The staff at Cosmo pro in West Hartford are fabulous! They helped us with our entire order! They new their product lines and were able to meet our every need. Highly recommend this store. They were pleasant and wonderful to work with! Will definitely go back! Thanks ladies! U even carried our product to our car! Above and beyond kind! 🐬💙

Visited the store on Monday the 19th. Staff didn’t greet at the door she was busy on her phone . All the shelves were a mess . You can’t find anything. The store hasn’t been front and faced in god knows how long . Matrix had developed but by or couldn’t see what they had because everything was all pushed back . Same with lightener . Products are in weird places . Not impressed with this store . Second time I’ve been there and it is also my second time not having a good experience . Inventory needs to be restocked contestant and products front and faced . One of the walls even have products all knocked over . Overall unorganized and they aren’t on top of inventory and bringing fourth stock

The people who work there never smile and are not helpful. They are always sitting in the back eating. The store hardly carries products for texture/course hair. They need to bring back Mizani Products along with many other products for black women.

If you have your licence cheaper than Sallys and more variety.
