Oscar helped me switch to a new phone.I’ve been avoiding getting a new phone because the switchover process is difficult to the point of impossibility for me.He was able to overcome all the glitches and obstacles.His competence makes this store worth specifically going to.

Not sure how to rate it. One time I was there to pay the bill person working there didnt even answer the How are you? question. Place shows as open for business but when I went by few weeks ago it looked as they have moved. Cricket still says theyre in business, but they dont even answer their phone. So I have no clue.

I have been to this location a few times because my phone was failing . The salesperson Alondra was so helpful in picking out a new phone . She helped retrieve my phone numbers that I thought I lost, and I couldnt of possibly had better or more polite service .
