Ive been patronizing this location for years. Ive gone here for most of my party planning and have recommended this place to a lot of family and friends. This weekend,I was completely appalled and embarrassed by the way I was treated at this location. The manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to get completely out of character because he refused to give me the name and number for the owner, in hopes of getting my issue resolved. Ive since called the store, on several occasions with no luck in getting in touch with the owner and my situation is STILL unresolved as of 7/30/2021! Just as I have recommended this place to so many for business I will also be letting EVERYONE know of this latest experience and advise they go somewhere else instead!!!

Ordered alcoholic beverages and had it delivered to my home. It was delivered in a timely manner.

Great place to grab a drink. They are usually packed so they parking can be a little crowded. They close at 9pm wish they would extend their time to 10pm

Its a good package store, however check the expiration dates on your drinks BEFORE you pay! I bought some drinks that were expired by a few weeks shy of a year!

Extremely long wait today. App showed Packaging for 45 minutes. Called to inquire and was treated quite rudely by an employee who said her name is Lucy. I asked for her manager which she refused. She also refused to give me the managers name. Typically we have received good service from Beverage Boss. Lucys behavior was stunning and very disappointing. You should appreciate your customers and be helpful not push back and treat them rudely. Least you loose them.

Great Store. I had an issue with my card there, that was no fault of Beverage Boss, and the next time I came in they recognized me. They proceeded to correct the issue themselves and saving me a long wait with my bank. Never even heard of that type of service anywhere servicseanywhere in

Decent selection of wines and spirits. Lacking a little in the craft beer department/singles selection but I definitely think theyre pleasing the general liquor store shopper. The staff is okay. Cashiers arent extra friendly, but I know how a busy day goes.

I believe this to be the best liquor store in New Haven. Great selection and very good prices. You can get a regular sized bottle of Beringer White Zinfandel for $6.99! Or a giant bottle for $11.00 with the tax included. Cant beat that in my book!

Responsive welcoming staff....dont let the neighborhood put you off - i did til i read these other reviews yesterday, and when i did, and saw the interior store photos, i thought Why not check it out? the other NH wine shops are either complete dives or way over-priced yuppie shoppes. i found the wine inventory here to be extensive and well selected, the store spacious and very clean, the prices excellent, and when i asked for a particular wine they did not carry, they wanted info on it so they cwould order some! im happy with my purchase and will go there again.

Great customer service and an amazing wine selection by far. lets not forget; they have some of the best prices in town. Deffinately comming back. Everyone needs to give beverage boss a chance and youl not be dissapointed. The parking lot might be a little tough to get in and out of but the owners are always looking to better their customer experience. For anyone who maybe upset about any employees being racist; deffinately is a false point, simply might have been a mis understanding. Their goal is always to make sure every customer is appreciated.
