Quality products, reasonable shipping cost and time considering the post covid19 environment.Purchased the DP-12 double barrel pump shotgun. Only true double barrel with separate feeding tube per barrel. Very unique and reliable system. Fires alternating barrels before pumping. Solid machined steel and aluminum parts. Plenty of accessory mounting rails. Fitted mine with Armson OEG on rear rail and Intersight MX6 laser/flashlight combo on top front rail. Several sling point options. Removable choke tubes including breachers. Will feed and fire Aquila and Federal mini shells (7 per tube) as well as all 2 3/4 and 3 inch ammo (6 per tube). With 2 shorties in the Chambers thats a maximum capacity of 16!!Heavy bullpup design makes recoil tolerable and almost non-existent with the mini shells.Not inexpensive but well worth the $1400 or so price tag.

Products are okay but service has been horrible.I purchased The Works package for my DP-12. It took forever to get my purchase. Some of the parts were on back order, which I understand. However, I had to call to get them to send the parts after they were back in stock. Then they forgot to send several of parts that were part of the package. Then the tactical grip stopped working after only very light use. (According to the employee I spoke with this is a common issue.) I sent it back about two months ago and still have to receive a replacement. That is because they sent the wrong replacement part(a flashlight). Then, after I sent it back they never sent the grip like they said they would. I called about two weeks ago about the issue. They told me they’d get the grip out the next day…. Well, I called back yesterday since I hadn’t received it and evidently they never sent it out. They told me they’d send it out today, but at this point who knows if that’s accurate.I want to like this company. I like my DP-12. I work with the public and I hate to complain because I know things can occasionally get overlooked or fall through the cracks. But at this point I can say that this is not a fluke. It is a comedy of errors. I can not recommend this company for anyone.

To date, this has been a reliable company. Very responsive to all inquires. I purchased my DP 12 through a dealer and truthfully, I never thought I would see the shotgun as it is on such demand. I placed the order and forgot about it and with in 4 months, I was called that they had received one. According to several gun dealers, I was told that it would take more than a year to get a DP 12.

Purchased a DP-12 long sleeve shirt and ball cap. The shirt is so poorly made that the seems came undone and holes appeared after one wash. The cap is ok. These items totaled $60+ including delivery. Thankfully, DP-12 is constructed much better.

Great products marginal customer service !Orders received months ago are still listed as awaiting shipment on their website are a good example of administrative lack of attention to detail.So order their fine products but dont expect any followup until it magically arrives! Products well worth the inconvenience but annoying to say the least.Never expect a reply to emails it just does not happen.

Sent in a S333 revolver because it was keyholing as close as one foot. Gun was sent by FFL in early August. Mid September my shop called them to see what the plan was, and Standard told him the gun never arrived. Tracking number showed it diverted to a PO box, and picked up without the required 21+ signature. Reported it lost/stolen to ATF. Four MONTHS later the gun shows up with an invoice that only said “cleaned and adjusted. Checked all parts.” Standard said they received it mid August! Gun ended up with a bizarre longer barrel that didn’t solve the problem. It still keyholes 5 out of 8 rounds at 10 feet. Their compliance dept said they were looking at two 15-yard targets with perfect holes from my gun. Asked them to email me pictures, but haven’t received them two days later. Disappointing to say the least, and now I have a holster I have to cut the end off to use.

Over all I’m satisfied with the weapons, I did have to wait for my order to be completed on my DP-12 works kit the optics were back ordered, just got my second S333 limited very happy with them both. Also got the model #16721 it was supposed to come with 2 - 30 round magazines only received 1, still waiting on an answer on that one. Ordered 6 mags and got them within 2 weeks. I would recommend them overall.

Placed 2 separate orders, both times items r not available, but are not stated on website as not in stock. still waiting from dec of 2020 for a holster. 3 months. not even a email telling me out of stock. I had to contact them... update 9/14 still trying to get reply about my s333 needs barrel check. Keyhole all day. Bullet tumbles at 1 foot

Worst customer service ever. You order one thing and the send you another. When asked about your item you ordered they say its no longer available or tell you is worth more and will not charge you the difference for their screw up.

Bad customer service policies. Ordered a $435 item two and a half months ago. Patiently waited and it never came. Checked my order on their website and it only said item is no longer available. Never got a phone call and they never initiated a refund. I had to call and ask for a refund otherwise they were just going to keep my money forever. Very dishonest and akin to stealing. I wanted to support a CT manufacturing business, but cant consider this one again after they tried to sneak this past me. Crooked as they come.

Std MFG tried to screw me out of over $1500. Thanks to Merrill Lynch I got my money back.

Great matched upper lower with m16 cut

I had a minor issue with a 1911 grip bushing being lock-tited to the frame. I was bashed by a guy who claims to run the place named Rich. He insisted I spend $50 to send him the gun for a $2 part. Policy he says, but really.....I offered to wait in the parking lot at his convenience. I tried to take Judys advice and contact Lou directly, but Rich blocked me from him. So very rude, even though I purchased TWO pistols at once. Unreasonable doesnt begin to explain this one. $3500 and a kick in the nuts.

Bought dealer my area they contacted Standard Mfg, they said 4 to 6 weeks. Shop my area received pkg 13 days later. Good turnaround time. I received my SAA single action army and i was more than happy with the color case hardening on the frame, it looks custom made. The bluing on barrel & chamber is a deep dark blue/black with a gloss finish. Im very pleased with Standard Mfg from the way the whole process ran. No delays nothing. I will recommend this company as a source worth taking a look at, the quality it state of the art. This SA is in a higher class than the import companies. Better steel, highly accurate to original, highly skilled with decades worth of revolver craftsmanship make a heirloom quality single action sidearm. Warning to anyone ordering the DP-12 Works Package #3 - this is not a complete package. You will be forced to have to purchase additional items in order to install the accessories. The item you will need is the 4 Piece Rail Set otherwise you will have accessories that are paper weights. I stressed this false advertising to the company who has not yet replied. Even though I was forced to pay extra to complete this package, I placed my order to the rail set, but of course it is currently on back order with an undetermined time of availability. Not at all happy with this ordering process as I have been waiting over 3.5 weeks and have these accessories just lying around.

Atrocious customer service!!! Ordered a DP 12 with a laser light foregrip. The grips laser was sent defective and I cannot get a replacement. As a matter of fact, cant talk to anyone on the telephone

Wow, a company that delivers on what it advertises. My recent purchase was delivered in 3 days as promised. The item delivered was better than advertised, really - the pictures on your website dont do these products justice. I am FFL dealer & this company ripped me off. They claimed they shipped a lower parts kit to me with a lower but they never did. When I asked them repeatedly to send the item, first they said they are still making the lower parts kit, then they said they already shipped it, then they said case is closed. I was forced to file a dispute with them even though its for $50 because I refused to be robbed by anyone. Get your act together STD MFG

If you have had a bad experience as some people expound to here, you are speaking to the wrong people. Top to bottom the people at CSMC are first rate, and if you are having issues, esp with a Standard product, call and speak to Lou Frutuosco. He is a first rate guy, wants to make things right, and would never leave a customer hanging. My husband has been dealing with them and Lou personally for years, as a customer and as a professional shooting instructor. Speak to Lou and you will be surprised by the attention to detail and customer service he will provide you. No one or product is perfect every time, but Lou will do his best to make everyone happy with their purchase at Conn. Shotgun and Standard Mfg.

I am an avid collector of weapons and have quite a bit invested in my collection. I came across a review of the Standard Manufacturing S333 and found it to be unique weapon. I quickly ordered my S333 and awaited its delivery to my FFL. Upon arrival, I noticed a small scratch on the side of the frame. I contacted Standard Mfg. about it and about the order not being complete. I was told that it would be no problem and I should send in pictures via email. I was just called by someone at Standard Mfg. and was told that the pictures were reviewed and that it was impossible that they shipped it that way. Basically, I was being called a liar. After this conversation, I advised them to cancel the items yet to be received and credit my card.The quality of the weapons finish and their EXTREMELY POOR customer service have given me a bad taste of Standard Mfg. I will not recommend doing business with this company or the S333.I do not intend on firing the weapon because of this; however, I will film the destruction of this worthless gun and post it on YouTube. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY. NOT RECCOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only reason these people get 1 star is because I cannot give them zero ! These people advertise their 1911 pistols as having a match grade trigger . I recently bought their 1911 color case engraved model, expecting a real match trigger on a superb firearm !Was I ever surprised when the trigger could be moved up and down (a lot of free play) and side to side ( a whole lot of free play). The trigger was scratched on the sides from a very rough frame slot where the trigger was supposed to slide. All in all the trigger was a disaster !When I e-mailed Standard Arms to inquire about the obviously defective trigger, I received a reply from Connecticut Shotgun, whoever they are, that contained a one line response No that is the trigger we install. Being extremely dissatisfied with Standard Arms response, I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer service. I invite you to try to telephone Standard Arms prior to dealing with them as I have not been able to contact them despite several left messages, several e-mails and much computer research to attempt to telephone them ---they have no telephone numbers that may be called !Just know that their products are not even close to as advertised and they must know that because they are very, very elusive when it comes to warranties and customer service ! Typical web fraud in my opinion !

I bought a DP-12 online a few weeks ago. I had some minor mishaps with hex screws that had too much Loc-tite and torque on them, because I wanted to install some rails that I bought directly from Standard Manufacturing. I emailed them with my concerns. They emailed me back and told me to send it to them. They replaced all tightened and slightly stripped screws, using minimal Loc-tite and torque and shipped it back to me. They did a FANTASTIC JOB on it !!! Cant say enough about their email correspondence, their professionalism, and their fine work !!! Places like Cabelas and Bass Pro were unable to help me. However, it was a huge relief and piece of mind when they told me they would address all my concerns. I wish the majority of gun manufacturers were this easy to work with, and the transition of the entire process went extremely smooth. My hats off to the entire staff at Standard. Thank you so much !!!
