Was pretty efficient with getting my coffee with how busy they were that morning. The only problem I had which was how long it took for me to get banana bread. It took an extra 10 minutes to get my banana bread; while mobile orders got there food faster than me, even though they never showed up when I got my bread. Sad to see customers in person wait longer than an online order.

Every time I get a venti caramel frappe, it’s always been a disappointment. A frappe isn’t suppose to be watery. Such an inconvenience to drive out of town just for coffee because the Staff can never get it together.

I went here with a good friend. From the pleasant outdoor seating area and clean bathroom facilities to the friendly staff, I had a good time having quality beverages and catching up.

I frequent this location as I am a Realtor. Always immaculate and friendly with people inside and out. Service is quick and it’s a great location for quick meetings.

Of all the Starbucks in the in rockland country, this to me is the nicest, the outdoor area is what sold me, the unique design has a very inviting vibe giving a relaxing atmosphere

Staff were handling an unbelievably busy Mothers day morning remarkably well.

I come to this Starbucks very often, since its the closest to my location. but the past two times I have ordered from here, the baristas are getting my order wrong and I cant do anything about it because I usually place a mobile order and someone else picks it up for me. it gets to me and the drink is wrong and I just get the mango dragonfruit refresher, how do they mess that up? I cant bring it back because Im 15 minute drive away. so I keep wasting money for orders I cant even drink, thanks guys.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over 10 years and I always have a good experience. But for the past 3 months the staff has been BEYOND rude!!!! I was yelled at for getting a straw when I wasn’t even leaning over the counter like the guy was saying and he keeps on and yelling in front of people and even the customers were like “calm down she didn’t even lean over.” And now just today my husband was told “you need a face mask to come in it’s really not ok” as the young woman yells across the store. My husband DID have a face covering on and it wasn’t a mask like they were wearing but his mouth and nose were covered. We spend at least $30 each a day here and to be eye rolled, nasty attitudes and rude comments really isn’t necessary.Maybe don’t hire teenagers who are miserable. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location anymore.

This place is great the only problem that I have is that they did not update their phone number and I keep trying to call to ask if they have what I want.

I understand they might be tired by the time I pass by (7:30 pm)but they had such a no nice attitude a couple of times already.I loved the chocolate croissant.

Great staff and a good menu. Parking can be a little tight, and it always seems understaffed.

I don’t know why are they even open, more than half of the menu is always out or not available at this location. And the popular drinks are always finished!! I mean if you know what your inventory needs attention don’t just ignore it!!

While I was placing my order I noticed several individuals walking in and grabbed there food .i Waited 20 minutes and grabbed my food . Was told that Im not allowed to grabbed to say my name but my food was sitting there getting cold . No 1 called my name . .

I love this Starbucks. The workers are so sweet and helpful. They remember me and my regular order every time I go in. I always leave with a big smile on my face. Its usually pretty crowded if youre looking to sit and read. The actual service is really fast though.

The guy barista with long black hair in a ponytail made my latte wrong. It didnt taste the way it normally does and I was nervous because i have allergies. He was so awfully rude, I dont understand why. He gave me such a hard time.

Worst Starbucks I was ever in. There were ants all over the counter. Mentioned to staff thinking maybe they didnt know. Yea well we know, dealing with it cashier complained the whole time that we ordered different drinks. Shame

Coffee and iced teas are good here. Exactly what you would expect from a Starbucks. The inside seating can sometimes be very cramped. Always feel like there just isnt enough seating/tables. Possibly close in the patio for the winter? That would be nice. The summer opens up the patio which brings the bees. If your allergic to bees be warned that there are many during the summer. The sugary drinks attract many bees.

The lady that works the evening shift, her words were very nasty and her customer service was terrible, she needs to find another job 💯

One of the top Rockland County Starbucks having friendly & efficient service that manages to get things consistently right. Typically clean though cramped with very limited interior seating, a very inviting outdoor patio option exists during fair weather. Dedicated parking lot always appears to be just large enough to handle the customer load during my visits.

Nice quite place for a good cup of Cappuccino.

This establishment is always changing. No tables are available anymore. Blockage with tables and lines makes it difficult to know where to go to the counter and order your coffee to go. Still busy with people ordering online.

The usual Starbucks place with friendly staff. Clean and spacious with available outdoor seating thats open on a beautiful day. Can occasionally get too crowded which results in longer wait time for coffee/lattes/frapps. Quite a big parking area for a standalone store. Store is kept clean and maintain at all times.

Peaceful atmosphere. Great for reading and relaxing. The jade citrus mint tea is excellent!

No drive thru. Otherwise it’s a nice place.

This place is the WORST Starbucks around.Let me tell you ALL ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE .Its 9:00am on a Friday. I walk into this Starbucks to purchase 3 venti fraps and 1 trenta cold brew. I place my order at the register and take out $50.00 cash bill to pay.The worker taking my order declines to accept my $50.00 cash and says hes told to not accept any bill over $20.00 under any circumstances.The manager then jumps in and tells me Yeah because our drink prices are SOOOO LOWWWW and they dont keep change for $50.00 in the register.First, dont decline cash at a place that actually overcharges for drinks. Starbucks drinks are not so low .Second, offer another solution ask me to try and provide a different type of payment. Dont just decline business and make me feel like you dont need my order anyways.3rd, I live in manhattan where every Starbucks accepts $100.00 cash bills. So stop being lazy as a manager and get the right change in your register .4th both of the 2 reasons you gave me for not accepting my cash money were in valid because it doesnt take a lot of bills to change out a $20 bill. I.E. $6.00 drink change = 4 singles if paid for with a $10$6.00 drink change = 4 singles and 2 $20.00 bills if paid for with a $50.00 bill. Its not that difficult and you should not be putting this on the customer as a reason I cant get a coffee this morning .Shame on YOU NEW CITY STARBUCKS !!!

The service level is awful. I waited 15 mins after I placed my order for a grande ice soy latte. The manager was stocking as the other 10 customers waited for there order. This as the two staff working could not keep up. The manager needs to help this staff. The current service levels are no aceptable
