I love this store. Can be a bit pricy. Ive been buying the pocket sanitizers and keep them on my purse on their handy dandy cases to hold the sanitizer. They are so useful for germs when you are out and about town. Whenever I use it in front of someone, I always get told I smell so good. Its funny to say its sanitizer. The only reason for 4 stars is this particular store has unfriendly employees.

Worst costumer service I have I ever received!!! One lady has the worst attitude for costumer service!

Plenty of helpful sales associates. Max capacity for customers was 26, so a line had formed at the door as I left. But store was clean and well displayed.

Prices are good, always great sales. Clerks are super helpful and friendly

I go here for my monthly candle purchase. I LOVE the customer service at this location a lot.

Love to get room sprays their, very concentrated, and my house smells so good, also like their hand wash and creams, there is not anything I do not like their, shop there for gifts.

Sometimes they want you to sanitize, the next time they dont care. Too many people were standing in line for quite sometime bc there was only one cashier. The others were just not paying attention. Overall, I love going here.

If no stars was a rating I would give that! Worst customer service ever! This goes all the way to the top too. Manager had poor customer service as well. Hours posted wrong online, wasnt even sorry we had to wait an hour! They made us feel like second class citizens. No one should be made to feel that way. NO ONE!

Staff was semi-helpful but things were not proper places during the sale. I understand things get misplaced by customers sometimes, but this was several items in one sale location that said one price (with ripped off price tags as well) and ringing up another. Kind of deceitful.

You want your man smelling good when he comes out of the shower theyve got some wonderful scents body wash and shampoo all in one. I keep a steady supply of this at home because my grandson loves it and hes 8 years old and I also know thats when hes taking a bath when he comes out smelling good LOL LOL. They also had a lotion that had ran out of stock and I was able to go online and order it. So, if you and your man want to smell good or if you need a gift for a special occasion, stop in at Bath & Body Work. you wont be sorry

Absolute poor customer service! From the cashier to the manager. Both extremely rude. Plus they have their hours posted wrong on google. Save your time and go to another location.
