Was excited to realize there was a store here at Creekside. The young lady was so helpful and very friendly! Loved the customer service. I needed help finding the right Toner for my hair and she knew exactly where and what it was. Will definitely return to this location.

This shop has everything! But the real thing thats amazing is the women working here! They are all so nice and educated and we always have a few laughs. Best Sallys store is this beauty!

I love Dominic he is the best! He always is friendly and super knowledgeable about his products. He knows the hair color very well and knows what we need to help you with your hair coloring needs. He is always cheerful and joyful. Ive been a beauty advisor at another retail company for 27 years and Dominic knows his stuff. Id steal him in a heartbeat for my company! Hes great!

I had the best experience! Siriah (I hope I spelled that correctly) was absolutely awesome! Answered all of my questions regarding my fresh blonde hair and what products would be best for me. Such great staff!

RUBY needs a raise!! she was the sweetest person ever and was so helpful and patient. i am bleaching my hair for the first time and she made sure i knew which products to use and even took the time to tell me how long to leave each product on and even wrote it down for me. she was genuine and sincere and answered every question I had. she is the most patient person i have ever met and is beyond AMAZING. Sally’s is lucky to have her!! went above and beyond for me! thank you Ruby! :) i never leave reviews anywhere but this is the absolute best customer service i have ever gotten anywhere.

Being a manger is to be well mannered and professional. Also to have patience with their customers (guest) . And when your a much older person you should already have that in the bag. If you do not like your job you shouldn’t be there instead of treating people rudely

Love Sallys but unhappy at checkout when I was asked if I wanted a bag for my items for $3. Since when. Did not get a bag and had to carry my items.

I called over 10x for curbside. I realize they only have 1 line, 10x I got the busy signal and 1x I got thru and they put me on hold, then I got disconnected. I know this whole curbside is a learning curve for everyone, but I sat out in the parking lot trying all these times & I saw not one person pick up at curbside at all. Ive been in the parking lot over an hour. I dont know how they even received any business at all that day. It was quite disappointing since I shop there on a regular basis. I just spent $50 & ordered online. Hopefully I will receive my stuff in 3 to 5 days. I think whoever is running the show needs to check up on their employees to see if follow thru is taking place and there are no snags in the system. Because in the end if you dont the business wont flourish & and come back from this pandemic.

I didn’t know much about hair and so I asked about how to dye it, she gave me ion hair dye saying that it works for dark hair and it didn’t work
