Edit: I should have packaged them myself because my buyers said the packaging offered no support for the items, which arrived damaged. This has unfairly affected my rating as a seller. If youre going to pack items cheaply, please let the customer know so they can at least choose to buy the materials and package their items themselves. DISAPPOINTED!!!!Dont accept free packing from this location.Original review:I like this location. The staff is usually very welcoming and helpful. I brought two drop-offs with labels, and I was expecting to have to pay for packaging, but he took care of it! I was surprised because The UPS Store makes you pay for everything, so I brought tape and scissors with me just in case.
Fedex SHOWS CHEAP RATES and then HIKES THE PRICE UP after delivery. Basically legal robbery and misinformation. Done with them.
All the staff members were super friendly and accommodating. Had an issue that wasnt easily resolved but the staff members took almost an hour without complaint or hesitation to help me make sure it was resolved properly. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Fedex delivery out of new haven is the worst! They give you a delivery day and then it doesnt get delivered and they say business closed or no one there which is an absolute lie. Ups and other fedex locations are great
Im pretty sure that the delivery person is stealing my packages. They never come to the door, and people are home, yet the packages say they are delivered. Check outside soon after they say they are delivered, nothing there. Happened more than once. Customer service doesnt care.
Waited for a while to be helped, and today they seemed to be helping people based on how quickly they can get you out of there. The worker called to assist another person who arrived after I did because he was just dropping off - well, I was just dropping off too! I have a few bad experiences and returned to this location because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. The employees are either overworked or are disinterested. I will not visit that place again. No thanks!

I have to give Chris a shout out for being so patient with all his customers - I watched him a few times during that right before 6pm overnight shipment rush and people come with a lot of shipments today someone was shipping like 3 suitcases. This Fed Ex is the only one I know in the New Haven area so you can imagine being downtown it’s gets so busy. I would help Chris out if I could and I feel Fed Ex should get him some help even though as I said he holds it downs and in my opinion has great customer service. I actually was kind of rude my first trip to this place because the dumb sign that saids for credit you need a photo I’d - I actually had a debit card and flipped out I had to run back to car to get my license for a debit transaction and my debit had a picture I even wrote also debit on sign, yet Chris never responded he took some deep breaths and carried on with his customers including me, This guy needs to be acknowledged by corporate and I hope y’all appreciate his hard work and dedication and passion for each package or issue he handles. A loyal worker normally doesn’t get praised or compliments / Thank you Chris I appreciate you and I hope Fed X does as well.
Very friendly staff helped me chose the safest packing options for a delicate piece of equipment. The process was very quick! I highly recommend this over the post office.
This is the 2nd time they left a note on the door to my building without calling. Every other carrier knows to leave the packages in the lobby. Whats the point paying Express shipping, if you dont get it in 2 days? Also, they refused to refund for shipping. They said I would have to get that from the people i ordered it from. Why? Its wasnt their fault.
This FEDEX office is the most efficient and friendly of all shipping facilities I have used. The staff is terrific. Its a pleasure to interact with them.
Very horrible service.I sent a package to South Africa and paid $240.00 for it.It was a seven day delivery and a door delivery.It took this company more then two weeks to make the package available and then on top of it my sister have to go pickup the package at their warehouse also.I will advice all my friends and work colleagues not to use FedEx in the future.Your company really sucks .You should not even get a star
The reason I gave FedEx 2 star because they was unreliable they where supposed to come b6 my house to pick up an envelope Wednesday or Thursday night which they never show up and on top of that they lie and said they came by both night which that impossible cuz I sat on my window which faces the street on beers st and no truck came by I was very unsatisfied cuz I had ti get up the next day and bring the envelope to the office on Whitney Ave
