It’s hard to find customer service like I got from NB Golf Cart. Ethan and his team did a conversion from lead to lithium on my Club Car. Since my model is a little unusual it required some custom fabrication, which they got done with zero complaints. The price was very reasonable, they communicated really well throughout the process and picked my cart up and dropped it off. They also did some work to improve the ride by removing a leaf from the suspension. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did for me. They will get 100% of my business going forward. Great to have these guys in New Braunfels. Well done!

We had such an excellent time renting our golf cart for the day. The team dropped the cart off at our condo the night before and picked it up the next evening. Super responsive when we had questions and extremely affordable. It was a totally awesome way to get around New Braunfels (and to Gruene) for our family!

So pleased with New Braunfels Golf Carts! We used them to service our EZ Go Textron. Ethan figured out what was wrong with our golf cart and charger. It hasn’t been working for months, but he figured it out quickly and was prompt with his service.He was so kind and came out to our house since our golf cart was dead and we don’t have a trailer to take it to a shop. He’s knowledgeable and explained things well so I knew what was going on. It ended up being several issues with our charger so he took that with him and fixed it!
