Absolutely love the work of the bakery. They are true artists and they are my go to for cakes. They pay attention to detail. My husband loves their cakes and Im guilty too. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a beautiful meaningful cake.

Was looking for coffee and happy we found this place. The servers were very nice. I didnt try any of the baked goods. Would come again for coffee.

We had a bride and groom cake made for our wedding in March and they turned out so beautiful. I have heard nothing but amazing things about them both! I would highly recommend 2tarts to anyone looking for a cake for their wedding!

Super disappointing. My son was really looking forward to trying this bakery after seeing some reviews online, and he was legit sad about it not living up to the hype.The decor and merch definitely indicate that baking isnt their first priority. We had a chocolate cupcake that was super mediocre, a lavender blueberry pie that was just mousse and very difficult to eat since it was literally falling apart, and worst of all was the cinnamon roll. It was straight up HARD. I have never had a brittle cinnamon roll. I regret buying 20$ worth of stuff here.

Fun place with lots of party supplies and treats! Love the decor, sorry we couldnt sit inside. The cupcakes and coconut macaroons were yummy! I would love to go back and try some of the morning pastries.

There are adorable bakeries and tasty bakeries, occasionally you can get a slam dunk with both. This was the former. It’s very cute inside (even the treats looked cute) but the cinnamon roll was dry and hard and the gluten free coffee cake was burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside. For such high reviews I expected more. I can’t speak to the cupcakes or cookies so maybe that’s where they shine.

First time there. Wont be back. Before going I called twice and tho someone picked up no one spoke, both times. I wanted to ask if they had apple pie. Got there.. no apple pie... no fruit pie at all. Settled on a chocolate cup cake. Got back to work all ready to chow down. Cake was desperately dry. Icing which was more substantial than the cake itself. Just a huge glob on top. I had to drag the icing off and add ice cream... the cake was so dry it tasted days old.. Very disappointing.

Some of the best cupcakes Ive ever tasted, and their other bakery treats have always been very delicious as well. Plus, my wife who loves Chai Tea says they have some of the best shes ever had! She had a very neat and clean appearance the entire bakery was immaculate. There was a very friendly woman stocking and there was a gentleman putting up Christmas lights on the day we went. They have the cutest little tchotchkes, journals notebooks pens just the sweetest little boutique bakery youve ever come across. I sat down and ate my strawberry cream pie which was like a really really fluffy whipped cake the flavor was there the strawberry was enhanced by the cream cheese the crust was good and flaky we sat outside and we had coffee and watched the locals go by and who knew that the women of New Braunfels were so beautiful and so fashion forward. another young girl with dark hair and glasses came out after every single customer walked away from their tables to sanitize every single one and the chairs. The whole experience was bar none the chocolate peanut butter pie wasnt experience to behold you bite it and you close your eyes its so good. The chicken pot pie empanadas if you warm them up they are a truly comforting experience with a cup of coffee. I had this blackberry buckle style crumble cake and I almost wept from the goodness. The pigs in a poncho werent the kolaches or the pigs in a blanket that were used to theyre heftier more stick to your ribs its a beautiful thick pastry thats well its been a biscuit but more than just a bread. We had jalapeno sausage and cheese and they were phenomenal. The slice of frittata was to die for. Creamy smooth and Rich went well with my hot tea. TO TOP IT OFF ALL OF OUR BAKED GOODS WERE CAREFULLY WRAPPED AND GENTLY PLACED IN THE CUTEST PINK BOXES YOUVE EVER SEEN. IT REMINDED ME OF THE MOVIES WHERE THE ACTRESS GETS THE PINK BOX FROM THE BAKERY WITH A GORGEOUS DELICACY INSIDE. THAT WAS ME ON THIS DAY!!!!! I could go on and on and on about the acquaintances the cuteness the friendliness and the beautiful nature of these people and the business theyre running. When people say to patronize a small business because when you give them your money you can look at that person and you can know exactly that youre paying for the rent on their building youre paying for the groceries that go into their children and the gas they put in their car. This place is by all means worth giving your money to. Totally impressive for such a small quaint little place.

The food is always delicious... they have pastries, cupcakes, savory items, and pies and cakes in the case to buy. They also serve milk, coffee and tea. There are comfortable couches and chairs and a bar with outlets for laptops or phones. Kid friendly with great customer service. I always enjoy my visits and the food is amazing!

Stumbled upon this place, on new years day. There was a line to order and few choices left. Im going to assume that it was because theyve had a busy day. The treats that were there, though, all looked very delicious! I ordered the raspberry tart. It was too sweet! This is coming from someone that absolutely loves sweet treats! Had it had more raspberries on top, this wouldve been a winner. We ordered to-go since they were going to be closing early. They boxed up our orders very neatly and nothing got thrown around. (We were driving about 25 miles out of there) Ill definitely be going back to give it another go. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite the rush they were having. All in all the place seemed very welcoming with its aesthetic.

Thank you 2Tarts Bakery for making our daughters birthday so special. This Elsa cake was not only beautiful but delicious!We picked up this beehive cake the same day and it is now one of my absolute favorites.

What a fantastic bakery team! My wife and I are so glad we were able to find and work with 2Tarts on our dream wedding cake. It was also wonderful to find a bakery that did not back down from a challenge! Our cake turned out delicious and unique, truly our own. Their expertise was on point and their knowledge was a powerful force, and we were happy to have them on our vendor team! Also good to note that they run a bake/coffee shop in addition to being cake rockstars, equally as delicious and inviting. :)

Unfortunately, on recent visits our picks just dont taste as good as they look. The cinnamon roll is biscuit style dough and was dry and crumbly. The spinach quiche was also dry. The banana cupcake was flavorful and pretty good. Thankfully, the bean and cheese empanada was a win. Great flavor and a buttery crust.Pricing: $27 for 4 bakery items, tea and lemonade.

This is a cute little bakery nestled into downtown New Braunfels. They have an array of sweets ranging from cookies to cupcakes to cinnamon rolls to macaroons and so much more. There coffees are really good and have a great flavor. The shop Is small and does get busy but the sweets are worth the wait. The staff didn’t make me fell rushed when deciding on what to order and were helpful with choosing what I wanted.

Its a hidden jem that has amazing dessert selection in a fun,warm and hip environment . And the best thing they stay open late.

Always delicious. I wish the tiaramisu had a little bit of bourbon to balance the sweetness! The pastry cream is always on point! Try the cold brew coffee it is the best!

I have visited this bakery a few times while in New Braunfels and and will return as often as possible in the future. They have, hands down, the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! They are very flavorful and the frosting is not too sweet. Their staff is kind and helpful and they’ve got great outdoor seating. I’d 100% recommend trying out this local restaurant.

Quaint little pastry and bakery with both sweet and savory offerings. I had an americano with a chicken empanada and a sugar cookie just for fun. Their beans are mild with a little spice which I enjoyed...plus they have stevia which I dig. The pastry and cookie were both yummers. It’s great to have a small, friendly shop like this in town. Hope to get back again.

Cute place. I bought a cinnamon roll and was rock hard even having it warmed up. The cupcakes were pretty but tasted old. My kids love cupcakes but took one bite and did not like it. They were just traditional vanilla and chocolate cupcakes. Saw great reviews but did not like. Too pricey.

My favorite coffee shop + bakery for miles. The staff is hip and friendly. Their tea offering is incredible (i.e. matcha, gunpowder, hibiscus lemonade). And the pastries never disappoint. Not to mention how delicious their breakfast is. 10/10!

To the owner of 2tarts. My daughter and I were just in there for more than 5 minutes and not one of the 3 employees that were working even acknowledge us. There was only one other group there and all 3 employees were just talking to them. Really disappointing. We left without be able to buy anything because of their terrible customer service. Just thought you should know.

I ordered a German chocolate cake and 2 dozen edible picture cookies for my husband’s 40th birthday. The cake and cookies were delicious and beautifully decorated. Excellent customer service. They never disappoint.

Well my Friends, if you like to get the most deliciously Cupcakes in the entire Area of New Braunfels, you have to Stop at the Downtown Area and go to this little Cafe/Bakery !! So many different Sweets here, that it is hard to chose from, but from Cupcakes to Banana cream Pudding to Cheesecake etc. etc ... it is very hard to make any Decision here😊.. I go twice in a month and I always choose a NEW ONE. doing this already 1 YEAR long and still not done!! Its like getting addicted to this Stuff 😄.. to me personally, the best little Bakery in Town!!

It’s your usual cute hipster spot—love the decor and the blend of vintage.Not the best baked goods I’ve had. It’s pretty pricey but that wouldn’t bother me if it was worth the taste. Half the time it tastes like it’s been sitting out too long, gone a bit stale. Coffee is okay, but nothing amazing—tends to taste burnt. Staff is kind of a hit or miss as far as pleasant service. Overall you’re paying more for the prime location downtown and the cutesy atmosphere than you are the food. Much better bakeries in town, and honestly several of the coffee shops have better pastries.

2tarts made our wedding cake and all of the desserts and I have not stopped hearing about how beautiful and delicious everything was! I went into our cake tasting with an idea of a cake and they made the exact cake I wanted. Words cannot explain how happy I am that I went with them and have already recommended them to two friends that are getting married soon. 100% recommend having 2 tarts take care of your sweet tooth for any event!

Super cute. We had initially went to another bakery, they didnt have seating, so we made our way to 2tarts. Glad we did. The treats were delicious, so was the coffee.

If youd like to try something new, you have to check out 2 Tarts! They have a fantastic selection, in fact the only bakery in town that even comes close in competition is Naeglins. The difference? Naeglins has a large but very traditional selection, whereas 2Tarts has lots of fresh new tastes, in addition to some classics!

Our thoughtful neighbors told us about 2Tarts when they brought us some pie slices as a welcome gift! I checked out the website, which is beautifully done and really had to go see for myself. It was an awesome experience! Friendly and patient service (its so hard to decide when everything is mouthwatering!) combined with creative delicious treats and fresh brewed coffee, and we are hooked! My daughter and I are going to make this a special outing just for us each month! Thank you 2tarts!!

Wonderfully eclectic, superbly kind to their customers, excellent espresso, and the sweet treats are ridiculously delicious. Try the milk and honey macaron. It’ll make you believe in god.

The cakes are good, the coffee varies depending who makes it, but staff is rude, atmosphere lacking and the food-handling practices unhygienic -- after all this time they are still making customers sit outside and eat out of cardboard dishes. They will ONLY give you plastic cutlery which isnt enough to cut some of the pies so pieces of your plastic fork will break off into your food. Theres I dont know how many signs to wear a mask including the smug no shirt no shoes no mask no service but the tables outside seem to never be cleaned and you have to remove crumbs yourself and the staff touch the eating part of your utensils with the same bare hands they use to handle cash -- not exactly hygienic in the middle of a pandemic.

A bit expensive, but a great café. We come here every time we’re in town.They have cheesecake, cake pops, cupcakes, cakes, coffee, lattès, tea, and more.

Unfortunately I am still not impressed with the store, staff or products! Ive been thru this place at least three times in the past 4 mos and the same non pleasant greeting, to the giggles of asking what a certain pastry is made of...to the overall arrogance of the staff makes it truly uninviting which is sad for such a cute store front!

Such a yummy bakery! If you are stopping in New Braunfels, definitely check them out! We stopped in, after not really being too intrigued by the bakery items at Naeglins down the street. We were very pleased with 2 Tarts! It’s the cutest shop, with a case full of yummy looking treats. We chose a sprinkles rice crispy, a Nutella-filled thumbprint cookie, and a lemon-lavender bar. All three items were delicious and a great price for the size! Highly recommend!!! Also the service was great!!!! One of the workers recommended some other places for us to visit on our trip. We loved it!

Stopped by to pickup cupcakes for a friends birthday, turned away at door with a rude. were closed, the floors being redone, you can come back tomorrow! Nope, there will be no coming back.

I have been here twice, once for a bunch of goodies and once for a Bday cake I ordered online. Both visits were great! They have an awesome variety of super yummy bakery sweets to choose form, the staff is super nice and their ship has very cute unique decorations/novelty stuffs. The Lemon poppy seed cake I ordered was really neat. The inside was lie poppy seed loaf and the icing was the perfect mix of creamy but not too sweet! Definitely check them out!!

Love this place. They have some of the best pastries in New Braunfels. I try to go at least once a week to indulge my sweet tooth. The prices are kind of high, but I think its worth the quality of these treats. Great end to date night too!

I love supporting local bakeries, but this place was terrible. I got 2 (hostess cupcakes) 1 Rice Krispie triangle, and a sugar cookie. The cupcakes were crumbly and dry. The Rice Krispie triangle was stale. And the sugar cookie was hard as a rock. A rock! I’m amazed that they sale treats that are so clearly old. I’m from out of town so I will never go here again, thankfully!

Terrible customer service. They did not respond to a request in a timely matter. I was waiting to hear from them and had to scramble to find another baker.

Kicked us out because we wasnt wearing mask didnt even care that it was because a medical condition. Absolutely disgusting!

This place is AMAZING! First, it was referred to us from a sweet gal at a hat shop in San Antonio, so we never would have found it if she hadn’t told us it was worth the drive. When we got there on Sunday morning, it was quiet and smelled amazing (we beat the church crowd). The gal working spent time explaining what all their savory dishes were and what her favorite was. Immediately, we were sold on the cleverly named “Pigs in a Poncho”. They were unbelievable! I even sent a photo to my father in law who loves piggies in a blanket. Their take on wrapping kielbasa in a homemade, amazing biscuit, then wrapping in bacon, was a pregnant woman’s dream! If you’re within an hour of this place, it’s totally worth the drive!

Amazing, one of a kind bakery! The staff is awesome and they have the best macaron cookies, treats and fantastic expresso. I also bought a delicious cake for my wifes birthday, she loved it!

Wish I could rate it higher because the counter staff where all awesome. But my mocha tasted like it was made with ovaltine and the macarons where chewy and stale, definitely not fresh.

2tarts has some of the best macarons I’ve ever had. The filling in the middle was perfect—it almost melted in your mouth. And the flavors were good too. My favorite was the pistachio. I also got some cupcakes which were really good too. I was impressed

We visited for the first time today. It was so hard to choose because everything looked so delicious. We had the chocolate silk pie and it was amazing!!!

I move with my husband every 3 years or so and always look for a bakery to frequent. Up until now, I had not found one that was worth returning to! Their cupcakes are moist and flavorful ❤ sans the coffee cupcake which was overpowering. I suggested that they add Khalua flavor and/or salted caramel to create a caramel macchiato or something of the sort. The macaron I tried was packed with flavor and the chocolate chip cookies were soft and nice! I went back twice in one week although its a 20-30 minute drive for me. The cupcakes are worth their price. The box does not last long once I get it home 😊

It’s a cute funky place and baked goods are yummy. I expected fresh cupcakes not frozen though, almost chipped a tooth. Wish they had more variety of unique stuff rather than the same old baked goods you can find anywhere. Coffee is actually really good but wish they’d offer larger sizes.

Never ever disappointed when stopping by and indulging in a scrumptious desert and awesome coffee. Chocolate Silk Pie is truly to die for. Everything is delicious. They know their way around the kitchen and whip up love. I wish my waist could handle a daily visit!!!
