Most amazing Beef, been going there over 15 yrs for whole beef

Finally had to find a butcher for some specific cuts, Needed a Brisket and was told they only had 1 and I took it sight unseen and I wont ever do that again...The meat quality was subpar, Was already grey on the outskirts of the trim, Who ever carved it was either blind or has no clue what they are doing...I paid 7.99 a LB for absolute garbage, I will not return to this location and I will make sure everyone in Fort Wayne and New Haven know this also...

I was looking for a good source of grass fed beef, and have to say my search is over. Say Hello to Rachel when you stop in. The cut their selections on Thursday and you can call ahead and tell them exactly what you want.

Absolute worst service. I brought in 70 lbs of my own venison- deboned to have summer sausage made. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. 2.5 weeks had passed, I called and they said there smoker went down and they were 6 days behind due to that. Ok, understandable right? Gave it another week or 2. Just got the run around. gave it another week. Got the run around. Called back and asked if any of it was done and they said yeah, just waiting on spicy. I told them I was coming to pick up what was done. I get there and only half of it was done. They didnt have the jalepeno or spicy done. Timeline on the rest was unknown, they said they were just waiting. called the following week after this, was told first week of December. Never received a call. Just called today to ask for some progress, they said its done. Been done. Really?

Staff is friendly and prices are better than most around! And they dont over smoke the meat!
