We experienced fantastic customer service. These guys are great! You dont feel like its a company trying to take your money but rather a company thats working for you. It was a wonderful experience!As a physically disabled person, I felt good and what I received was outstanding. I will recommend these guys to everybody.

Brought my mom in to look for a wheelchair that would fit and satisfy her needs. She found a nice one that fit perfect! It was in stock and reasonably priced. The customer service was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

There are a lot of helpful items in this store, and a lot more that can be ordered. The staff will diligently search for items you need to care for your loved one down to something I call shampoo shower caps to nearly all you can expect for mobility. Just ask them.They will order to fulfill you needs if they dont regularly carry it and they are so good about letting you know when it arrives. The store is close to a physical rehab location also.

My wife tripped in the backyard and broke 4 ribs. She had to be hospitalized for a few days just to control pain. I called Restoring Mobility looking for a hospital bed to rent. While they had them they suggested an electric easy chair instead saying it would help stand her up which is where she encounters most pain. It was even less expensive to rent. The recliner was a god send. It kept my wife comfortable and out of pain. Thank you so much

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I thank God, Cory and Leon for all they did for my daughter. She was flying from Denver to Austin and as she was going through security in Denver a cord on her wheelchair got spliced. You might not believe this, but even though she cant walk, she went ahead and got on the plane and flew to Austin (she, my niece, and my mom, that she was with, are fearless when it comes to not letting her disability stop her). While she was on the airplane I called Cory and asked him if he had the Golden electric wheelchair in stock (that is the brand my daughter uses when she travels, and we had been thinking about getting a new one for a while anyway). He did, so I asked him if I could buy it, AND if he could take it to the airport in Austin and meet my daughter. Cory was the only one in the store that day, but he bent over backward and got Leon to drive to the airport and deliver it to my daughter. Now that is service above and beyond what anyone should expect! Then Leon continued to go above and beyond the call of duty. He called the airport to find out where he should meet her, called me to follow up with me so I that I knew he would be there to help her. He was there by the time she landed!!! It was just so incredible that these guys cared so much about someone that they have never met, and doesnt live in the area, so wont even be a future customer. Thank you so much you guys! You saved us a ton of stress! God bless you!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Had a problem with my scooter, I was met w/ such kindness by Luann and Jeff. Helped to resolve my scooter problem. I’m glad to know that I can go to an honest caring business that helps the disabled.

My mother-in-laws walker broke the day before christmas eve. We were able to take the walker to them right before they closed and it was ready the next day at noon. Such a quick turn around. On top of that they were SO NICE and helpful. Would give more stars if I could.

Local business that I’ve used twice in the last six months for my mom’s hip surgeries. First time planned well in advance. Solid recommendations and I should have purchased instead of renting. Second time was short notice, but staff worked hard to make sure we got the lift chair in a timely manner. Good people who care. Thanks

This place was amazing! Corey was a huge help with everything we needed. Followed up promptly throughout my wifes recovery from a broken ankle. Supreme customer service from the first day to the last. We needed to extend our rental multiple times and it was always as easy as a quick phone call. If you need a knee scooter or other mobility aid, I urge you check these folks out!

Most helpful, caring, and warm owners! They got us exactly what we needed, plus suggestions on other medical equipment. We were highly impressed with the amazing range of products they carry and can order.

I feel like my 93 year old mother was taken advantage of because they kept selling her equipment they had to have known see would not be able to use. I was with her a couple of times and so for myself how they buttered her up knowing she enjoyed the attention and had the funds to buy! She has now passed and our family os finding out she not completely thing straight at 93! Also I went in there for her recently and was treated rudely by the young man working there.

Cory is extremely patient and a knowledgeable salesman. He took time to make sure we were comfortable with the products and the items we chose were specific to our needs. There was never a hard sell. We ended up purchasing two electric wheel chairs for two family members, a vehicle lift and a power recliner. We wanted to do business locally and were glad we chose this shop. We thank you so much for giving mobility back to my sister who has immensely enjoyed her new chair. We look forward to testing out the other products that we have received and we would definitely recommend your store for DME (durable medical equipment) needs here in New Braunfels!

I am so impressed with the customer service and level of care with this company! I needed a portable wheelchair quickly and everyone I called said: sorry, nothing in stock, but we can order one. However, when I called Restoring Mobility and explained my situation, LuAnne took amazing care of me. They didnt have anything in stock, but she called around and found me one! I can not express what a blessing she was! I will make all my purchases through them and highly recommend them to everyone!
