I had a dead car battery and Luiz was super helpful checking my battery and alternator and then installing the new battery. There was so stress and he was incredibly.

I went in for some items for my car already knowing what I needed I grabbed it and headed to the register. I was second in line waited patiently. The employee was very polite and apologetic. She then attempted to ring me up at the register but it was not working she was having technical difficulties. Again she was very apologetic. I ended up not being able to pay and took off without my items due to the faulty computer.

Store is a little u professional and the parking lot makes you feel like your going to get robbed.

Sign says not to work on your card outside. What do you think people are doing? Setting up camp, working on their cars. Line is usually ten people deep, and people working on their cars outside get allowed to the front of the line.

I got a 10.00 coupon for just giving my email address. And they helped me pick out wiper blades for my car.

Had a great experience here today, my coolant hose came off mid commute to work and I had to coast into the auto zone parking lot with smoke coming out of the hood. Fernando helped me find the best coolent brand for my car and helped me buy the right clamp to re attach the hose. My car went from underivable to running perfect in 15 minutes thanks to Fernando and his expertise. He even lent me his screw driver to attach the clamp, where as most places would have charged me to buy a screw driver. Fernando was a true professional and a pleasure to work with, he represents the company well.

I went in needing a couple of things. The young man behind the counter was extremely helpful and running the program for my check engine light. Even gave me a printout listing all the details. And then after I purchase new wiper blades even accompanied me outside and install them for me. Grand slam for this location.

I made a quick stop to buy a batteries for my car, And I asked if they know how to install the battery in my car they said yes meanwhile they messed up my car and had to go to a dealer which cost me an arm and a leg. To add on the waiting line is ridiculous. I spent half an hour waiting on 3 customers to be assisted. They had couple of workers on the floor and couldnt assist any of us at the cashier.

Friendly staff, while other staff socialized on side letting the 2 staff handle long multiple lines. The price was amazing for parts I needed but the wait was way beyond acceptable. I thank the 2 staff for helping. If looking for great prices and long waiting this is the place to go.

My first experience here was ok. Couldve been better like my cashier not eating in front of me. Oh wait she sold me the wrong part making have to again. The girl on the phone didnt want to be on my side until I got louder then she did what she could to help. She must of told the guy who took care of me because he was friendly until he saw what I had in my hand then cut me off and send me on my way while the cashier proceeded to make cat noises. They lack professionalism. Its your fault I was there again not mine. I spent hrs waiting my turn at the mechanics for him to find out I didnt even have the correct part because they were put side by side. I waisted my day off and the least you guys could do its pretend you actually want a job. Lack of understanding and professionalism. My last time going there unless I have the wrong part again. FYI they sell the wrong things to other people I know also. Now I can see whos the problem. Management from corporate needs to handle before you lose everyone.

Bought battery and they install it right away. The young lady her name is Naomi, who did the install was excellent, very professional, offered needed information which I never knew but should have been made aware of by other repairs places. This store is in New Britain.

This place needs a real manager to manage workers because they are out of control. Not sure if there is a manager there. Dont make this same mistake I did, go next door to advance.

Standard AutoZone (they are all the same) but had to wait long time every time I went there(over 10 times). Sometimes its not enough cashiers other times its the kind of people that come here. So now I just go to the store next town over.

New Britain Autozone - Went to get my check engine light checked and it kept saying error. He tried to tell me it was my cars obd outlet which wasnt true. The wires were hanging out of their reader. I said check the next persons car and well see what happens. Sure enough, error. He said that was the only reader they had, seriously, they sell them there. Waste of time, went to the Autozone on the Berlin Tpke in Newington which is where I should have gone in the first place. Lesson learned.
