Ordered chocolate covered strawberries, flowers and a stuffed animal for my wife as a surprise anniversary gift to her office. I placed the order last night and called this morning to confirm the order was received and to let the employee know that my wife leaves work at 4:30pm. The woman (who was very pleasant on the phone) said the driver starts delivering at 11am and that there should be no issue delivering it on time being that the office is only 2 blocks over. The order wasn’t delivered until 5:10pm when my wife had already left. I had called the store around 3:30 as it was getting closer to closing time, the woman at the store tried to call her driver and had no luck with getting in touch. Over all the service was terrible and I would not recommend anyone order from this location.

I would not at all recommend this place to anyone for any occasion. I placed an order online, left specific writen instructions, as well as called and asked that my arrangement be done nicely because it was for someone very special to me. I paid well over 100$ for a hand picked flower arrangement, to be accompanied with strawberries and bananas that were suppose to be confetti dipped, as well as an I love you balloon and cheescake piece that they put thank you on. The flowers were lifeless, the fruit was done sloppy and they didnt even include the balloon. I highly suggest you to do it yourself if you have time instead of taking time out to request anything from here.

This place has the absolute worst customer service imaginable. they are glad to take your money but when it comes to delivering the product they are not so glad to do that. they had a so-called computer problem that prevented my delivery from being made yet they had my cell phone number and did not give me a call the entire day. the so-called manager seems to be there only weekdays until 2:00 p.m. it took me going back four times to get a refund on the delivery that was never made this place is horrible avoided at all costs.

The lady that was here today 11/7 around 3:30pm was nice and helpful apple was fresh and delicious.

Never use this location. I ordered an arrangement and paid $20 for deliver since it was Valentine’s Day to Smillow Cancer Center and the arrangement never got to the recipient. Someone signed for it but this business won’t provide the slip or find out where the arrangement went. They offered me to come in and pick up a replacement but doesn’t seem to care that I live an hour away and it was going to a patient at the children’s cancer center. I am contacting the better business bureau to alert them about this business.

I ordered for my mother in another state for today the day after mothers day and they tell me part of what I ordered wasnt available, which is no excuse ! Its well over business closing time and my order wasnt delivered!!! I had called the store throughout the day to check in, at 6:30 when I called for the 3rd time I was told it was on the way and well... my mother recieved nothing ! I want a refund .. this is absurd.

It should actually be no star. The person taking orders takes off and only seems to come out of the back when the door bell rings of people coming in, I only order four pineapple pops which according to him should have taken 10 mins, I not only waited over 20 mins but the cashier didnt even acknowledge I left bc he was in the back this whole time. Awful service!!!!!
