Very nice shop. Seating was great with low barrel type chairs arranged around small tables giving it a cozy feeling

The inside feels cozy and homey. The smell of fresh brewed coffee is ALWAYS awesome! The employees seemed really busy and very nice. Wasnt that full at 115pm. Took about 15 minutes or so to get a coffee. Kinda long.When I got my coffee I noticed it wasnt quite full. That distressed me after paying almost $7 but I couldnt wait. I had to go. I asked for the coffee to be cooled a little to drink. It was luke warm, ugh, but good.Parking SUCKS here!!

Love this place but the coffee is so strong you can almost make 5 cups

Ordered to mocha cookie crumbles sat down to wait 15 minutes after nobody had called our name we went up to check and they were sitting all melted on the counter along with a bunch of other peoples orders. If theyre not going to let you know when your orders ready seriously. What do they want people to go up and handle all of the coffees sitting there on the counter to try to find theirs?

We love their sweet stuff. You need to go early. They get hit pretty hard. It is sad that they dont have one that is easier to get to with more parking. There is no drive thru. When you go and you think Oh wow coast is clear I can park.... think again so, are the pastries and the other good items you like. The staff there is great. Very friendly and will do small talk with you as they prepare your order or no talk your choice....Be kind they do their very best.

Staff are exceptional and quick. Patrons, for the most part are awesome, but every so often in comes soccer mom Karen and blocks the entrance/exit lanes all so she can drag little Sally into the store and get her Venti Mocha Chocha Latte with organic, humanely squeeze almond milk and a water with a lemon slice for her kid! STOP BLOCKING THE LANES KAREN! Park in one of the spots in the surrounding shopping center and walk!

I’ve had issues at this Starbucks. I love to go to Starbucks, but my drinks are consistently wrong and they don’t fill the cup up. The picture is a grande I got for my wife. I will definitely not go to this one anymore, too many problems.I had to edit this review because this Starbucks has improved drastically. This is now my “go to” location.

I get a pink drink with light strawberry base add macha. Ive had this drink all over the country and even in Canada and this was the best one anyone has ever made for me...

They were really really nice & professional & clean 👏They got my stuff to me on time the place was really really good.& I think 🤔 it was not crowded 🙂I dont really think about it much because I dont always care If it is crowded depending on how crowded.

I was here a couple of weeks ago. Never had much of an issue. The staff is always friendly & fast. But on this day I was shocked to see how many rude & obnoxious customers I encounter here! I mean hell, I dont know how the barista kept her cool. I applaud you. I dont remember my exact words but I told her dont worry about those people, your doing a great job. If I was in your shoe, heads would have rolled & I would have gotten fired because of it. So again, the staff here are awesome & amazing! Keep doing what you do.

Drinks are ready quickly, the staff is nice, but parking is difficult!

We stopped here on our way from Austin to South Padre and I accudentally lost my wallet somewhere inside or in the parking lot. Someone turned it in, and the store held my wallet for me in the safe until I could get back a week later. Everything was still there including my cash! Was so grateful for the staff and whoever turned in my wallet. Super kind/friendly/helpful staff. They make awesome drinks too!

Zach, made my day! I hurt my leg and wasn’t feeling that great. He asked how I was today and proceeded to make my coffee for free. Super awesome guy! Thx so much! It’s people like him that make the world go round.

Theres Soo much more places to chose from these days that are cheaper and taste better, and better for you! Healthy choice is why I stopped going to these Starbucks locations. I understand the addiction but I opened up to better choices that changed my perspective on them. My in Laws wanted something from here and they got her order wrong, because of covid they could not take anything back, respectfully so. No one the less thats two drinks waisted

Decent cup of coffee! Ordered a decaf peppermint mocha, it had 54g of sugar. Tasted great but would order a less sugary option next time. I didnt look at the nutrition facts before I ordered. Wont do that again. Otherwise it was a great experience. Clean bathrooms and front of house.

This is the slowest Starbucks Ive ever seen. The workers are nice, but the pickup line kept getting longer & longer. (The order line was short.) We even ordered ahead on the app, but still had to wait almost 10 minutes.

Ordered via the app, almost as we arrived, one a custom drink, expecting a wait, especially in light of of the packed conditions we found. Nope. Walked in, saw what might be my drinks so approached the barista. Super friendly guy, and the crew was clearly a smokin well oiled machine!

Ok, the thing about Starbucks is that the black coffee doesn’t taste good to me. I make a better cup of plain old coffee in my opinion. What I like about Starbucks is all the different combos of drinks they come up with. I have seasonal favorites, secret menu favorites and new things that come up with that I want to try. They are pricey, I agree, and I often frequent local coffee shops to support them. But, I think their rewards program is awesome and when you just want that thing that only Starbucks does right (Pink Drink anyone), it’s well-worth the visit.

I like to order here using the app because I get the Coffee Traveler. I like to visit my customers on job sites and these guys love when I bring coffee. They give a bunch of cups, sweetener, and cream with the order for $20. I place my order and it’s ready in about 10 minutes. The coffee is still hot for several hours. This is my favorite thing to take customers in the field.

The cashier was not listening to my order and messed up not only the size but also the drink. They are too distracted at this location, please Management train your employees better, because they are a mess.

We accidentally ordered from the wrong Starbucks while on a road trip, the pink haired lady here fixed it for us. Thanks pink haired lady, youre the best.

Parking not great but in and out quickly

Extremely clean! Watching the crew is like watching a bee hive. Constant production and not a single one not producing for the customer. The environment is Cheerful.

I was on vacation and visited this location, as it was the closest to our resort, and I actually loved the drinks. Each time they made them correctly, which is great, bc where I live the location never, ever makes them correctly.However, the three stars is because when I told them a mistake their employees made - by not reloading my card (like we had asked) and instead just rang it up as a regular transaction - and didn’t just us our change back, he acted as though I was trying to steal $5 bucks from him. I only asked for the change that we didn’t receive and instead he’s like, ‘Here’s $20.00..’. Not what I asked - at all!Also, the parking lot situation is insane. This parking lot would flow a lot better is everyone (customers worked together) but when you have inconsiderate a-holes, it makes it hard to maneuver the parking lot safely - I’m talking to the half a pea brain Lexus that didn’t want to back up this morning in the parking lot.Anyways, i definitely loved the drinks and would return bc of that!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Didnt get our order right AND took 30 minutes to give it to us!! Werent apologetic about it at all and didnt offer to right their wrong. Ordered a DECAF VENTI peppermint mocha and got a grande caffinated peppermint mocha. Dont go here If you dont have time to waste.

The baristas are nice and welcoming but the drinks are not of good quality. Ive come on a few occasions and each time my drink just tastes like milk, I thought maybe it was just because they were really busy the first time but after returning and asking for an extra shot or a different drink all together it still just tastes like milk. Im super disappointed, if you love your coffee, make the drive to another location.

I absolutely adore this Starbucks. Its mostly the employees that make the experience enjoyable (as well as the drink of course). Sometimes when I stop by to get a drink I talk to Chelsea. Shes a sweetheart and is always so kind and quick with the orders. I can tell she knows how to run the show and is always doing her best to lead. Other than the charm of the employees, the lobby is always clean and neat as well as the displays as far as Ive noticed so far. 10/10 I strongly recommend a visit here.

Every year we go to Lake Canyon is our family tradition, as well as stopping on this Starbucks for our coffee before we hit the road, as always excellent customer service and our order always comes on point!! Great work to the three workers of today they did great!!

Special day. Felt right to google a Starbucks in New Braunfels, TX. Pleasantly surprised with tall Caffee Latte. Expect a wait but very worth it, yum. Parking is very limited and hard to get in and out of from corner location off IH-35N and Walnut. Two unisex restrooms. Various tables for seating.

Very nice people even joked around with us keep up the great job...

It’s a very busy rétro Starbucks, the crew is cool and a little slower than normal due to the number of the online order and the long queue.

The store did not have a drive thru and parking was awful. Cofee and staff were great! Busy location.

It was particularly packed this morning. Everyone going in for their free red cup. Parking at this location is a freaking nightmare. It certainly doesnt help when people make their own parking rules like this morning and completely block one of the 2 ways in & out. The cup is cute.

Best service in a coffee shop I’ve had in a very long time! I’ve been in New Braunfels for the past 7 years and the service here is always phenomenal. I went this evening trying to find a coffee that my girlfriend would like but had no idea what to get. Joana and Brandon did a great job coming up with a phenomenal drink that my girlfriend wound up loving! New Braunfels has cafes and coffee stands on every block, but for a place with baristas that really care about the product they produce, try this Starbucks!

I dont like anything fancy, just regular black coffee, and I guess it was ok, but Im not sure it was worth $3.00. I think Ill stick with brewing my own.

Need new place have more lot parking and drive through for New Braunfels!

This location is not safe in a pandemic. It was very busy and at least two people were not wearing masks, one of which briefly infringed upon my space, so I politely walked out prior to ordering. They sadly lost a sale of 4 drinks. There is no drive thru option available.

As far as easy in and out, this place isnt. The same quality as any other location. With Covid, absolutely no seating, only standing. The staff was pretty quick and the orders were correctly prepared.

Trash. First time doing a mobile order. Gave me the wrong coffee and no whipped cream. I order a warmed up coffee cake and I get a cold crusty one. Horrible parking. Not going again.

The employees are always wonderful here! Smiling faces and fast service. Their cake pops are absolutely amazing, and I always get the double chocolaty chip frap. Its a great choice for people like me who cant have coffee!

I am not one to write a review, however, the service i had got at this location the past few times is not welcoming. This morning I ordered a Venti Latte on my mobile and I have no complaints about the process of ordering on the phone, but when I arrived in the store I walked up to the counter where there were two baristas talking. One who had just placed my order in the mobile order tray turned to me and just lifted her eyebrows at me, with a not so welcoming face. When she handed me my drink she did not say a word to me, not even hi, hello, how are you this morning. Not what I expected from a Starbucks location. On top of that my drink was absolutely terrible it is as if they just put caramel syrup and water in my drink and called it good. I paid 5.86 for a venti drink that I then had to let go to waste because of how terrible it was. I have never had this bad of an experience at a Starbucks and I have been coming to Starbucks for the longest time. I am disappointed and left without coffee.

What wrong could be said of the best in coffee preparing, that also goes for their hole menu of different teas to fruit juices and the associates are so welcoming even wearing masks you can feel the smile this specifics Starbucks is the best in this area. 👍😁

Since the onset of the pandemic outbreak these guys have adjusted nicely. All my orders have been through the Starbucks app. Each order has been ready and hot when I arrived. Staff is competent and professional.

Coffee is consistent and hot at this location. Be warned, there is no drive-through and precious little parking. They sometimes struggle with custom orders and have a hard time meeting demand so be prepared to wait...and wait. They do however, get bonus points for the kindness I have seen them extend to the local homeless folks that merely seek respite and tolerance.

Walk in 30 minute wait. Others after me served. 2 out of 3 drinks wrong. Hot drinks all made b/4 mine. Worst Starbucks Ive ever been in.

Quite often they are out of something Ive ordered online but they usually find a reasonable substitute and I get to try something new. The crew here is always cheery!

This one is a bit on the busier / slower side. Still, friendly service and top notch product keeps it from being bad. I would say the busier stores with a barrage of mobile orders should consider intcreasing staff to avoid turning away walk in customers. I understand there is a cost associated with that, but I would be inclined to try a different option to get a quicker cup. Thats a cost as well.

Parking lot is not easy to get in and out of. Didnt not have enough cash on hand to provide change.

First time in this Starbucks.. great experience.. Loved how they have it set up because of covid 19.. Great job Starbucks 🌻👏
