Never purchased anything from them, and I never will. My company supplied a service to this company and they never paid their bill. They claimed there was something wrong with our service, but wouldnt talk to us about it, and never claimed anything under our warranty policy. They just didnt pay for the service. I would never do business with them again. An honest business with integrity would treat their suppliers as they would their customers.

You can’t visit the store unless you have your mind made up and committed to buying a particular gun before an appointment.No browsing allowed!This is an object lesson on how to destroy your brand and discourage customers from doing business with your firm.Based on other comments, the customer service is underwhelming.Lots of other market options.

Ordered a leather gun slip. The order wasnt processed for months til we called and they finally found it in the system. Mailed out a damaged, used slip. I returned the item, and, in fairness, they sent out a second one promptly, but it also has scuffs and marks on it. So, all in all, this just wasnt a good experience.

I have an Inverness that was custom ordered from CSMC. The first gun was a debacle! Sent it back, and got the same debacle back, even after telling Adam not to send the same receiver back to me. The final return they replaced the receiver and barrels, only to have the chamber of the barrels look like a 20 year old had a fun time with a Dremel on them. I gave up after that and just kept the gun. Now I have to send it to someone to have a spring fixed, because after two boxes of shells, it won’t eject the bottom barrel. As much as I’d love to buy an A-10 from them, I won’t because their quality control is atrocious.

One star is generous but zero wasn’t an option. I ordered an item for my shotgun. What I received was something not even close to what I ordered. The recoil pad I received was sloppy and already out of it’s package. Worst of all, I brought this to the attention of their “customer service” and they wrote back, we can’t return it. Terrible and cannot recommend.

A-10s are beautifully balanced and can shoot all day. Very reliable.On-line purchases of accessories has been easy and flawless. CSMC appears to want to be the best in quality and price.

Having visited many of the great Gun Houses, H&H, Purdy, Williams etc. I can report that Connecticut Shotgun compares very favorably to these icons! I’ve been a satisfied customer for more than 15 years, Kudos gentleman!!!

I bought a long gun display rack-nice item. It was delivered in 2 days-exactly as advertised.

Received my RBL yesterday. The gun is gorgeous. The wood to metal fit is perfect. Attention and pride was definitely put into this gun. I love it so much, Im thinking of ordering a RBL 28 now.

Ordered several items as they claimed they had them in stock. Did not receive the items and when I called I got the run around and passes from person to person. Asked to speak with the owner and was told oh he is busy. Finally ended up cancelling my orders and will never use this company again for anything. Be warned! Would have given zero stars but you are required to give at least one to post.

Recieved a rifle that they sold on consignment. Rifle had damage to the end of the barrel as the gun had punctured the box during shipping. Obviously was not packed properly. Contacted Connecticut shotgun and was told ship it back for refund..I argued told them it would cost 50 for my local gun Smith to fix it and it would be simpler for them to just pay for the repair as I still want the rifle. They refused and told me to ship it back its already sold to someone else! News flash its not yours to sell! Rude, not consumer friendly, and will not stand behind their mistakes. Buyer beware as they are jerks!

First class service and products.

Relaxed atmosphere with a knowledgeable and concerned staff that goes the extra mile when it comes to meeting the Customers needs. I am a disabled veteran with a hindered left arm and their attention in making sure I had the right shotgun was humbling. I found their service to be far above reproach and very much in line with what one might expect from a fine gun company.

Stopped by after work. Either the owner or manager has on the phone screaming at someone. Incredibly unprofessional.

The staff is well trained and they know about the trade. This is very important before a gun purchase.

Ordered 2 s333 pistols as soon as I got email. Was told later it would be 4 to 6 weeks before they shipped. Just got notified it would be 4 more weeks before shipment. Never will I purchase from this company again.

I purchased at TriStar Over under 6 weeks ago. Upon taking the shotgun to the range it misfired several times. I was with a NRA instructor. I spoke to Paul over the phone since it clearly states in the sale notify them in the first 48 hours. Paul said he would take a look at it. Three weeks went by and he stated his gun smith shot it and it worked fine. They had 9 guns Smith’s in hand and what do you expect for a $500. Shotgun. I explained to him that was not the arrangement via phone. Do not buy from this place. The customer service is horrible and Paul was rude. He did take the video of as we discussed via phone. There should be a RATING OF ZERO STARS. I mailed a AH FOX shotgun and hard case to them 95 days ago for consignment. 5O days ago the gun was listed as sold on Guns International and CSMC websites. I have been waiting 50 days to be paid! Tony Galazan has arrogant incompetent people working for him. Company policy is no management people including Tony Galazan will take phone calls. This transaction started out bad and only has gotten worse. Every aspect of this transaction has been a nightmare from CSMC not picking the gun up from the shipper (USPS CALLED ME TWICE TELLING ME THEY WERE GOING TO SHIP MY GUN BACK TO ME SINCE THEY COULD NOT GET ANYONE AT CSMC TO PICK UP THE GUN), then CSMC lost my hard case, CSMC would not give me a consignment agreement in writing, no one contacted me the gun was sold after being taken off the websites for two weeks, they gave the buyer a 14 day inspection period instead of the advertised 3 day inspection period, no one at CSMC will take any responsibility or return phone calls. I have been forced to file a grievance with the BATF and a claim with USPS. This company is a total GONG SHOW and should be avoided. Avoid them at all levels. I have still not been paid for my gun that was advertised as sold over 50 days ago.

The worlds largest collection of fine shotguns. Not CTs largest. Not the largest in the US. The WORLDS largest. Its nuts! $400,000 Purdeys lying on the floor. A functional Gatling gun. There used to be a freakin Lambo in here but they ran out of room for it because of ALL THE GUNS!!! The A-10 American is insane - you think it will be a cheesy copy of a Beretta but it is Sweet! So is their roundbody O/U. Cant say much about their SxSs - but hold steady as you browse the outrageous inventory of Italian, American, English, German, Austrian, French and more Italian guns. And then theres the all-aluminum double barrel double mag pump gun! Somewhere there is a pair of Holland & Holland .700 caliber double gun elephant rifles. Scary location - WELL worth the trip!
