Terrible service. I trusted Ryan to fix a Mac who is so unethical as business owner he went and gave HIMSELF a few 5 star ratings LOL. He fixed a computer and because I had worked with him before, I trusted him when he said the laptop was fixed. I was not ready to use the laptop so I put it in a safe space. When I was ready to use it, the computer did not work again. I reached out to Ryan who said Im not that kind of business guy, if you bring it to me, if I cant fix it, Ill give you a full refund. I never asked for a refund until he offered. About two hours later Ryan contacts me to let me know he would not be refunding me as he offered along with very unprofessional words and insults after I expressed my experience working with him on the internet. I dont think he would have done this to a white client. Im of color. I wouldnt recommend this Geek Man to anyone of any ethnicity to his establishment.
