told they would probably take the door and replace the glass at their location and not to remove the black stuff along the frame. The earliest appointment was 8 days away. After waiting 7 days I get a call stating they do not replace glass and they could not help me. So call the San Antonio office or find some one more reliable.

We had a glass coffee table top repaired and 2 antique mirrored serving trays and they were fast, reasonably priced, delivered (again reasonable fee) & professional! Btw, the mirrors were not an easy fix and I am certain not easy to cut or install and they looked beautiful! Ahhh-mazing craftsmanship. Thank you very much Glass Doc. The hail storm this summer took out not only the glass, but damaged the frames in 9 of our windows as well. The team of 3 that came out did a great job, they cleaned up the debris and put my shades back up. All nine windows fit, so no rescheduling. Good job.

After the first tech incorrectly sized our double pane window (time off from work to meet at my house), the installer (who met my husband, who took time from work to meet at the house) had to reschedule. The tech for the 3rd meeting did not have the courtesy to even call until 45 minutes past the scheduled arrival window, and that was to let us know he was yet another 45 minutes out. My childs Little League game was certainly more important than meeting a No Show! When I called to reschedule, I was informed that they had only 1 (one!) date for the entire month and I could take it or leave it. Needless to say, I left it. I went with Morris Glass here in New Braunfels—for ½ the cost. I will caution anyone I know against utilizing your services.
