The manager has the worst attitude!! Can’t give not even a smile the worst language she has really pour costumer service skills.

I went In there looking for some phone Accessories now I didn’t find what I was looking for but the sales person on the floor idaliz was very reassuring and helpful definitely coming back when you guys restock on them screen protectors.

Save yourself a HEADACHE, go to a DIFFERENT metro PCSEVERY TIME Ive gone in, staff is cursing like crazy, on personal calls ( Im assuming the calls are personal based on the filthy language coming from the reps),makes me wait without acknowledging customer ( isnt there a 5 second rule??? ), Overchaged me 2times, nasty, nasty attitude from manager- bc I wanted to pay with 2 debit cards, just downright TRASH.God forgive me, but I do not recommend this store.Company needs to check their reps, give them some training on courtesy, customer service, personal hygiene, and PLEASE LET THEM KNOW SWEARING AT WORK IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!Go to South St Metro or Broad St, DONT GO TO THIS METRO!!!

They are rude in store man in line before me debit card didnt work they told him to use my metro app instead of running card as debit...Im not getting my voicemails they told me they dont know whats wrong. I had to explain myself 3 times to them they are extremely rude and unprofessional I used to be call center manager at Verizon wireless I would fire the girl who helped me she is useless and lazy
***BIANCA*** NEEDS TO GET FIRED!! She doesnt know what shes doing. Shes extremely rude and basically is just there collecting her check. I ask her to help because Ive been calling customer service for 2 days now. She tells me to call again and try clicking 0 I told her a number of times Ive done that already for the past 2 days, yet she still continues to tell me to keep calling. SO I do and call back after of course not being able to get through. Guess what she says?! Keep calling until you get through. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Does she work for metro pcs or not? Instead of helping me over the phone she said come in. Yea yea thats cool an everything but is she really trying to say she can help me in the store but not over the phone? Howwwwww??? What type of service is that? I shouldnt have to go there to switch a plan. She couldnt even give me the corporate number. Poor excuse for an employee! If I was this owner she would never even of gotten past the interview with that personality. BIANCA IS BAD FOR BUSINESS!! YOU NEED PEOPLE WHO CAN HELP YOU NOT JUST CLOCK IN AND CLOCK OUT!!!! Poor customer service. I went to buy a new phone, and the lady that was helping me put a speaker inside the bag with my new phone and charge me for it. While she was charging me for things I didnt want to buy, other employees were making personal calls, swearing and video chating with friends. I will never go back to that store.

Very poor customer service... Bianca needs to get fired asap. I walk in the store with another customer and your employee Bianca was very rude. We were inquiring about the phones and service and all she gave us was a nasty customer service attitudes and also very rude from the minute we walk in to we walked out. This employee doesnt have a good custermer service. I resperespectfully ask that she get fired asap because you not only going to continue to lose customers but also lots of sales with her rudeness. Little that she knows I was a secret shopper from another Metro PCS Store sent by Corporate... so when i ask to speak to the owner she told me no that she will not call him or give me his number. And still continue to be very rude and desrespecful. So I took the complain back to corporate and they said that Monday morning they will have a meeting with the owner and Bianca needs to get fired..

I really dont know if this is her name, but my receipt says Bianca. Very rude and she dont even know how to put a SIM card. I went home and called customer service and they really help me. Not understand why shes working over there if she doesnt have knowledge of anything.
Nice enough staff, I dont like how these independently owned stores add extra charges for everything you do singe of which can be done online or over the phone.
Reps assisted me right when I walked in. Took care of me and my needs. Greats girls that work there.
