Selection was minimal when I went. The worker wasn’t helpful, as she was watching Tik Tok’s as I entered the store, and before she checked me out. Be mindful that there’s a card fee if you’re using one (which is illegal to do in CT). I didn’t know until I had to pay. I will go somewhere else next time.

Good selection of products for children and adults. Diverse supply of products. I was able to meet the owner and she was knowledgeable and helpful.

Nice place for hair

Whoever was working there Saturday 13 February at 11:00 a.m. was very rude to my wife. She spent her time looking at her phone and not assisting the customer. We were in a hurry or we would have went somewhere else. But I could tell you well never go back there again.

Everything you need is here and inexpensive!!! I wish I wouldve found this sooner!! The owner is really pleasant and genuinely goes out her way to help you find what you need . Staff knows what they are doing and Its BLACK owned !!. I LOVE IT !! Ive only been here once but I can tell you I stopped going to Hair City once I found a REAL Boss Supplier ( btw who does it all on her own) !! Unlike extended staff with attitude. I love that tHe owner and workers know the products and it’s black owned! If they don’t have some of the products I’m looking for they try to get them on the next shipment, probably because I shop with them so often.
