Woke up one morning to find my battery completely dead. Jump started it and drove to auto zone where they helped me buy the battery I needed, giving me price options too. The store was fairly busy, but they still even installed it for me. I only had to wait a few minutes which I was happy to do. Thank you!

Bad customer service here.Purchased a marine battery today. I asked to check the charge level since I was going directly to my boat. So you sell batteries, but dont have a voltage tester anywhere in the store? I waited 5 minutes for an employee to try and find one in the back but he never came back.. I decided to just leave and luckily the battery did have a good charge. Sometimes in business its the simple things that make you stand out and make a difference.

My boyfriend and I entered Autozone in New Hope and immediately walked out. The employee sitting at the entrance was not wearing a face mask and showed no interest in putting one on. I have asthma and my boyfriend is a cancer survivor. Wasnt worth the risk to stay. We drove to another auto store and purchased over $400 worth of merchandise from a store that respected the law (Governors orders). We then looked online at AutoZone reviews and discovered that complaints about an employee not wearing a face-mask goes back for months!!! AutoZone obviously not appropriately following-up on the employee who doesnt wear a mask. I am an employment attorney and I can tell you that AutoZone has options to correct this ongoing issue. I wonder how much business this store has lost due to this employee. Its probably a matter of time before a customer files a report/complaint to the Attorney General and/or the Governor. Obviously this store doesnt know how to address the issue with the delinquent employee, or they simply dont care about the safety and well being of our community.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Was looking for a replacement turn signal bulb, and was assisted by their employee Stephen who insisted he had never seen one like that in his life and proceeded to walk away. So I turned around and just found the bulb on their shelf myself after looking up the equivalent model number online. Then proceeded to wait in line while only one of the employees rang people up, despite the other two being available to assist the customers. Rude manager, terrible staff. Wont be returning.

Good grief! Stopped by after work, in the evening. Two employees were in the store, one wearing a bandana as a mask (CDC says bandana not effective) and the other employee was not wearing a mask (really?). The bandana employee was helping another customer so unfortunately I was stuck with the mask-less employee who was disinterested. He was useless even though I had a very simple inquiry, disengaged and condescending. Waste of my time. 5 minutes of my life Ill never get back.

Manager was not wearing a mask during this time of Covid but all other workers were. Manager was also unengaged to assess the reason why I was in the store as well as an engaged to any solutions that could be taking care of within the day without me having to probe and prompt . Every other time I’ve been in AutoZone the customer service has been great except for this one instance. Didn’t help also that I was the only customer in the store at that time with still the disengagement and needing to prompt.

If I could rate zero, I would. Employee sitting at front entrance (bearded) was unprofessional and rude, and worst of all . . . he was not wearing a face mask. When I looked around the store, I saw 3 other people in the store who did not have a face mask. Unbelievable! Walked out and went to Napa Auto Parts. Much better (and safer) experience. AutoZone not good.

I was going to buy a new Battery, so I looked online to see who has a new AGM in stock for my car. This location had the only one, so I went in to pick it up. When I arrive the battery was not label in the correct shelf, and the manager on duty, thought I did not know what i was looking for. Clearly I have been in the industry longer than she has been working for AutoZone. When I found the only AGM battery they have today I ask the manager if this was used or installed, since the battery terminals had marks on them. She said its that way because they charge them and rotate them. No way a battery tender can mark up the terminals leads. What made it worst was the battery date was 06/2019. Their suppose to mark down OLD battery or send them back. They expect me to buy a battery that was last made/maintain in 2019 when the year today is 2011 and its warranty for only 3 years??? Oreilly got my business this day since they know how to proper rotate their battery section. BECAREFUL of what you buy!

I came in looking to buy a new battery as I was having battery issues the day prior. I asked if they also do the installment if the battery is purchased there. Answer was it is a complementary service, free of charge as long as they are able to do it with without taking too much of their time. I believe the guy who helped me was Ben. He went above and beyond helping me get the battery that satisfied my needs without hurting my pockets. He also did the installment and took the battery for recycling. Thank you for a good experience at AutoZone. I will be back whenever necessary.

Didnt say a word when I walked in straight up to the desk, then proceeded to have a poor attitude throughout a pretty simple interaction. Normally Id let this slide, but I had the same experience with the same employee about 6 months ago.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Almost like I just encountered a reverse prank phone call.06/07/2020 I called looking for some spark plugs. The staff member on the phone kept repeating the part number back to me incorrectly and then placed me on hold. After about 3 minutes he came back and said sorry bye and then hung up on me! Heard good things from my place of work about autozone so I gave it a shot. Needed a K&N air filter for my vehicle so I called to see if they had it, they didnt which is understandable so they asked if I would like it ordered to the location, where I was told it would only take a day, I accepted. A day passes, I call to check on the status to verify it is there and Im informed that at no point any order was actually put through. Agitated, I questioned why it never occurred and the first person I spoke to had no idea and said she must have forgot, I assume the person I spoke to first was new or not trained well on computers. His boss (I assume) got on the phone, told me the same sob story and asked if I wanted to order it again, obviously not if they are not capable of a simple task. Business taken elsewhere.

Always helpful and I never leave without getting exactly what I need. They allow you to borrow tools and diagnostic devices. If you buy a battery from there, they will even install it for you! No matter the size of your auto project, this is the place for all your need to fix or clean you vehicle.

Customer service was very poor. I came in here looking for a headlight for my car. I have changed my headlight a handful of times so I knew what I was looking for, just needed assistance finding the correct model number of the brand. I asked someone at the front to look it up, he was kind enough to do so, but then started questioning whether I knew what I was looking for. He showed me 2 different options, and I told him which one I wanted. He then proceeded to undermine my word, and started saying that I needed to bring the bulb itself in so that I don’t have to come back and return the bulb I was anticipating to purchase. Was he assuming that I don’t know what I am talking about because women don’t typically do the handyman work? If so, he just lost a sale and I will be giving my business to another store as my visit was a complete waste of time to get questioned and walk out with nothing.

Excellent customer service. They will help you carry heavy things. They will also check your check engine light . If they are not busy they will help install headlights or windshield wipers. A great bunch of people.

This seems to be the only place that stocks failsafe thermostats, I want to avoid blowing head gaskets when a thermostat dies so l went. Much more of a ghetto store than many in the business with a poorer, less educated & darker clientele. Also a busier store than most but good quick service, the part I was after at a price I was willing to pay. I dont expect to be a regular, but have no valid cause to complain.

Went in to make a simple purchase of motor oil. I stood behind one other person to make my purchase after the gentleman made his purchase, a couple comes quickly over and starts a conversation with the cashier as I stand there to see if I will be acknowledged, their conversation turns into making a purchase. I asked for a manager to discuss my dissatisfaction with the employee however non was available. So I told another employee the situation in which he wanted to help me but at that point they already lost me as a customer. Customer service is a big factor in business growth good luck.

I get most of my parts from this store. Most of the customer service people are knowledgeable; however, Ive ran into some that arent and do not try to help you. Just make sure you bring in the parts you need to match them up. They have given me wrong parts a few times. It is an inconvenience to run back and forth if you do not live close. Overall, a good store to get your parts from at cheaper prices than dealer.

The most condescending autozone I’ve ever been to. Being a female and a motorcycle rider I hate coming to this location and any autozone. I once also had to fix my intrigue and knew it was my MAF but the guy in their wanted to call me “Miss mechanic” bc I knew what my cars issue was and just wanted to double check the code. The recent time I came in they acted like my friend wasn’t going to get the brake pad job done and he did.Idk what their problem is but their customer service is pig headed and disgusting. Avoid if you can. Maple grove has nicer guys at that autozone

Just had an awesome experience here. Brought in a battery to get charged because it was dead after 3 weeks sitting without being used. They tried to charge it for free overnight, but when I went back in to pick it up, Abdi tested it, it didnt pass the test(dont know the details he just hooked up a thing to it). He immediately looked up the purchase and it was under warranty so he swapped it out. I was in and out with a warranty replacement within 5 minutes. Excellent service. Abdi is always working and always going above and beyond the expected customer service!

Was gunna buy something cuz my car broke down. Got there 8 minutes before they were closing. I have shopped there before and I was very accomidating of the fact they were closing, left to call my lyft and they locked the doors so they wouldn’t let me stand inside to wait for a Lyft ride one minute after closing.
