Well they fixed my window to my Dodge hemi and that was the third one they put in for me over the years. This one had a little leak first time Ive ever had a problem so I took it back and they fixed it without a complaint as fast as they could in less than an hour so they have good service and stand behind their work.next time a big truck throws a rock through my windshield Ill be right back there to get it fixed, but I sure hope it doesnt happen again. They were all very friendly to me also.

They have a sign on the door that says they are open but to call and they will meet you outside. I am on the phone 20 minutes nobody answers. Three vehicles in the parking lot calling the number posted on the door and no one comes out to help or picks up the phone, we all leave

Brought them cardboard cut outs of exactly what I needed and they messed up one of them, its not even close. Its off in all directions. The person who took my instructions and cardboard spoke broken english. They did tell me they couldnt do some of the speciality cuts with 2x1 inch notches cut out of the glass, telling me the glass would break. Im not a glass cutter so I had to take their word for it but it seems odd they couldnt score the glass and cut out the sections I wanted. Pre coved19 the facility was pretty quick on getting your glass. They now have their front office and show room closed and you have to call and let them know youre outside and what your order was. It takes them a while to get out with your order with them dealing with everybody else as well.Edit: They worked with me on the wrong piece of glass and ordered a new one.

Called on Friday and placed an order. Was told it would be done either Friday or Monday. Came back Monday it was not done. Came back later Monday it was done wrong. I thought third times a charm. It will be done Tuesday. Came back Tuesday, it was not done at all. I got no apology, only attitude. So they were not happy with me. I was not happy with them. Instead of trying to make it right they told me to leave. I ask to speak to the owner and she said she was the part owner. If that is how they treat their customers I hope they lose a lot of business.They couldnt care less about my business. I was very insulted. So I went across the freeway to another glass cutter, NB Glass, who did the same job in 30 minutes for less than half the price! Now I know where to go when I need glass cut, and where not to go! Unbelievable customer service. Terrible! Rude rude rude. Go someplace else! Any place else! They dont deserve your business.

Called for a quote at 4pm. I liked the quote for my Drivers side window since it was shattered and needed replacing on my 4 month old Ram 2500 Mega Cab. Next morning they had me in at 9am, and completed by 10:30......I barely got to work and it was done. Staff was pleasant and Dana was great to deal with. Cost was ONE-THIRD THE COST of the dealership who could not do it until the following day but really did try his best for me. I hate learning the hard way in referrals; somebody referred me to them so I am giving you a free one too. All the best

I got some quotes and chose Morris even though their price was not the cheapest.Upon doing the job, the invoice was handed to me, to my amazement it was lower than anticipated. In fact, it was lower than my cheapest bid! They had not needed everything they quoted and without telling me they simply removed those items from the invoice.Where does that happen nowadays?

They were awesome.... was able to save a mirror that I had for years by having it cut down in size. I highly recommend them.

She found a hard to find piece of glass, provided an excellent quote and got my glass replaced on very short notice.I am happy to recommend Morris Glass and will return with any other glass needs I may have.

Called and received a quote to replace ford ranger back window for $200. I didnt get around to taking the truck in for about a month so I called again and got the same quote for $200 so I took the truck in for the repair but received a phone call from Morris Glass later that day stating they made a mistake and didnt charge for the gasket and that the total would be $300 plus tax. Too much money to pay for this repair and I am not impressed with their ability to give an accurate quote. Buyer beware!

I was in a pickle with my drivers side window being completely smashed in and I needed a replacement ASAP. I called Morris Glass Company and was able to be scheduled for the same day and was given the pricing right away ($200 less than it would have cost with Safelite) and how long it would take. I went to Morris Glass Company and everything was completely taken care of. They even vacuumed up all of the glass pieces out of my car. The guy who worked on my car even identified a potential problem with the motor for my window and told me to keep an eye on it. The price at checkout was exactly the price I was given on the phone. I had a great experience! I would definitely recommend it.

This business needs help. They need management training and standard operating procedures. Your order request may just disappear twice and/or no one shows up to your house for a set appointment. They don’t communicate so if you don’t have the time to manage your order details then you should find another place. I’ve given this business several opportunities because they are local but every time I have dealt with them I’ve been disappointed. I do hope that they can get back on track.

Placed order for Plexiglas cut to specific size and production manager put me off for 1 month. My last follow up I called to check the status and was hung up on. Wow..... at a loss for words on how poorly this place is ran.

Had a window replaced by Morris Glass and not long after installation it started to show signs of condensation. The problem got worst but did not call them for another year, at that point they came to my home, measured the window, found paperwork and placed the order for warranty replacement.They attempted to install and during the process broke the replacement pane. Another week waiting for another pane and it was installed free of charge! Way to go Morris Glass, nice way to stand behind your customers. Will definitely go to them for my next glass replacement needs.

Had to schedule a week out to get a window replacement measurement. Did not come when they were scheduled to, called them that day and they said that they would either call or send somebody out. Never heard back, called them a few days later and told them what had happened and that they would need to come today or we would go elsewhere...said that there was no way they could come that day and didnt seem to care that they lost business.

Warning - I just found out that this company is an independent and if you have an issue like I just did you will be out of luck when they tell you that they will not take responsibility for their actions. I had the rear windshield replaced with Morris Glass Company, New Braunfels, Texas after a mower shot a rock into it at the school where my wife works. When I went to pick up the car after the repair, I was disgusted to find that there was glass shards all over the back dash, back set, door handles, trunk lid and inside the trunk, though the worst thing of all is that there was now multiple long deep scratches in the paint across the roof. When I took it back to talk to the manager the following day he vacuumed up the glass and told me that they would not take responsibility for the scratches. I informed him that I would take this up with the BBB and his corporate office and he said “go ahead, have a nice day”. I did not know at the time that they have no affiliation with the other Morris Glass Companies in Texas though I am fully aware of it now. The follow repairs to the paint will cost me way more than the glass ever would have and just to note, the school district paid for the glass repair with good integrity, though I would suggest to all never to use Morris Glass Company, New Braunfels.

RUDE & DISHONEST!!!!!!!!They installed by shower door BACKWARDS and then told me they would charge me $125 to reverse it! When I asked for a supervisor he told me his supervisor was not in. I asked what his supervisors name was, he said Wayne, but said Wayne didnt come in the office. Then, when I called back, they transferred me to the man I was speaking to and he finally admitted he WAS WAYNE!!!!!! What a liar!! Then he said I threatened him!! How did I threaten you by asking for your supervisors name??? WHAT A LIAR AND THIEF!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER USE MORRIS GLASS CO in NEW BRAUNFELS, TX!!!

And to the employees for all the comments and posts that were unnecessary and wrong. I didnt realize or care who it was affecting. And for that I would like to say that I am truly sorry. ☺ No more comments.

I placed an order for two small glass panels on a thursday. They told me itd be ready the same day or friday. Friday at around 4:30 I called them up and asked them if they have my glass cut, and they told me that their guys were out of the shop, so my order would be ready monday. It wasnt ready monday or tuesday. Theyve never given me a call to tell me anything, so I cancelled the order at 4:30 tuesday and then placed the same order at Bear Creek Glass and they said theyd cut it for me right now. The most irritating part of this is that Morris never once gave me a call to tell me anything.

Terrible follow-up, Sophia specifically told me on four different occasions that she would call me back to give me updated status, never once called me back. Very poor customer service.

After numerous phone calls, and her even talking to the manager, my tenant in New Braunfels informed me that Morris Glass is very untrustworthy. There were numerous missed appointments, even an appointment scheduled by the manager to show up himself himself, to discuss installing a new sliding glass door. My tenant then severed all ties with Morris Glass, and she, and I, would not return to them for any reason. Very disappointing when these things happen.

Very dismissive on phone. Dont want new business I guess.
