This Walgreens has gone gone to hell in a hand basket in the past couple of months. I’ve had express pay on my account for years the last 4 times they have said I don’t have and each time they tell me they will add it. Today I called and canceled a prescription over the phone to see that they still filled it so I canceled it online. When I went to pick up another prescription she never said how many she was giving me and the name of the prescription and gave me the one I cancels d charged me. Twice now they have given me someone else’s prescription. I’m switching to H‑E‑B across the street this is unacceptable

Made a covid test appointment for 1115 today. Was in drive-thru line at 1105. At 1120 called store. Was on hold for about 20 minutes before I was hung up on. Called back finally got a human. Was only calling to let them know that I was here. Im still 2 cars out.Whats the point of making an appointment if Im going to be stuck in line anyway.

Don’t go get a covid test here. They promise results within 72 hours and I have been waiting over 4 days and still nothing.

This locations pharmacy doesnt deserve 1 star but you have to give it to them. Drive through is awful. I waited 25 minutes with only one car in front of me. The are so mixed up inside its unbelievable. After waiting 25 minutes in drive through only to be told it will be ready in 2 hours for a prescription that was on file is ridiculous. Come back 3 hours later this time went inside. Not ready come back tomorrow. Arrived in drive through thinking I was just going to pick it up, wrong again. 35 minute wait again still not ready. Moving it all to HEB. This place sucks!

Love this place, I go almost everyday, everyone is so friendly and it’s always so clean and organized.

The “beauty consultant” that was working the register doesnt know what she was doing. I asked to take an item off because the price reflected different than what it was on the floor. She was so rude about it saying “well if you don’t want it then take your card out” then when she went to take off the item, she took off the wrong item.. when I told her she took off the wrong item she didn’t even know how to read the receipt.... so she got help from this guy, asked how many items I had, then took my other items like she was disgusted with it because my baby was playing with one of them, then said she was going to check the price on the ball because apparently I didn’t pay for it- but I DID, she just took off the ball instead of the Other item I didn’t want because the price reflected different than what it was on the floor. The guy returned the item I didn’t want. When she came back she said he returned your item, you can either pay for the ball or just go.Seriously?? I wasn’t being rude at all, I’m not sure why she was being so rude and disgusted at my baby because he was playing with something I PAID for. I definitely would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone if she’s there. Check out experience was terrible, her customer service etiquette needs improvement and more training on the register and how to read receipts.Here’s a positive though- The guy stocking the floor was really helpful and nice while I was shopping.

Pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent. Sr. Pharmacy Tech needs to be taught customer service skills.

Tried to use the FedEx drop off there today. I had the shipping label. They dont have shipping envelopes. Who keeps FedEx shipping envelopes. Whats the point of having the drop off.

I only picked one star cause its as low as I could go. I waited inline for 45 MINUTES and the workers were talking to each other laughing and one even looked over and didnt come over. I honked and a girl came over with an adittude. This has happened every time and I go there 2 times a month.

Id rather go to CVS.

They can’t print passport photos unless you take the photo in person there. Very stupid policy.
